  1. yes. i have no emotional/mental/existential struggles. life feels great everyday. its been 3~4 years.
  2. @Tony 845 i am here for those in deep shit. maybe my experience can serve someone.
  3. find someone who's at least as interested in self development as you are. i found my wife in a workshop about vegan burgers and yoga. we started to know each other and we found out that both of us were deeply interested in self development. that's when we noticed that we should start a serious relationship. starting from a place of neediness and insecurity is not a legit motivation imo. extra/edit: if you are in a relationship where the fear of hurt is bigger than the thirst for truth, you're in serious trouble.
  4. so a relationship that works out for you is her responsibility. interesting. then what would be a good relationship for her?
  5. then quit teachers. beliefs are helpless. do the entire work on your own or you won't ever reach liberation.
  6. @Shaun because everything is an illusion and everything is real.
  7. i got a 2/10 social market value. oh wow, i'm such a poor being. my life sucks! shame on me! seriously now, i did get a 2/10 even though i am married with the sweetest woman on earth. and as an extra, she's really cute as well. i've always been terrible at "gaming". in the end, the true beauty of a human being lies on their fluency and commitment with health and human virtues.
  8. good. what does "working out" mean to you, in practical terms? are you able to output a more precise description of a relationship that "works out"?
  9. beware. plenty != enough there's no need for extremism. taking 1~3 years to recompose yourself and heal completely can drastically increase the quality of the years that you have left before you die. you can't do it. that's her job. it's about her journey to heal herself. i'll leave it here. i don't think you want to dig too deep for now.
  10. that's not the mark of a type A woman. that's just another form of neuroticism. oh man, you are talking from a place of neediness. anyways... maybe both of you need some dosage of suffering from life? who knows... life has amazing ways of teaching us how wisdom is superior to pride. i wish the best for both of you.

  12. part of her thinks that she doesn't want you to leave her because she's too needy. part of her wants you to leave her so she can prove to herself that she was right all the time because she doesn't deserve real love or because real love doesn't exist. that's how confused minds work and i don't think you're ready for that. i also sense a lack of self love in you. why don't you deserve a better company? are you that needy/desperate?
  13. use LOA to attract enlightenment. when "i did it"/"it happened to me", many doors started to open. i was able to spend two 5-months periods living as a full-time monk. nowadays i use LOA to attract ways to serve the world. it works. and it's starting to grow bigger and faster.
  14. @StillSearching make her desires true. leave her. that's her attachment and you can't do anything about it. only suffering can shake and awake such distracted minds.
  15. no that's not the case. i'm tired of seeing people work HARD with undisciplined minds and failing to achieve what they want. they get sick, worried, stressed, isolated etc because they don't know how to make their inner fire burn with consistency. those people are usually in a state of "closedmindness" and fail to pick up on "signals" that reality presents to them. they usually fail to think differently - out of the box - to gain momentum and overcome challenges in a relaxed state. if you fall back into the purely material paradigm, it will feel like you have to carry the world on your back. you will try and fail over and over until you start blaming the "material world". if you go to the other extreme and try to apply the law of attraction without taking action, it will turn into naive wishful thinking, as if "the world" should carry "you". you will be too frustrated and then you will start blaming the "spiritual world". what's on the middle path? the middle path is found when you realize the unity between internal desires, bodily karma and external reality. "you" and "the world" move together as ONE ALIVE THING.
  16. that guy is clearly an experienced practitioner. start smaller. establish a solid 20 min daily practice first before going to retreats or making your own.
  17. @Dodo alright. live complaining, die complaining. what a wonderful life. why do you even want money? let's see how deep the rabbit hole goes.
  18. how does the thought of "i am going to move this hand" make the hand move? yes we can measure electric impulses that activate muscles and the muscles make more tissues move. but how come a thought is translated into electric impulses? or how come electric impulses are translated into thoughts? how does it work? it's already magic on the most fundamental level. you can't escape the fact that you, being aware right now, is pure magic. no, as i thought, you don't know what you're doing. you're just using spiritual gibberish to justify your laziness and lack of empathy for life. this way, nothing will ever work for you and you will be right for the rest of your life: "i am an useless creature. a poor miserable human being". that's what you're attracting right now. wake up! being seriously aware of how attraction works is a delicate art. my life has been on a vertiginous way towards thrive for more than 4 years. before that, i was where you are, with the mindset that you have, thinking that i was as smart as you think you are. they gain money quickly and then become poor quickly. why? because most people are poor in the heart. maybe you need some more suffering from life? are you addicted to suffering or something?
  19. @Aaron p you don't suffer only during meditation. you're suffering all the time, but mundane activities keep you distracted/numb from emotional pain. meditation just allows you to notice the suffering that's always been with you. what have you done? do you have childhood trauma? feel free to send me a pm if you want.
  20. sit down and do nothing for 20 minutes right now. that's a better start. don't sabotage yourself.
  21. you don't seem to know what you're doing. if you want money, find a way to serve many. if you want death, starve yourself or drink poison. don't trick yourself into thinking that you want something. true raw and visceral desires are unstoppable... you don't think of them so that you can "test out existence". you feel them in the heart because they touch you very deeply. it's a humbling experience, as opposed to the huge layer of pride that i sense in your words. such desires are so delightful that they live within you throughout decades. they don't manifest with impatience.
  22. if that's the case, the characters of the story above live under the same constraints. the "prison of reality" is a mental self-sabotaging pattern. it's a consequence of the illusion of individuality. don't get stuck half the way. go all the way through the mind! edit: i know this thread is a space for jokes. but the mind is so tricky that it can attach to helpless stuff. so i'm here to call you again. wake up!
  23. using this platform would be impossible without theory
  24. @Charlotte solid advice right there
