  1. Yep, we could also say nothing and just Be it
  2. @VeganAwake Good vid, thanks for sharing,
  3. @Schahin There is no demonic possession. You heard/read/seen from somewhere and was conditioned to believe this concept. Your dog wouldn't even know what you're talking about, because a dog can't be brainwashed conceptually like a human can be.
  4. @MTR The only 'destructive' part of seeking enlightenment is that the 'seeker' would have to collapse.
  5. @Philipp You can be certain of here and now. Learn to just be, experience reality without thinking, and be happy with what is.
  6. "Fundamentally, you have to be wired for self-deception, because the self is itself a lie" - Leo in his vid 'How You Lie'.
  7. As long as you remember it's a dream, you're good
  8. @ugreglo A bunch of red/black pill assumptions not supported by reality. Please go work on yourself.
  9. @flume Sending my love to you <3 "Sometimes the space within is greater than the space without" - Mooji
  10. Did you know that pork fat contains Omega-9 oleic acid with 60% monounsaturated fat? Monounsaturated oleic fat has been found to be good for the heart, arteries and skin, and also helps to regulate hormones. As long as it's pure and unprocessed. Olive oil is another oil high in Omega-9 oleic fatty acid. Did you know that strawberries are not really berries, but watermelon and tomatoes are? Strawberries are considered an accessory fruit (the flesh around the seed isn't derived from the fruit's ovaries, but from the receptacle in which the ovaries are found). While the definition of a berry is 'a fleshy fruit produced from a single ovary'. Other berries (that we don't think of as berries) are pumpkins, bananas, kumquats, and avocados. What other cool food facts do you know and would like to share?
  11. Leo mentioned these in his recent video, so I have been contemplating. This, of course, goes beyond gender differences. The energies that destroy and create, give and receive, fight and make peace, etc. - all in order to keep the impermanence in harmony and balance. We see these within ourselves, in nature, in relationships, and various other dynamics of reality. Though they may seem opposite to each other, they are also complimentary and can't exist without each other. Would like to hear more insights from the community.
  12. Something I have been contemplating on lately and you put it in such a simple yet profound way. Thank you, Diane!
  13. @Scholar Thank you for sharing and for reminding this beautiful truth, means a lot <3
  14. Hello community, Two days ago my beloved dog Max passed away. He was at home with us and died peacefully in his sleep. Max was the best companion I could have ever asked for and loyal loving friend. He brought so much joy to our lives and he knew he was loved by us as well. He was one month off his 11th Birthday and had a congestive heart decease since 2017. When he was first diagnosed, they gave him 6 months to live. I took him to a holistic vet and changed his diet, started to give him quality natural supplements, using essential oils, etc. This added 2 quality years to his life that I'm very grateful for. I'd like to start a discussion about ways you know to cope with grief and a mix of other emotions when a loved one is gone. I took it harder than I expected. I knew the end was near and I braced myself, but when the actual reality hit me and even after some time has passed, I still find myself feeling sad, cornered by grief, and crying. I miss his sweet presence so much. I'm well aware of the pain-body, the ego, and conceptual reality. I'm allowing the energy flow through me and the healing to run its course. I spent time meditating and contemplating again on the nature of 'death' and I would love to hear your comments and perspectives on this subject of losing a loved one as well. Thanks for all your support and kind words <3
  15. @Serotoninluv Thank you so much for sharing your story, I can relate. These realizations help bring about acceptance and ultimately healing, and make us see/experience reality in a more holistic deeper way <3
