  2. Do you realize none of this stuff will ever bring you happiness and peace even if/when having been achieved? Suffering is resisting what is. Stop resisting life, let it live you. Hugs
  3. That's a beautiful picture, postcard worthy.
  4. @F E A R L E S S Thanks for sharing. Here is my simple anti-ageing routine that's been reaping great results for me: - Wholesome, organic, mostly raw diet (I'm not a vegan) - Alkaline ionized water only - 1 tbsp of Chlorella daily in my green smoothies (for continuous detox) - Moderate exercise - cardio, stretches, muscle toning - Dry sauna for best skin care - Make my own household cleaning supplies - Good night sleep, beauty naps - Time in nature/beach, and with my dog - Doing my art - Stress-free living, meditation - Humor I do regular Oxi-Data home tests to measure free radical levels, and have kept them low. I'm also exploring intentional living and enjoy minimalist approach: Less stuff - more space, Less attachments - more freedom, Less work - more life
  5. Cool! I'm originally from Ukraine. My Dad's roots came from Bulgaria and I have a Bulgarian maiden last name
  6. Maybe realistic would be a better word In the spirit of this thread, lets say it's our other secret
  7. @Pouya Yes, Absolute/God's love is impersonal, unbiased, liberating, unconditional, and accepting of all. Only this kind of love can heal the world
  8. @electroBeam This is comical, of course, thought you might get a laugh out of it
  9. You have a balanced brain! Too far on each end of the spectrum would require one to work on their complimentary energy. Bridging brains is important if one wants to have a more balanced and happier life.
  10. Perhaps time to transition from Stage Orange to Green. Leo tells how to do it in his 'Spiral Dynamics - Stage Green' video.
  11. You are God imagining itself as 'you', the other person, etc. So from the Absolute perspective you have free will. From the Relative perspective, human mind cannot grasp the infinite, so our decisions will always be based on limitations.
  12. The "more enlightened answer" is this is all imaginary, there are no 'you' and the 'other person', all a conceptual story that has no weight in reality. The Truth is what is, stomach it and move on.
  13. You don't have to do anything you don't want to do. You just think you do. There are mental facilities for people with severe mental ailments. Perhaps your family member would benefit from being checked in there.
  14. I'm an empath too and used to absorb others' energy until I started setting boundaries and cultivating healthy self love. So I can personally relate to the OP. My knowledge comes from observing reality over the years. Besides, we all get bullied in covert or overt ways at some point. 'Observe, don't absorb ' method is what has worked for me and many people I shared it with. Hope it will help Don as well.
  15. @The Don That's a form of bullying and bullying fueled by the need to control which in turn comes from insecurity. So, these people are basically insecure little egos trying to boost their sense of superiority by picking on others. That's what unconscious beings do. Don't take it personally, it's not about you, it's about them looking to dump their negative energy onto someone, and you just happen to be there. This is a common dynamic between narcissist and empath. Setting boundaries and cultivating healthy self-love are two important ways an empath can protect themselves from others' toxic energy. Observe, don't absorb. Also, a good vid on point 'How Do You Deal With Unconscious People' https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lqr98O8QT3M
  16. This looks like something a gnome would eat for breakfast Cool looking shroom, though
  17. Ghost Orchid, an endangered species, found only in Florida Everglades and Caribbean Islands
  18. @Mada_ I was asked once and it came as a surprise, so I thought it was kind of cute.
  19. There is a spot in the mountains in West Virginia that looks exactly like this one. I remember vividly because it was such a beautiful place. If I find the pic from that vacation, I'll post it here.
  20. Would you post a recipe or a link to a recipe? I'd like to make some too. Thanks C(:
