When a seeker tries to distinguish between truth and false, it only points at and reinforces further their polarities (duality) and thus contributes to a seeker's suffering. It fragments reality. Truth is all containing fabric of existence, including everything we also call false. -
Yes, I already know suffering was a contributing factor as well. Psychological suffering loses its grip upon awakening, though. You as the Absolute is untouchable by it.

I agree. I was fortunate to grow up around some both men and women who exuded that presence. Interestingly, none of them were into any kind of spirituality, as far as I can remember. And maybe having had that experience with them was also one of the contributing factors leading to my awakening later in life. Would be a cool point to contemplate on

Yes, a loving, good woman has the capacity to serve as the gateway to a man's healing and becoming if she chooses to see him as imperfect and fallible, but lovable nonetheless. Men are not put into our lives to save us. As a couple, we are put into one another's lives to help birth God in each other.

@Aldo Our gym has a hot sauna, so sometimes I would meditate in the 180 F sauna room. Makes a perfect 20 mins meditation session. Then I take a cold shower. It's hard not to be present when exposed to extreme temperatures like that. -

@Angelo John Gage I like to listen to Dr Lipton's talks, he always does a good job linking science with non-diality. Thanks for sharing -

@moon777light The one that tries to survive is the ego/the illusion. The spiritual ego, of course, would TRY to use enlightenment to survive. That's what religious people do. Enlightenment is opposite to survival. You realize there is no one there to even need to survive. Awakened people integrate the ego and use it as a tool without having to identify with it. -
@Thadeus01 My son went to France and Spain 2 years ago with his French class. The time difference between USA and France is 6 hours. When he got back after a 2 week vacation, his body clock was confused and it took him awhile to go back to sleeping at night again. Weed works because your brain gets relaxed and dopey, but as @Michael569 mentioned, it's not worth getting addicted. Your sleeping cycle will naturally adjust itself with a bit time and patience.

@traveler I was never a huge Mooji fan, always felt like his followers created a sort of personality cult around his teachings. He does seem tired in those videos, but idk. -
I agree. As far as one's health goes, you got to do what works best for you considering your level of awareness

Thank you, guys, for the kind words

@Soul-lover 2020 Christianity used to be a big part of my life for many years. I worked and travelled with missionaries as an interpreter (my first language is Russian) and got saved during that time. When I came to the States, I immediately got plugged into a local Christian church, became a serious Bible student, attended and taught Bible school, did prayer retreats, etc. Being a part of the Christian community had its place at that stage of my life. After my husband's passing and surviving an illness myself, I went deep into the rabbit hole re-evaluating my life experiences and my relationship with reality. There were some hard realizations that were leading me to question and investigate just how valid my perceptions of reality were and also to take a closer look at the image I was projecting to the outside world that I was trying to keep up. I saw deep inside there was someone deeply covered with layers and layers of conditioning and programming, as I found out later - the body-mind construct known as the ego. I dug through the layers of my conditioning including my 'roles' as a woman, daughter, citizen, religious person, mother, employee, etc all the way to my 'role' as a human being. It takes time to penetrate all these layers and you have to be radically honest with yourself as you do this work. Those realizations can be hard and shocking, but if the Truth is what you're after, it has to be done nonetheless. At the end of that rabbit hole you find out what you have been searching for all your life was there the whole time. Peace, freedom, and Truth are not found in beliefs, but in Being, and nothing is closer to it than Yourself

Natasha replied to Gili Trawangan's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Gili Trawangan Well Truth is also freedom/liberation and it's your true nature. Can't have one without the other. So for the sake of knowing what I am and to be infinitely free, I'd still want to know what Truth is at any cost. -

@bmcnicho There are endless ways to navigate through the Relative. Many get lost there. All is needed is to shift from looking at the trees to seeing the whole forest. -
@Shin Back in Europe I used to be allergic to some pollen. My hand palms would turn patchy with red and white. It stopped when I moved to Florida. What's the name of the plant that's bothering you? Feel better soon.

@Flatworld Crusades Take time to get to know as a person whichever guy you pick. You don't want to end up with a STD or worst yet killed by a random psychopath from online dating site. I know it sounds obvious, but things like that happen all the time, so proceed with caution.

Yes, it's a two steps forward, one step back process. People want instant gratification in everything anymore, even when it come to fasting. They would try something for a few days and then give up. When it might take a few weeks or maybe even months to retrain. More often than not it's still 'Slower you go, faster you get there'.
-
@Shin Great vids! I was telling my co-worker today about the benefits of intermittent fasting and she was like "Don't you get hungry?" I said, "No, and I also don't feel tired and sluggish either" I actually get enough energy to go to the gym and sauna after work and it feels great.
