Natasha replied to Joseph Maynor's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Joseph Maynor It's not how big one's ego is, it's whether it's 'ripe'/'ready' to get released. Ego is a conceptual illusion. Collapse of that illusion is what prompts liberation. -

@Joseph Maynor High vibration music is beneficial for consciousness work. Jazz is relaxing and groovy. There is a nice jazz launge in Cocoa Beach called Heidi's Jazz Club I like to go to. Ron Texteira's Trio often play there live. Here's some of their music -

Yes, in the above video Leo defines our existential nature as pure transparent empty awareness. -

I think Azrael refers to a shelf in the same manner Leo often refers to a coffee table in his videos. Here's one example, watch the first 6 mins: -
Natasha replied to Mondsee's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Mondsee "When you become fully conscious, you break down the boundary between self and others, and literally what happens is that everything becomes you, everything becomes the self. and there is a complete and utter surrender of you to reality, the larger force of reality, or as someone may call it God, nature, reality, existence You basically surrender to this higher power and you act now compassionately towards everyone and everything, because you literally perceive the entire world as your body. It's a very radical thing. And more than that thing, you recognize that all of existence is basically a giant bowl of love, unconditional love. And what you do, you surrender your ego to such an extent that everything is unconditionally loved by you, especially all the good stuff, but even the evil, even the bad stuff, even stuff that looks ugly or looks vial, or looks immoral. You even start to love that, because you see it as unity. There are no divisions, it's one giant unity. So, surrender to that and approach all of reality with unconditional love" - Leo in his vid on morality part 1. -

Lol My new manager is a freakin perfectionist, so I have to keep things in perspective to stay calm and cool -
It's very do-able to live a healthy happy life beyond your centennial. Lets share ideas, articles, videos, and stories of those who do/did! Of course, again, nutrition is a big factor. People with highest longevity rate in the world consume wholesome nutrient dense food from the earth, get moderate excercise, and lead overall conscious life-style. Interesting video for a discussion:

@Quantum Mike It's ok , Mike. We can't expect people to agree with us all the time. Take care. This thread is derailed way too far now. I'm going to ask the mods to lock it.

That's not what I'm saying at all. Yeah like Big Pharma is going to allow that happen. To the rest of your come backs - tell all that to a dying cancer patient. I'm a living proof of what I've been doing works, while yours is just mental gymnastics with no direct experience to back it up. A.k.a. arm chair philosophy. Name calling...perhaps projecting Also means debate is over. Peace to you. Stay well. See you around on the forums

But is this alpha male happy in his life? Competition, winning, dominance, control is just his ego f-ing itself. Leo's recent vid 'Successful People Are Not Happy' talks about this in detail. -
That's called radical open-mindedness - Stage Yellow. You don't have to conceptualize and have scientific proof for everything. You navigate through the Relative with direct experience, ofter trusting the un-known. Post-rational thinking is also about dropping concepts about what's rational and what's not. So unless you try on your own body what we're talking about here, you have no evidence to back up your claim these things don't work either. Go try them out, come back in a year and we'll talk.

Your butt monkey opinions don't interest me anymore. Peace.

Well, if my having healed my cancer by activating my body's own healing abilities (and without much help from conventional cancer industry) is not enough evidence to you, then so it be. I do recognize benefits of modern conventional medicine where the benefit is due. However, if I'd taken chemo, radiation, Temoxefin, etc, I'd be either walking like a drugged-up zombie or dead by now (like many 'rational' cancer patients are). This is not 'magical' thinking, this is stage Yellow thinking - rising above the body-mind and treating it as a whole, where you don't 'fight' your 'ailment', you work with it lovingly. Cancer is actually a beautiful thing if you look at it from a Yellow stage perspective. Any awakened/enlightened being will tell you that. Peace.

Never heard of him, but will check it out, thanks.

No fantasies, was just asking a yes/no question. Been thinking about going all raw, but it's hard when everyone around you eats meat. Slowly evolving towards no animal protein diet, though. Those are heavy foods to digest and as I get older, I don't want to start supplementing with digestive enzymes either. I home-make fermented cabbage (sauerkrout) for live probiotics and eat plenty raw foods rich in enzymes. Fresh raw juices are awesome too - ginger, carrots, pineapple, beets, celery, apples, etc - pure goodness. What is your daily diet like, besides beans, cabbage, sweet potatoes, and rice?
-
I don't either. I rather prefer almonds and chlorella If he eats raw only, then no beans, sweet potatoes, and rice for him either Are you a doctor, by chance? You seem to prefer/advocate conventional medicine over alternative one.
-
@Prabhaker Swami said in the vid he eats no cooked food, only raw. He is sure one sharp-minded 100 yo whipper snapper. And his flexibility - he can fold his limbs like not many even 20 yo could... amazing.

@Joseph Maynor You already are the Truth fully embodied. Conceptualizing keeps you from 'knowing' it. And what Nahm said. -
I agree. 'Follow the money trail' is always a wise reminder.
-
Yes I do know that and that's why I keep my free radical level at 2. I posted links about it in this thread, you can check it out. I've become my own physician and clean wholesome food is my medicine. Did you know that majority of cancer patients don't die from cancer, but from cancer treatments side-effects? I was told by my then oncologist that if I don't go along with the conventional cancer 'treatment' protocol, in 2 years I'd develop stage 4 and die? Well, I quit the doc, went solo doing my research and changing my diet and lifestyle... it's been 5 years now and my health and energy levels are better than they were 20 years ago. This is my evidence and I'll stick with what I've been doing and what works and gives me such results. We're just sharing ideas and information and learning from each other on this forum. Thank you for sharing your thoughts, they've been valuable and I will consider some things you've said too

Natasha replied to TJ Reeves's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@TJ Reeves After self-realization I enjoy solitude more, but also my connections with others became more pleasant, because of no expectations. Those notes you posted in OP are really good too, thank you for sharing. -
I understand your concern about money making businesses. I only take from that industry what's quality and benefits my wellness. I was low on B-12, found quality B-12 supplement, took it for awhile, the following test reveals my B-12 levels are back to normal. Same with free-radical testing - went from 5 (bad) to 2 (good) by having taken quality antioxidants for a few months. All my vitamin and mineral levels are within normal range too. And if/when they drop, I will fill that deficiency by eating proper foods and temporary supplementation. I'm still learning about how my body works and what it needs to stay in top-notch shape. It's fun! Are you saying awakened beings can't take superfoods and supplements?
-
@Quantum Mike Don't be a fussy little butt monkey I healed my stage 3 cancer by switching to wholesome foods from the earth (that includes superfoods), clean water, conditioning my body with moderate excercise, cleaning my environment from toxic chemicals, and implementing stress busting techniques like meditation, mindfulness, practicing proper breathing, and good sleep. I haven't been to a conventional doctor since the diagnosis in 2012. And I don't just take anything and all the time. I do my home-work and research quality and sources of everything I try. I also do blood and urine tests and customise my supplement intake according to a particular deficiency (which the following test shows is improved/fixed). But food is my primary source of health and vibrancy, and I do eat plenty of rice, beans, cabbage, and sweet potatoes too, among other things. The lady in the video talks about Vit D-3 only and suggests that other supplements COULD be useless. Homeopathic stuff I have never been sure about and don't invest in, though. I might be an 'idiot' in your eyes, but I'm not stupid Our body CAN heal itself and thrive for a century and longer, given proper nutrition and lifestyle. And this thread is a good example of how conscious living and holistic approach to one's health help you achieve that.
-
I live in Florida, the Sunshine state I don't go out in the direct sun all the time, I know the rays can be harmful with too much exposure. Would I still need to supplement with Vit D, though?

He actually did a pretty good job explaining some of the concepts from the book
