@Santiago She wasn't 'hitting' on you, she was just friendly/ maybe a bit flirty. Doesn't really mean anything. Aknowleging her 'hello' by saying it back to her while walking by would have been ok too...nothing to lose if you are secure.

@Anna1 That's actually a really good point. Direct experience is not a belief and thus can be trusted as legit. -
@Fibonacci Sounds like you are dealing with a bunch of narcissists in your immediate environment and are being scape-goated. You need to develop proper understanding/perspective to help you heal. Check these out:

@Voyager I tried once a strong determination dry sauna sitting in 180 F and couldn't do it for more than 30 mins (recommended time is up to 15 mins). Had a wet towel on my head and plenty of water handy. Got good skin detox, but when my head started to overheat, I got out...pronto. It's cool (pun not intended) to try new things, but also listen to your body to guide you and don't go overboard when it comes to your health and wellbeing. -
@Vladimir Try Wobenzym N - it's a German formula super effective at knocking inflammation down. And read up on Chlorella, it's awesome at keeping body clean from any pollution from air we breathe to foods we eat. If you get it, make sure it's organic, broken cell wall kind. I've taken both and they really work.

Most likely. Inflammation is responsible for 95% of all human ailments. First step - full body detox to rid the system of the toxins. Then - maintain clean diet of mostly fresh (preferably orgaic) veggies and fruit, clean water, no household chemicals, stress reduction techniques (like meditation), moderate exercise (too vigorous of work-outs flood body with free radicals that also causes inflammation). Google info on foods, etc that cause inflammation and try to avoid those (red meat, gluten, dairy, etc). Chlorella is excellent at pulling toxins out, use it in smoothies and shakes or take in a tablet form. Other awesome supplements for inflammation that work are N-Wobenzyme and Curcumin. Hope this helps. Feel better

I think this pic was done as a joke. Look at what's for lunch - alcohol and junk food...and none of it's been touched or in his mouth. The big grin says it all. -

Those can be cured by consistent mindfulness practices and training your mind to be present and still. Meditation is a great way to tame the wild horse that is the mind. -

I initially went to a conventional oncologist who wanted to put me on all kinds of pharmaceutical drugs and procedures to 'fight' cancer. After a thorough research I found out that the leading cause of death of cancer patients is actually not cancer, but side-affects from conventional cancer treatments (chemo, radiation, etc). After having had surgery to remove the lump, I told the onc I was gonna go solo and try heal with help of natural holistic medicines like clean water and organic whole food from the earth, high quality supplements, fresh juicing, whole body detox, stress busting techniques, etc... to which he said I was going to die within next 2 years without conventional intervention (I had stage 3 at the time, but also whathe was doing is to scare me into agreeing to toxic treatments). Well I'm going on 6 years now cancer free, feeling and looking better than ever and keeping up with my 'let food be thy medicine and medicine thy food' mentality. It works when you effectively activate the body's ability to heal itself. Thank you for asking. -

@Little Plant I agree. I grew up in Ukraine and life there was so much slower paced. We didn't have a car, running hot water, washer/drier, microwaves, ATMs, cellphones, etc. People would take a walk to work, market, store, etc even if it was some miles away. There seemed to be a lot less overweight people around. We washed clothes on weekends, in a tub and by hand, and hung it to dry on a clothes line outside. We ate dinner, played board games, watched sport events and movies leisurely as a family. When I came to the U.S. I was shocked to see quick fixes everywhere - people bitching at the wrong washer model, car being wrong color, clothes wrong style, etc, popping up pills and pharmaceutical drugs for simplest things like common colds and body aches. I got pulled into that fast-paced quick-fix lifestyle myself...that until I got cancer and that was a wake up call for me. Since then have been breaking away/'detoxing' emotionally, psychologically, phisically, and spiritually from the madness of the western lifestyle. And that includes taking time for everything. Nothing is more important than peace of mind and nothing is worth losing it. I wholeheartedly agree with the OP. -

@ajasatya It happens. You're aware without being self-aware. -
Natasha replied to Arkandeus's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Lauritz No, it wasn't imagination. I consciously experienced my birth and it was quite a traumatic experience. I remember being sort of 'stuck' in there on the way out. I had no feeling of time or place, just the sensations. -

I have short yet vivid recollections/glimpses of being in my Mother's tummy... observing the surroundings, just like being submersed under water, the fluid was clear and I could see the inner side of the walls of the womb. And also remember when was passing through the birth channel - dark, tight, laborous - and finally coming out grasping for air and into light. I remember most of it until now. It amazes me how I was being conscious of all that without any self-awareness. -
