Yeah I knew that about hot dogs, they're sometimes called a rat on a stick, because of the amount of rat contamination in the meat factories. Interesting link, thanks for sharing, Abra!

Awesome! Thanks for sharing. I'll definitely read it.

Yes. -
Yeah lol Would be as nutritious as everything else on their menu
-
Not surprised. There are worse things than wood pulp in conventional restaurant food. Even McDonald's salads are crap.

Thanks for the Hibiscus tea suggestion. My local health food store carries all kinds of herbs in bulk, including the herbs you mentioned. Will have to try it C(:

There is no authority besides God's and since you are God, it all belongs to you. But you might need to Self-realize first to understand this. On a Relative note, authority is an illusion... kings, governments, parents, police, etc. It's only 'authority' if you think it is. -
@Shadowraix They make yogurts from coconut milk now. Super yummy and yes with good probiotics. I buy mine at local health food stores. Publix and Walmart carry a variety of different kinds of nut milk and ice-creams. I don't think I'll ever be able to give up on an occasional piece of cheese though, it's just too appealing to my taste buds. And there are cheeses now made with no growth hormones, so there is a healthier option there too.

@Shadowraix Yeah dairy products are dangerous, they contribute to all sorts of health conditions, including cancer. I stopped consuming dairy years ago. There are healthier alternatives to dairy on the market now, like coconut/rice/almond/walnut/cashew/etc milks, ice-creams, yogurts, etc. Once in a while I'd crave me a piece of good cheese and would enjoy it, but for the most part dairy is out of my diet completely. Thanks for sharing the video.

@Shaun Look into shadow work. It's designed to bring to the surface the subconscious and help you root out the negative thought/behavior patterns that might hold you back in life and from growing. https://www.actualized.org/forum/topic/9317-emotional-healingshadow-work-the-how-to-guide/#comment-91367

Yeah, I think we're talking about the same dish, though C(:

That's exactly how I eat mine too I've also found out Matcha tea to be another high in antioxidants food. I think like 5 or 10 times higher than even wild blueberries. It comes in a powdered form, I use it for smoothies or sprinkle on my coconut or almond milk ice-cream.

In my native language it's called kholodets. They eat it with mustard and/or horseradish on top C(:

Omg no way Rodents creep me out

I live in Florida and they serve alligator tail at a few restaurants here too. I've tried it before, very mild tender meat, was all right. Perhaps the strangest dish I've had was chicken or fish broth cooked with chopped up veggies and then cooled and jellied in the fridge. It's a French dish that is very popular in my country of origin Ukraine. My Mom and I are the only people I know here in the Sates who would eat it, but then again when you grow up with something, you don't know any different and learn to like it by default.

Wouldn't be surprised if he did. He's definitely on the spiritual path and his teachings as a relationship coach reflect that.

This is so refreshing to hear and so true

The power to heal the world in a nutshell -
@abrakamowse Good progress! Staying in the state of continuous presence observing without absorbing or reacting is really powerful. It allows you to stay grounded and centered in Being without monkey-mind. With all the 4th of July fireworks outside... meditation probably not going to happen for me tonight

Sounds like a poor excuse not to do the work you know you need to after watching Leo's videos -

@Aakash I parted ways with my then fiancee after I woke too. We were both Christians and had been together for 3 years sharing a home and making plans to get married. After my awakening I knew I would not be able to continue to keep up with the old paradigm any longer. I shared my new insights with him and he rejected them saying it's from the devil. He also told friends and family about how I'd left Jesus and asked them to pray for my salvation, etc. He laid out very clearly - I either return to church or it's over. I didn't return to church. This spiritual path is not for the faint of heart. It's often about choosing Truth over all other. At the end of the day it's really about being true to yourself, yourself as BEING, it's about peace that transcends ALL understanding/mind, and unconditional love for all.
