@tashawoodfall Doesn't sound like an ideal situation and with lots of red fags. You have basically been 'purchased' and now seen as 'owned property' by your new beau. A bird in a golden cage kind of situation. Super rich dudes have always given me creeps. Perhaps the limiting belief to tackle would be 'I need a man/rich man to make me feel complete/worthy'. Work on cultivating healthy self-love and stay safe. Hugs

@Aydin You can research your own condition, you know yourself better than anyone else. Observe and write down the symptoms, triggers, patterns etc as they come up and do your home-work. From what you shared in OP I'd say start by reading on PTSD and attachment styles. SpartanLifeCoach Richard Grannon has excellent YT videos on PTSD. Also, what @pluto said - nature is the best therapy and it's free

@Lay_Zen_Licious From a female perspective, if you continue as FWB in an open relationship, it will be painful for her to watch you go out with other women and then when/if you two eventually part again. A woman is wired by evolution to want to feel special - one egg being competed for by a million sperms. That's an extent of how special a woman craves to feel to a man. She can't have that with you at the moment. If she was truly becoming more independent, she would not want to be a FWB material, simple as that. Especially after 4 years of being together. She won't be happy in an open relationship, so that should be a clue for you.

@Lay_Zen_Licious Sounds to me like a case of co-dependency and it's not a healthy dynamic in a relationship. There was a reason why the split happened in the first place, so why do you think it's going to work the second time around?

You might want to check out Paul Smit. He's a non-dual teacher who gives presentations to business people/businesses on spirituality and non-duality. Here one of his talks, he makes it quite interesting to listen and uses humor too

@Uncover Not sure if you're familiar with Spiral Dynamics, but marriage based on religious conviction is Stage Blue, while your GF sounds like she might be Stage Green on this matter. Green is 2 stages more advanced than Blue. Quite a gap in value system/psychological evolution. Leo has good videos on each stage, if you're interested in checking those out.

Experience is God's means to its own end. The Self creating a self to experience IT-self haha

The sense of self is purely conceptual, a thought story. But one needs this dual awareness to realize their non-dual nature. I think this is currently being also discussed in a couple other threads. Yes, that's why animals cannot be considered enlightened and humans can be.

Yeah like raw sensations, but not conceptual at all, like I wasn't thinking about any of that, just observing the happening. Like it was just happening and no one was doing it. Didn't feel the temperature. Though now that I can conceptualize the experience, I'd describe it as very 'soothing' while in the womb and 'struggling' when being born.
