  1. Goddammit... All my life I thought sexual transmutation meant this:
  2. I'm not in a relationship, but if I were to give one piece of advice it would be this: A true and lasting relationship is like a baby, and should be nurtured in the same fashion. Do what is best for your relationship for the long term, to the extent that you almost ignore your own and your partner's needs. After all, what is best for your relationship, is also likely to be the best for yourself and your partner.
  3. Can we please get a tree in that chamber, and sort out this question once and for all?
  4. @BeginnerActualizer , my experience with mushrooms spans some 20 years, and I have also been a sitter for approx 50-60 friends and acquaintances over that time. With your previous experience in mind, I'd suggest 7.5g of the 3.5/5 rating batch. Only if you can find an experienced one - otherwise you may find yourself being distracted. Judging by your question, you already know the answer - alone. A quiet nature reserve would be ideal. A crowded place will interfere with your experience, and may even overwhelm you. Definitely avoid "straight" people you may know, as they will derail your experience. Your insights will be clearer with no external distractions. Best to set any intention (which often goes out the window) and meditate before the trip begins. Worse than a waste of time, a shallow distraction. Be ready to relax and let go if/when you experience ego death. This is key to having a positive experience. Let go... Take pen and paper with you, just in case something important (very likely) comes up. Have the experience in daylight. Avoid closing your eyes if you have visuals - these are often a major distraction. Wait at least a month for your next journey, in order to integrate the experience and give your body a chance to replenish Serotonin levels. And please share some of your experience here. Bon Voyage, brave warrior!
  5. Awesome posts... Somehow I knew you'd all come through! Please, keep them coming...
  6. Not sure, @Nahm - trying to get some ideas here. My guess for the apparent lack of interest here, is that this may be an irrelevant question for a forum populated mostly by immortals.
  7. What is Happiness? Baby, don't hurt me, Don't hurt me, no more...
  8. @Nahm , the intended analogy was more like "pursuit of money is the tolling of the bell for passion".
  9. Please post a brief description of what makes you "you". I once held the world record for the youngest person on Earth.
  10. @Mondsee , what a sweet story... Personally, if I had to wait for sex and romance until I was enlightened, I would eventually die a lonely virgin. @Nahm answered this already - experience is crucial to any awakening, so live life as it flows, and incorporate your experience into any esoteric pursuit. Happy Valentines Day!
  11. <-- Place one of these in front of me, and my free will, real or apparent, is no more.
  12. A ship looking for stability, has an easier time in calm waters.
  13. Depends on the motivation.
