There is a great video from Osho on this subject. Start from simple tasks, like cleaning your room or doing dishes. Then you can slowly expand your practice to more complex tasks like studying or working. Eventually you'll be able to practice mindfulness during really complex tasks such as talking or having sex.

@Hello from Russia Zen is known as "the direct path" by many Oriental traditions, not only Zen. Zen is basically Zazen. Zen meetings happen so that people can practice silent meditation. The goal of the linguistic part of Zen is to drive people away from rationality and language itself and to frame the importance of practice over any form of theorization.

@GGG Celibacy can turn your attention away from the craving for sex. Of course you can't just abandon your sexuality. It has to be done under the vigilance of a very sharp and focused mind. Celibacy has shown me that there's MUCH MORE than the endless urge for sex. It opened my eyes to a world that I wouldn't be able to see otherwise.

@Forrest Adkins Look for the vinyasas from Ashtanga Yoga. It starts with Surya Namaskar A x5 and then Surya Namaskar B x5. Ashtanga Yoga is very methodical and you can trust it. Here's a video of the first series (stick to the Surya Namaskar and don't try the rest at home without a proper teacher).

I was sexually abused as a child, I'm not tall, I am very skinny and I don't have attractive facial traits either. The money I earn is a result of super hard work. I'm good at mathematics but that's something I worked (and still work) VERY HARD for. We're basically on the same level regarding intrinsic traits, but you love feeling like a victim. And that's why you feel stuck in Life. And since you FEEL stuck, you BECOME stuck.
