  1. @Elisabeth Have you tried searching for other libs? Python is expanding really fast and maybe your work can be contemplated by a well documented lib out there. For instance, if you need to work with hypothesis tests, I recommend a lib called Pingouin, which is very user friendly (I have contributed to it with some lines of code thus I've seen how it is from inside).
  2. @Knock I am also an introvert but there is no reason to dislike the company of others. Enjoy your own company and enjoy the company of others. Why not? What are you scared of?
  3. @SerpaeTetra Why don't you try to say something with confidence? Be aware of the emotions that may arise. What is wisdom?
  4. @themovement Alright, so you will experience an extremely limited life because the scientific domain of proof is very narrow if compared to the wholeness of the human experience. I am a Data Scientist and I can tell you that science is very deceiving to lay people. First of all, scientific evidence and correlations do not imply causation. The search for causations is an old problem in science. If A and B are correlated, you rarely know whether A implies B, or B implies A or if there is a third phenomenon C that implies A and B. Genetics can boost your life in certain areas but saying that genetics dictate your life is simply straightforwardly wrong in many ways.
  5. MGTOW has additional layers of victim mindset. The idea of focusing on yourself is a few thousand years older than MGTOW crap ideology. Watch your own suffering, thinking that it's all about fame, money, power and sex. People like Brad Pitt will be forgotten a few decades after death. People like Gandhi, Jesus, Martin Luther King Jr, Buddha, Madre Theresa etc will be remembered for centuries to come. @themovement how old are you? 17?
  6. @kieranperez There is no reason for conflict if you're doing something that's not what you want simply because you don't know what you want. Use what you got strategically. Take your time to try a lot of different things before you decide to commit to something specifically. This thing that you are doing is just one thing. It's not like you will spend the rest of your life doing it. It would be hard to do it for the rest of your life even if that's what you wanted to do it for the rest of your life. So the chance that you will do it for more than 1 year is virtually zero.
  7. @Wisebaxter You deciding = the Universe deciding. That's what oneness means. The best approach for you, as far as my perception goes, is to make wise choices and be detached from the outcomes. Train the mind to be less controlling.
  8. @Anton Rogachevski Staying alive has a cost and you need to be alive and dedicate time to format and share your message. If you don't want do do it for free (as I do it here along with many others), deliberately "wasting time and thus losing money", you should at least have a self-sufficient business plan. The most important part is being aware of what you are doing. Develop a crystal clear vision and don't try to fool yourself or anyone else.
  9. From the book of my past experiences. Belief I used to hold: I am a poor worthless little creature. Insight that healed me: I am God's Consciousness and Creativity itself. I can shape myself as I wish. A belief is groundless. An insight is grounded on deep experiences of awakening.
  10. @Gerred61 You're fine. If possible, let him know that you won't help him unless he decides to help himself. This is the problem of family members. They act as if they had total freedom or if you owed them something. Legally speaking, the only ones that owe you something are your parents. And that's only until you turn 18.
  11. @SFRL The whole idea of "submitting" is a defense mechanism of the ego. What to do? Open your heart and serve. "Submit", if that's how you call it. The way of the servant is the highest way. But you have to make sure that you're not feeding a toxic behavior from your partner like neediness. It takes a lot of wisdom to know how to serve without doing harm. Time will tell you.
  12. @Gerred61 You didn't provide enough information. I have no idea what happened between you and your brother.
  13. Time to be smarter and wiser, I guess? Grow some self-love. About God's Love, you'd need to understand who you truly are. It's a longer journey.
  14. @BreadbuterknifeNinja Sorry, but considering your words I don't think you're ready to become aware of God's Love. It's absolutely unco ditional. As for now, you better question your stories about talking to God, since you're imagining God as something separate from you who can love or hate you. What if it's just been you talking to yourself all this time?
  15. Be that person.
  16. @DecemberFlower Short answer: go for it. Be open to error. Just stay away from obviously stupid mistakes, such as having a child prematurely, using cocaine, heroine etc. The road to success is paved with failures.
  17. @Neorez It's a dream and the dream is all you got. The matrix is the ultimate miracle. You are the ultimate miracle.
  18. @PretentiousHuman Ask them why they do that.
  19. @themovement You're severely stuck. Might also buy the entire drugstore... Just drop your fetish for pills and grow up. I think you're close to getting banned due to your insistence and attachment to shallow ways of thinking.
  20. @BreadbuterknifeNinja You're unconsciously linking your barrage or negative emotions to useless beliefs. Let go of the grandiousnes of your suffering. Deal with your emotions and stop adding useless layers of big plots between angels and demons. Have you been lying too much? Too much envy? Unhealthy use of your sexuality? What's happening with you?
  21. The word "labour" comes from Latin "laborare", which means "to transform". A reasonable work should offer value to society so before you think about quitting you better have a good plan on how you will truly serve the world. Working is not just about doing what you want to do. The perfect job should bring massive value to society and be performed with a healthy thirst for perfection. Be smart. Use your 3 hours per day to plan your next steps. Also, stop thinking that the orange aspects of your current work is bad for you. That's just victim mentality. Use your time at work to grow and sharpen yourself, as you said. If coleegues are disrespecting you, that's something else. But it doesn't seem to be the case. And you don't have to sit from 9 to 5. Stand up, do some stretching, breathe, be yourself. Go for 5 minutes walks after lunch. Be creative. It's almost always possible to find room for spontaneity and moments of relaxation.
  22. @kieranperez I don't have much to say. When immersed in the pursuit of Truth, there's no authority other than direct experience. I've said it dozens of times on this forum. It can be a scary and liberating realization at the same time. 100% self responsibility is a HUUUUGE step. Go ahead.
  23. It's still just a tool. The more complex the tool is, the more harm it can cause and the more benefit it can do. It depends on the wisdom of it's user.
  24. An online forum addiction, bad eating habits, vicious gaming, consumerism etc. You name it. It's your responsibility, always. You can use a hammer to help you build a house or to destroy your own kitchen. Make your choice.
