Yes! That's what I'm trying to get people to see/realize -

Your mind is trying to cope with trauma of parting with someone you loved/were attached to. The wound is still fresh and raw and the neurons are responding to random stimuli. -

The beauty of this exercise is as you stare at your hand long enough it takes you beyond the Relative/form/a thing that 'belongs' to 'someone'. -

Good. Do you 'see' it as 'yours'? -

Also try to contemplate on questions like: 'Is it even a 'hand?' 'Is it 'yours'? What is there beyond the form? -

@andyjohnsonman Thanks for sharing. I will definitely listen to it. -
Freedom is our 'birth' right. Awakening is called liberation for a reason

...Thinking he can prove the existence of anything besides his own mind. Leaves the bar 3 hours later sure he had thought with other people's brains before. -
Do they farm-raise beavers for that?

@Dimi I have an organic mix of flax seeds, chia seeds and coconut flakes that I use for my smoothies. I buy it at a local Sam's Club. They are starting to carry more organic wholesome options now.

@Space I agree. I tried to go all vegan once, found out I still had to supplement with some animal protein to feel well.

@Ero I opened the thread at 4:47 pm Eastern time haha -
I used to have those things and then realized they were becoming a distraction for me. It took me awhile to let go, esp cellphone and cable TV. The only things I still have are internet, my laptop, and phone landline. I prefer to spend more time in nature, doing my art, gym and sauna, hanging out with my dog, and visiting with people in person. I'm also currently exploring intentional living and eliminating stuff from my life that doesn't serve a particular purpose. Already got rid of some furniture, clothes, kitchen gear, holiday decor, books, etc. that I didn't use and need. Still keeping my Facebook, because I use it to connect with family and friends from Ukraine where I grew up. I don't spend much time on there, though.

@okulele How about this non-dual rhyme: Row, row, row your boat Gently down the stream Merrily, merrily, merrily, merrily Life is but a dream -
Local yoga classes and meditation groups/retreats would be good places to look. There is also Conscious Singles dating site that's international.

@Meditationdude I don't think the turquoise would be interested in/inclined to explain anything. They'd move away from the need for intellectual burden that defines Stage Yellow, IMO.

Natasha replied to LoveandPurpose's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@LoveandPurpose Don't smoke any more weed. It really activates lizard brain/ low-self. Establish daily meditation routine and practice mindfulness. You'll realize soon enough those fears are just mind trickery and not rooted in reality. -
@Shadowraix Sorry for your loss Be supportive of your other family members. Use this event to contemplate 'death'. Consciously start the grieving process (stages of loss). Hugs

@Keyhole Thanks for the link. It's right on point. Glad you found the video interesting. Scott is a very good story teller too,

Could be that or you did it as a distraction from facing boredom of just being.
