  16. Your mind is trying to cope with trauma of parting with someone you loved/were attached to. The wound is still fresh and raw and the neurons are responding to random stimuli.
  17. The beauty of this exercise is as you stare at your hand long enough it takes you beyond the Relative/form/a thing that 'belongs' to 'someone'.
