  1. @ValiantSalvatore You can find tests in your own life. What do you feel you can offer to the world? What are your deepest desires? What is your Vision?
  2. @SQAAD Yes, the moment you realize who you truly are Who you truly are can't be anything else but Truth. Although you're free to think otherwise.
  3. @Western Buddha Yes. Feeling is the hard part. We tend to avoid pain so this is very counterintuitive. But once you feel what has to be felt, it's possible to let go.
  4. @Western Buddha Letting go takes you straight to facing suppressed emotions. You won't be able to let go of wounded traumas that still hurt. But if you keep working on letting go, one day it will actually happen and the wound will be healed.
  5. @saffron Dude, I don't care about being alpha. I'm a happy skinny guy. I don't chase to be better than others. I have nothing to prove. Nobody is going to kill me. Nobody is leaving me behind. You're thinking like a cave man.
  6. You don't. Even they don't deal with themselves, so why should I?
  7. Yes. My wife is also my best friend.
  8. This kind of comment opens space for any form of devilry. I'd avoid it. @Justincredible76 Porn is a visual source of pleasure for men, mostly. Of course there are women who enjoy it but it's not the rule of thumb as it is overload with masculine energy. In general, porn is very misleading regarding what it is like to share intimacy with women, specially if you're inexperienced. If you want to learn how to give pleasure to women, that's a whole different story. There are also several cases of men (I was here) who become increasingly more anxious during sex due to the mental agitation and excessive excitation induced by pornography, which is aligned with the impulses that cause premature ejaculation. If you want to ditch pornography (one of the best things I've done in my life), start to learn more about women. They have a very different rhythm from us men. And you will see that pornography is actually a very low quality material.
  9. The ceremonies are basically lead by questions. There is someone leading the ritual and others may ask any kind of question. Am I a Christian? What do you mean by that exactly?
  10. @Esoteric União do Vegetal is a christian religion and the consumption of Ayahuasca under a responsible religious ritual is protected by the Brazilian law, as well as by the laws of the USA for members who live and drink the tea there.
  11. @gunpas Short/blunt answer: no. Sex dolls are toxic toys. Facing one's emotional difficulties is the way to go. Also, I think that this thread is a mere ad spam. @cetus56, @Serotoninluv, @Nahm or @Leo Gura please take a closer look at this as well. I am prone to locking and hiding this thread due to the vulnerable portion of Actualized.org masculine audience.
  12. @Barna A question is a manifestation of the Universe's thirst to know itself.
  13. @Avi Tal LIVE what you want to say instead of saying them. The best you can do is inspire people, if they're open to it. The rest is entirely up to them.
  14. @phllip103 The fundamental beauty of existence is too radical for the mind. How come does anything exist at all, be it Hitler, an atom or an entire galaxy? How come is any kind of experience even possible? Why is there something instead of nothing? You seem to take this present moment for granted when in fact it's entirely mystical. ENTIRELY mystical. And the best we can do is just get completely mindblown by the fact that we're here.
  15. My experiences have become less abstract and more practical. Nowadays it's really about everyday life.
  16. That was me 4 years ago when I decided to become a monk. And to be honest, I was deeply happy. Then I met the woman who'd become my current wife and then I got even happier. And Life doesn't stop unfolding. But my solid ground is still being content with very little. Everything I've achieved is just extra to spice things up. And by the way, you're completely deluded with this survival belief of yours. Humans are not that simple. Maybe it works with some other animals but you can't extend this reasoning to human beings. We don't have tough skins, we're not poisonous, we don't have sharp teeth or nails, we don't have spiky skins, we're quite slow runners, we're awful swimmers, we can't fly, we can't see on darkness etc etc. MY survival increases YOUR chances of survival. The human species is extremely dependent on the organization in societies. Our strength is about learning to cooperate to achieve amazing goals. There is a famous African saying that goes like this: If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.
  17. @saffron Are your standards of "good enough for this world" fundamentally TRUE or are you just repeating what miserable people think about what a happy life would be? Is this guy good enough for this world? Does he rely on what his parents tell him? Watch carefully:
  18. There certainly is the end of existential suffering, deep understanding of the mystical nature of Reality and attainment of ridiculous levels of Wisdom that merge oneness and everyday life (aka duality). I'd call that pack of achievements by Enlightenment.
  19. Ashtanga Yoga. It requires an exceptionally good teacher, though. Watch out.
  20. @LucyKid God is not a particular thing. It's everything. It's the whole creation. You can't contradict Truth because it's unfalsifiable. Follow your passion. You're not supposed to ditch what you love unless you love hurting people. If you're a non-violent person, you're free to do anything.
  21. @Moreira Meditation won't help much in this case. I recommend that you try to change the way you perceive your days. Learn more about detachment and playfulness.
