Try to observe any attachment to the good & bad times, and notice the pain that attachment brings - delayed for good times, immediate pain for the bad. Also, aim for a 180 degree shift instead.

Really... So, what would you call your wall-of-text posts, if not a rampant attempt to intellectualize non-duality with pseudo-semantics? "Unknowables" exist only in confused minds who haven't thought things through. Be weary of projecting and spreading your own confusion. -
Idiocy is not that scarce a resource in Wall St. And you are correct @I_Like_Thing , continental USA (specially the east coast) is safe from any of the great leader's nukes. The worry is that he snaps, and then posts some of his favorite nerve agent to the US in tiny envelopes.
