I don't cook in olive oil, only use it for dressing in salads. For cooking I use avocado and coconut oils because they tolerate higher temperatures without becoming toxic.

I have always felt that my dog understands me better than most people. And we don't even have to talk. -
@Key Elements I have and been using my Ninja blender for years and it still works good as new. I make and consume green smoothies every morning in differen combinations of chlorella, bananas, strawberries, blueberries, coconut water, coconut yogurt, chia seeds, raw cocoa, spinach, kale, pineapple, nut milk, turmeric root, ginger, etc. Plenty of healthy recipes to try! Change them up for variety/ taste and enjoy C(:

@Pelin I forgt to mention to do it first thing in the morning (only once a day) before eating or drinking anything. When your gut stabilizes, you can cleanse once a week. And make sure to follow up with pribiotics
-
@Pelin I also make and consume my own fermented foods, it's part of my daily diet. When everything works smoothly in your gut and you have at least one daily bowel, supplements would not be required. Once a week I do a saline water flush to cleanse and disinfect my gut. There are many benefits to that, just make sure you do it with clean water and real sea salt. Drink a quart of water mixed with 2-3 tea-spoons of salt, in under 10 minuits. If that doesn't push it through, drink another quart with salt. Wait till you thoroughly flushed before you eat again (usually 1 hr). Do a few flushes (will help get rid of bad bacteria) followed by probiotics (will help eliminate any parasites you might have contracted in Japan) and that should take care of your current gut ailments. I do keep a bottle of quality probiotics in the fridge and take them sometimes too. It's also good to supplement when you have an animal (I have a dog). And as you getting older and your digestion slows down, supplementing almost becomes a must, and not just for gut health, but also for immune health as well.

Natasha replied to Wes Thoughts's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Don't confuse Consciousness with perception. Consciousness (Awareness, the Absolute, God) is the 'container' in which the body-mind appears and dissapears, not the other way around. It's non-dual, which mind can't grasp. So if one shot themself in the head (using your exampe), they would cease to perceive dual reality and in the absence of the illusion, would fully know themself as the Absolute/ Consciousness/ Awareness, God. -
Natasha replied to Wes Thoughts's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Wes Thoughts Consciousness (awareness/ the Absolute/ God) does not need a body-mind in order to know itself. When the body-mind construct cease to exist, what left is what has always been, will be, and what every-thing is made of - self-aware/self-abiding No-thing, our true nature. And because of its non-dual nature, when the body-mind 'dies', it also ceases to 'perceive' the dual world. -
Natasha replied to Nadosa's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Nadosa You got to surrender in order to let go. What I see here is a lot of though-stories and no direct experience. Mindfulness meditation and meditation with labeling might help. Also, Eckhart Tolle material on YT/ books - this info is quite basic and easily 'digestiable'. You're on the right track. Keep it up! -
Natasha replied to Shakazulu's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Shakazulu From the point of the Absolute the birth and death of our body take place at the same time. From the point of the mind, there are 3 dimentions of space and one dimention of time, which makes impossible for the mind to understand eternity. You are the Absolute embodied, it's just that the mind cannot understand it. -

Natasha replied to Alexo45's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Alexo45 From the point of the Absolute, 'they' are not 'your' family and there is no inherent problem. From the point of the ego, there will be loneliness on this journey. Welcome to the club. Detatch and practice unconditional love. And what others said above. -
@Fibonacci Leo has good vids on victim mentality, highly recommend. Hugs My son visited Paris last year and loved it - the food, people, city, shops, sightseeing. He says he might go live in France some day. What city do you live in?
-
Leo was here an hour ago. Even if someone got a hold of his phone, they wouldn't have known his pass to get to his account. As simple as that.
-
@Fibonacci Have you watched Leo's last vid? Meaning, purpose, and value are constructed, they are not inherent to reality. Being is the only real 'thing' there is. Hugs

@Ilya Because it's the only real 'thing' there is. -
Natasha replied to Peace and Love's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Peace and Love As long as your friend identifies with body-mind, it'll be hard for her to get any psychological relief. As she transcends her ego and learns to properly integrate it, she's free. -
Natasha replied to Echoes's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Echoes I think what you're talking about is empathy in a deeper kind of sense. I have been catching myself lately merging with another on that level too. Perhaps it's a sign that one is tapped into collective consciousness, but I haven't contemplated much on this yet. -
I think illusion is not what the mind 'sees' as existing (existence is every-thing, including no-thing), but the meaning the mind ascribes to it. Like, my dog that's sitting next to me, exists, but it's really not a dog. The mind labels it as such and thus makes up an illusion. Take the mind out of it and what left is simply what is.

Took me about a year and a half, shift happened suddenly and also naturally (while self-inquiring). Was permanent and have been gradually deepening. I was highly motivated as well 'to get to the bottom of it' due to intense suffering at the time. I happened to listened to a lot of Eckhart Tolle and Sadhuru at the begining before the shift, read Tolle's A New Earth. Then came across Leo's channel, started to meditate and do self-enquiry...and the rest is history. I like your 'full circle' analogy you've been introducing in your posts. I can see how I've been following this pattern myself. If this is your original idea and you could patent and sell it, you'd make lots of money -
Sy typo. Thanks for the correction It's 5,000 mcg.

@sleeperstakes Known as nature's multivitamin, Chlorella has full spectrum of Vit B, all major vits and minerals, amino acids, powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory, omegas, etc. plus it detoxifies body of toxins/heavy metals. You can take it in tablets, I mix a table -spoon-full in my green morning smoothies. Chlorella is single cell algae and is sold in a broken cell wall form for better absorption. Buy organic. I use Microingredients Suprerfoods and HealthForce Superfoods brands. I also supplement with 5,000 mg of B-12 and 500 mg of L-Glutathione (anti-oxidant).

@texter Look up 'codependency'. Control is the driving mechanism behind it, not compassion. Work on letting go of your need to control someone else's situation. Learn self-love and boundaries. Hugs

@jjer94 Your post made me hungry C(: Warmed up some banana bread I made this morning (with brown rice flour) and spread Kerrygold butter on it like I mean it...sooo good. The groovie music hit the spot too. Glad you're feeling bettre

@Fibonacci Have you read Tolle's The Power of Now and/or A New Earth? His talks on YT are very good too. Look them up. When I started my journey a couple years ago, Tolle's material laid out the groundwork for my awakening months later. You need to do some healing first. Tolle himself quit his academic pursuits after liberation and spent months on park benches just basking in the being. Learn the art of Being first and doing will naturally flow out of it. And thank you for sharing your journey with us Hugs
