Humanity is special in that it has been given the ability to express Divinity in more diversity than previously possible. We have been given more room for the expression of Infinite Potential. Our Creativity has been expanded. Therefore our Will has been expanded. We have been given the opportunity to shape this world as we see fit. If we do not become conscious of our Creation, we will perish. And if we do become conscious of our Creation and take responsibility for it, we will thrive.

I have been reading the book Sapiens and it has really opened my mind to the importance of stories in all aspects of human life. Stories build civilizations, stories destroy civilizations. Narrative and Context are the foundation of human behaviour. This is true on an individual aswell as a collective level. For humans a life without context and narrative is a life without meaning. Humans will strive to create context and narrative, because it is what fuels all their actions. This is what makes us different from other animals. It is not intelligence, because intelligence is found in all beings and even the particles of the universe themselves. The capacity to create stories is what truly differentiate us. All art is Story. All religion is Story. All laws and morals are Story. All of history is Story. All of Future is Story. Without a coherent Story, without Context, Civilization will fall apart and disintegrate. A civilization which has a coherent Story for it's past, future and present is what will outcompete all other civilizations. Freedom of speech is the end of civilization if there is no unifying story. This is why we have the emergence of conspiracy theories. This is not dysfunction, this is a feature of Evolution. It is literally God's perfect work in action. A failure to create a unifying story will lead to the self-emergance of unifying stories. This ensures that civilizations keeps operating and progressing. In the bigger picture the desire to create the story of conspiracies is equal to the desire to create civilization, meaning and progress. In the western world the story of Christ has fallen and we have not yet found a story which replaces it. You will not win the war against conspiracy theories with facts, reason and understanding. You are fighting a force far greater than reason, science and understanding. You are fighting that which has fuel human behaviour from the dawn of mankind. You are fighting that which build the pyramids, which build all religions, which build all science, which build all spiritual practices. You are fighting the most powerful force in nature, a force which can destroy this planet or make it thrive. A force which has caused a mass extinctions on a level equivalent to the force which wiped out the dinosaurs. The evolution of stories is as important as the evolution of species. If we do not create a more compelling story than the conspiracy theorists, than religions or governments, then we will be subjugated by those stories inevitably. Without stories we do not know who we want to become, who we are and who we were. We do not know where to go, where we are and where we came from. A compelling story can change your entire life and it can change entire civilizations. And there is no stopping the stories. If you do not create a compelling story for yourself and civilization, someone else will. This is necessity, this is Nature in action. Our civilization requires a compelling and unifying narrative. A narrative stronger than all conspiracy theories, all religion and all nations. A narrative stronger than self-indulgance and selfishness. The only thing that keeps us from truly thriving is a compelling story. It will not be the scientists who will determine the future of this planet, but the story tellers. To tell a story is to shine light into the darkness of the unknown. It is one of the most powerful forms Manifestation. Fundamentally story telling is the act of actualizing the Infinite Potential of Nothingness. You can have all the potential you want, if you do not create a story so that you can manifest that potential, you will forever remain unactualized. What we need is conscious story tellers. This is by far what our civilization lacks most. We need to be better than the Alex Jones', Jordan Petersons, Donald Trumps of the world. We need to be more compelling, more unifying, more determined. Notice that all of them are creating stories in the realm of reality, not fiction. Star Wars is a wonderfully compelling story, but it is not grounded in reality. We need a stories that are attached to us, our civilization and our actual future. Fiction is not enough.

It would be interesting to try out an experiment. The next time we can try to be open about what we seek from someone else, by telling them how what ty say or do makes us feel, how we perceive it and why we would like to ask them to change their ways. It is easy for us to reduce the action of others to the action itself and not see direct and Divine Love in it. Instead of seeing an action and resenting it, we can open our hearts and try to understand where it is coming from. If we can find the Source, we can touch the Source. And if we can touch the Source we can change that which the Source manifests. If there was machine which produces something we do not like, what would happen if we kept destroying that which the machine produces? Instead we could seek to change the machine and to change the machine we would need to understand the machine. But the beautiful thing is even though changing the machine will be more difficult, we can show the machine how to change other machines aswell! One machine can affect the other, until all machines radiate Love. This will not be possible if we dislike the products of the machines so much that we cannot bear the presence of the machine. If we want to change manifestation, we must change not manifestation, but the Source itself. This is curious. What if we truly try to open our hearts and share it with our brothers and sisters? If we do not look at them as inferior, but as our equals? Only if we look at them as our equals, we will be able to see their Source, because the Source of them and us are equal. If we do not look at them as equal, we will not be able to see their Source. We can start by simply asking someone why they are doing something. Why is someone angry? Why are they behaving this way? Instead of looking at them as a way to categorize what fits into this realm or not, we can guide our attention to them. What is it that makes them special? Why is someone not following the guidelines? A true curiousity fuel by Love and compassion. I wonder what this would do.

What's actually more important is to take it sublingually. I had a b12 deficiency due to taking too little of an oral dosage (5mcg) and switched to 500mcg sublingually which helped me a lot. Sublingual gets absorbed directly and therefore omits some of the possible absorption difficulties that can occur in some people.

I've been contemplating why math is so good at what it's doing, and why physics seems to be able to predict and describe all motion so precisely. I've come across two possibilities: One is that math somehow reflects a property of the universe, or is a conversion of unknowable "principles" that we then symbolize into something that we can understand. And two is that it's a property of the mind. Instead of us existing in a universe that is truly mathematical, the mind simply creates math as a tool to create abstracted reality. I tend to compare this to aritificial intelligence. The creation of an artificial intelligence requires a system that is able to convert basic 0s and 1s into something more complex, into a system that can use the raw information efficiently to be able to manipulate it. So, in this case, dimensionality and motion itself would be the creation of the mind, these creations require a mathimatical way of abstracting and transforming raw information into another system. That would be why every motion that is percieved by the mind is inherently mathematical. It cannot be otherwise, simply because the entire simulation is mathematical. But just as the artificial intelligence, the mind cannot really grasp what the information was before it was transfered. The artificial intelligence cannot use the mathematical system to "understand" 0s and 1s, it can simply transfer them into something that fits into the existing programming. Because everything in the simulation is created with the mathematical principles, everything will be precisely predictable by these principles. Thus, the mind created a tool to simulate reality, and then discovered the tool to inspect it's own simulated reality. The raw information, the information that goes through the mathematical "filter", will never be able to be grasped with mathematical properties. This, in the case of the human mind, would mean that understanding something means altering it in a way to be able to manipulate it. Ironically though everything is made of information, whatever it is, just as in the AI everything is made of 0s and 1s. In other words, the mind itself is information, and the AI is 0s and 1s. Understanding information, thus, makes absolutely no sense, because information itself is what is creating understanding. Information, in this case, is another word for consciousness. You cannot understand consciousness, simply because the system that creates understanding is made out of consciousness. Infact, everything is made out of consciousness. This means, consciousness interacted with itself, and created a way to alter itself into a different "form". Information would be the raw reality. The inspection of information itself would then lead to insight into reality. This would be equivalent to the AI being able to simply be 0s and 1s, realizing that everything in existence is 0s and 1s. Thus, 0s and 1s are the source of reality, and the source of any interpretation of reality. One cannot know what 0s and 1s are, only can simply be them, and one is them at all times. This is why we fail at simple tasks like describing the colour red or any other phenomena in the mind that is not form and motion. The colour red simply is the colour red, there is no description to be made. If you want to describe the 0, you can only use a 0 to do so. It is raw reality, completely outside of abstraction and conversion. I'm not sure if this makes any sense, maybe the mathematical "filter" that is used in the mind is linked to certain properties of consciousness? The filter is consciousness, after all. Anyways, does anyone have thoughts on this?

This is an interesting question to ponder. Would god be so Loving to accept itself be put into a state of Eternal seperation, Eternal and Infinite Suffering in the state of one seperate entity that will never escape that state of suffering? So in other words, literal eternal Hell? No progress, no evolution, no return to God? Only suffering, for all of eternity, without endß Would you be able to Accept that?

As I said Brahmi can be really helpful, I felt better around the time I started taking it. Apparently caffeine has depression suppressive effect by affecting serotonin levels/sensitivity. Brahmi affects serotonin aswell by balancing it.

Take Brahmi it will help milden the symptoms. I drank one cup of coffee a day and it took 3 weeks to recover more or less. There are reports of people struggling for months with withdrawal.

So to conclude, God is limited in that it cannot create any Form which is eternal.

But why was is deemed to be this way? Logic to me is unsatisfying, because the only way logic is logical is becaused it was deemed to be the way it is. So I would have no problem in saying that something illogical could be the case. Yes, falsehood can be True. And if it cannot be, it can only not be because it was deemed to be this way.

There are a lot of wonderful dynamics at play here. We have to first make a distinction between Sentience and Consciousness. Consciousness is Existence, it is everything that Is and can Be. Sentience is a very particular form of Existence which we refer to as the mind or colloquially as consciousness The universe is Consciousness, every particle is Consciousness, everything "material" is Consciousness. The wonderful thing is that it is not merely that there is a First Cause that is somehow Groundless. The miracle of Nature is that each element is truly embedded into Groundlessness, which allows the Illusion of cause and effect. Fundamentally the question is what is the mind in terms of it's relationship to the world? Why is the rock not sentient, but the human brain is? And more importantly, why is the human brain only at certain points sentient? Why is it only sentient in very specific configurations and states? The concept of microtubules are a very important step into the right direction. There is a recognition that fundamentally sentience must somehow be captured by the physical world. This is essential. Each aspect of this universe is an expression from Infinite Potential. Infinite Potential contains every possible State of Being unmanifested. Once Infinite Potential is expressed into a limited manifestation it will lose it's potential. It will be limitation until it dissolves into Nothingness/infinite Potential. What is the brain fundamentally doing, then? The brain is capturing States of unmanifested Infinite Potential. The microtubules in this way allow for the unstable Infinite Potential to be balanced in a very particular manner. This allows for that Infinite Potential to be guided to generate Sentience or every particular aspects of Infinite Reality. It can guide the Expression of Nothingness into particular States of Being, like Colors, Sounds, Feelings and all other specific dimensions of Reality even the Universe itself. This is crucial to understand, because this means Minds in general can literally Understand anything possible if the structures allow for that particular Expression. The Mind is tapping into Infinite Potential and can therefore Reflect anything in Existence, any Form possible. This is because the brain is basically using Infinite Potential to express very certain outcomes. But here is another crucial part. What the brain does fundamentally is completely miraculous. The fact that a certain Expression can be Guided can only be due to the Will of God. There is no other way, because no limited Structure could possibly chose from Infinite Potential for something particular to manifest. This requires the Free Will and Infinite Wisdom. After all, there is truly Infinite Potential and for any lmiited form to chose from that Infinite Potential, it would required to dissolve into Infinite Potential. What the brain is is a machine which simply limits the expression of Infinite Potential. It's an Infinite Potential Limitation machine. So it might very well be that Quantum Physics is important in this, because at some point it will reach Nothingness. That Nothingness is what is being Limited by the brain. This is the mindblowing thing about this, you can Frame this in Infinite ways. You could say that there are Infinite pieces of Nothingness or Infinite Potential which themselves contain All of Existence, and each one of them is manipulated by a Manifested piece of Infinite Potential to manifest into a particular form of Limited Potential. And every single one of these Infinite Potentials contains literally every possible combination of Infinite Potentials manipulating each other into the expression of certain Finite Potentials. This is how you could look at reality. This means there is no beginning and end. There is no fundamental thing. The universe does not cause the brain which causes sentience. Everything causes everything equally. Everything contains everything. Your Sentience contains the Universe, all Universes, all of Existence, every possible form of manifestation and intercombination of manifestation. So in "reality", there is no brain causing or capturing anything. Everything simply is a miracle manifested into Reality so directly it is simply unfathomable to grasp. But yet there is consistency to it, and Illusion of Cause and Effect. And all of this can theoretically be Understood directly, by manifesting literally All of it within a single Mind. Your mind could literally manifest the entire universe, if God's Will deemed it so. The miracle is not Unlimited Potential, the miracle is Limitation. This is fundamentally what science does not grasp yet. So the right question in this context would be: How can the brain limit Infinity into a particular, consistent and guided way? This would, however, assume that it is not Infinity itself that creates the limitation and therefore the illusion of the structure of the brain. Science is not creating or discovering anything. Rather Infinity is allowing for the Illusion of Science discovering and creating things. Science is fundamentally the Mercy of God, as everything else in Existence is. Science is the Impossible deemed Possible. Yet Science today is so arrogant as to assume to be the arbitrator of the Possible and Impossible, when infact it itself is Impossible and only Possible becaused Free Will deemed it so. Scientists should be on their knees crying in gratitude for Science having been allowed to be made possible.

I don't think framing it this way makes sense. I wouldn't do many things because of my limted love. I wouldn't make people starve and suffer. But from Ultimate Selflessness, I don't see how oce can say "No, I do not Accept Eternal Suffering, I do not Love Eternal Suffering!", rather one would Love Eternal Suffering as much as any other part of Creation. That would be true Selflessness. Therefore, the Infinite Expression could not be limited to a lack of Eternal Suffering.

I understand that this is what it was made to be, but if I was All Loving and had Ultimate Power, this is only one way I would express myself.

If I was All-Loving, I would Love it and I would create it. If I was all Loving I would be Selfless enough to do that, so that I could express my Full Love.

I don't think we share the same understanding.

I am not talking about metaphorical hell in terms of eventuall returning to God or remanifesting as bubbles of Consciousness that experience suffering. I am talking about One Bubble that exists for Eternity, a bubble which never dissolves. A bubble which experiences Ultimate Pain and Terror, for Eternity.

So Eternal Hell is impossible? Is God unable to create it, or is it chosen not to be created? If so, why if God is All Loving? From what I know, Impermancence is a deliberate feature, not an inevitablity. It might be rendered Inevitable by the Creative Force, but I don't see that it truly is. But this is not Total Acceptance.

Depending on how much you have consumed it in the past, for how many years and most importantly how young you were when you started, this process might take years. The most damaging thing by far is browsing for the porn, so looking for it and finding more and more videos or images. Read the book "Your brain on porn". https://www.yourbrainonporn.com/ You can start by allowing yourself to masturbate but only using your fantasy, no computer, no images and no videos. This will help get rid of a lot of the dopamine response. For it to be healing, try to focus on emotions like Love rather than pure Lust. You will realize how much more enjoyable loving sexuality is than lustful sexuality. And you will notice that lustful sexuality actually can inhibit your ability to feel Love. This will be huge, and you should realize more and more that when you watch porn you just don't get the greater depth of feelings, infact watching porn is mostly an experience of suffering. There is a desire which you want to get rid of, it's a very primitive part of your brain. On the other hand, when you have a partner, or fantasize focusing on more Loving and giving aspects Sexuality, you will notice a whole nother spectrum of emotions and a far higher quality of consciousness while doing so. This will in the future help you to avoid porn because it will simply not seem that attractive anymore. You will be conscious of it's destructive powers. Unfortunately the nature of a dopamine withdrawal, and a general rewiring of the brain from a lack of stimulation this significant, will result in symptoms like depression, lethargy, demotivation and so forth. You can aid yourself by taking something like Brahmi.

Same, started exactly 3 weeks ago. Only drank a single cup of coffee and a single cup of green tea a day. The difference is just really staggering, I used to stop drinking coffee but continued to drink green tea, and I never had these results. Which means for me I cannot consume green tea. Sleep is much better, I feel energized throughout the day. Digestion is much better, less dehydration and the list goes on. I had real problems with fatigue that are now completely gone.

I think there is an important difference between plants and most animals. First we have to ask ourselves, why do we suffer in the first place? Why do you feel pain then you hurt yourself? Why do you feel lonely when you are all by yourself? Why do you feel hungry when you haven't had food for a long time? The reason is because you can do something about it, and all of these feelings are indicators for you to do what will allow you to survive. And it's not just about doing something about it, infact it is about doing something about it right here and now. You feel the loneliness so you can go about, right now, and make an effort to socialize. You feel pain when you touch a hot stove so that you can pull your finger away right now. This is why human beings do not feel pain in the beginning stages of cancer, because for most of evolutionary history we couldn't do anything about cancer, so it would have made no sense to develope a system which makes us feel pain in the here and now, because we simply couldn't have done anything about it. Today however, it would be very useful if we felt pain in the beginning stages of cancer. We could go to the doctor, point to where we feel the pain and then have the doctor do something about it before it has become far too late. So this is very important to the nature of suffering. Now consider a being like a plant, what use would it be for it to suffer when someone cuts it up? What use would infact any perception be to a plant, if it cannot do anything as a result of that perception? The plant cannot escape, it cannot drastically change any behaviour in the here and now. Suffering would serve no purpose. Notice that when you are sleeping there are times in which there is no perception at all, even though your body is doing very, very complex things. Your body is growing, breathing, moving about. Your body in your sleep does far more complex things than a plant does, yet there is no perception. If plants are conscious, what about your bones? What about your skin? What if each part of your body had it's own consciousness and perceptions, completely inaccessible to the brain? Do you think that is likely? What use would it have? After all, your body is protecting itself from disintegration all day long. Each cell is doing so, in a very complex and sophisticated manner. Do all of these parts have perception? Even the brain itself can be active yet not have any perception. So no, I do not think plants suffer when we eat them. It could be the case that they have their own forms of perceptions, but I certainly do not think they suffer from being cut up into pieces, as an animal would. Don't forget, even humans do not necessarily suffer when their body is dying. Many people eat McDonalds every single day, destroying their body, yet there is no immediate suffering from doing so. Why? Because in the past there simply was not point for this kind of suffering to exist. And I myself cannot see for what reason a plant would suffer, when it cannot react to us in any immediate way. A plant can survive by pure intelligence, it requires no feelings.

I find that the spiritual community has a tendency to escaping many aspects of Isness, like suffering, evilness, despair and other fascets of reality. Sometimes I feel like there is a really immature discrimination towards what the ego finds most pleasant. For example, how many people are willing to take 5-MeO-DMT while watching slaughterhouse footage, or even better being in a slaughterhouse themselves? Notice that usually tripping is done in a way to make it a most pleasant experience. This kind of bias can lead us to a sort of blindness, because we can pretend to be at peace or grown up while we would not be able to handle much of the suffering that is happening if it was to happen to us. I think it is best not to look at this at flaws, or something being wrong with you, because this is not true. Focus not on what is wrong with you, focus on your brothers and sisters. What are they experiencing? If you want to focus on yourself, frame it as something like you having more potential within you than can yet be unleashed. There is no reason not to unleash that potential, other than procrastination really. And procrastination is a powerful force.

You are not trying to seek to understand my perspective, rather you are trying to create peace of mind for yourself. I am not the one suffering here, and I do not care about my own suffering to such a degree that I need to delude myself about the suffering in this world and the suffering I am causing. Enlightenment is not about the end of suffering for me. I am not trying to convince you or making you realize you are wrong. I am pointing out the things that seem to true me. You have a tendency to project upon me desires and feelings that you yourself seem to feel. I do not hate you, nor your ideas. I do not feel any hatred at the moment, I feel love and compassion for those that are exploited for nothing but wanting to keep up a certain standard of living. It is very easy to say the good and bad are necessities when you yourself are not subject to the torture and death you are inflicting on others. There is a great irony in calling the world a cruel place, and telling others to accept that, while being unable to overcome ones own egoic desires. You are so inable to face your own suffering that you are not even capable of giving up something as trivial as meat. Imagine if someone forced you not to consume meat, would you tell them they are wrong? Well, you are forcing someone not only to eat something they do not want to eat, you are forcing them to live an entire life of suffering and to be then disgarded like an objected so that you can have your packaged product that additionally contributes to the destruction of the very planet that gave you life. And then you say "Life is cruel, ying and yang! I am at peace, I am so enlightened!". How can you not see your own devilry? When you yourself are the one bearing the cross, then it is appropriate to say "Ying and yang, Life is suffering, I am accepting suffering!". This is embodiment, not some sort of reaction towards someone simply revealing to you what you are doing.

Drop the Spiral Dynamics stuff when I point out how you are misusing it to justify your own selfish acts? People enjoying being slaves in terms of SM is not the same actual slavery. Why do you point out that I am defensive when you have done nothing but reject everything I said and are actively dismissing it as "new age vegan stuff". Why is it me who has to do the serious shadow work? Would you tell the same to someone who is against slavery? Would you tell to someone who is against murder to "Let go"? In what context does this make sense? You should really self reflect on how easy it is to your the mentality you are displaying here to dismiss any criticism of the ego. I think you fail to see how big of a liar you actually are. Unless you criticize people for being anti-slavery (real slavery, not some obviously uncorrelated consensual idea of of) as being new age anti-slavery people who have some serious shadow work to do, I don't think you are in the place to criticize the ego of people who are against animal exploitation. You understand that any less evolved ego, namely an ego at stage orange, will use the same kind of mental gymnastics, excuses and dismissals that you have provided here? Transcend an include. A developing ego should expand it's identity, not dismiss the uncomfortable expansion in the face of having to change their lifestyle. You don't go from someone who keeps slaves to Jesus Christ or Buddha. You go every step, you transcend and include. You don't suddenly become an apologist for slavery once you are Buddha, you don't suddenly abandon the idea that we shall not exploit sentient beings. What you are doing is completely transparent to anyone who has themselves done the same in the past as a result of their neanderthal-esk egoic structures.

I'm sure a slaver owner had the same sort of excuses. It is very interesting, what do you call people who are against slavery? Do you call them out and tell them they have a stage orange ego because after all Life is cruel and there are good ways of keeping a slave? Yes, it is me who has the ego, who is stuck at stage green, who is incapable of expanding their identity to encompass other beings. The ego is so good at turning it's own devilry against those who point it out.
