  1. The flawed logic is to expect an orange to taste like an apple, to expect low consciousness to produce something of high consciousness. But I agree with you on the rest.
  2. Enjoy. Hugs back
  3. I'm politically unbiased, but in this video Trump seems to vocalized what most men (and maybe some women too) would think but never say out loud, no? The toxic part is not him being politically incorrect by speaking what he thinks, but the motivation behind it - toxic competitiveness, putting others down to have an upper hand in a situation. He does it with male competitors as well, so it's not just limited to women.
  4. Check out James' carpool karaoke YT channel, he's done it with most famous singers. It's hilarious and so entertaining to watch/listen. This is one of my fave, with Sia, so freakin adorable and funny
  5. God is infinite with possibilities, and that includes what the ego calls suffering/pain/torture, etc. It's only 'bad' to the ego because it threatens it's survival and because of its limitations. We don't look at the experience from the scope of infinity, when we suffer we forget about the contrast, about the 'good', the 'beautiful', the 'happy'. But without the contrast there also couldn't be the whole. So next time you persieve something as 'bad' or 'unpleasant' or 'horrible', think of what the flip side of that would be and then integrate it all into the God- perception. That's the best a finite mind can really do. Unless you transcend the ego/mind altogether and 'see' that all there is is just what is/God-conscienceness - impartial, unbiased, infinite, all-containing, and all loving.
  6. @Amit Thought you'd like this, being a big Coldplay fan that you are
  7. Never seen piano improvisation done as an art form. How creative. Love it! You can share your YouTube channel here if you'd like.
  8. @Kross Yes, those moments of complete letting go (outside of sleeping) are subconsciously sought after by all in one form or another - laughter, orgasms, nature, art, using substances, bunji jumping, etc. Things that allow us experience relief from the 'self' are by far most satisfying.
  9. @Amit Yea def a Stage Green movie based on a true story ?
  10. I'm good. Just watched The Dolphin Tale with some friends, very good movie...highly recommend Yuminess C(: Do you make it with beets too?
  11. Haha Smart kitty. Animals sure go for what makes them feel good/happy instinctively. We 'humans' often let thinking get in the way, thus not allowing our needs/wants beng known and met. Another good lesson from the animal kingdom ?
  12. Lol Yes, so true! Great illustration of the absurdity of the conceptual chatter.
  13. Yep, no self awareness whatsoever. They don't have a conceptual self to burden themselves with, like us 'humans' do
  14. Haven't read it yet, but will check it out, thanks for the suggestion I do believe one can awaken by adopting animal perspective and consciously observing animal behavior. But that would be too unconventional of a thing to do for most people ofc.
  15. The dog would feel distress, but not identify with it. Most animals don't have a sense of self, so there would be no 'poor me' self-talk. Just a sensation of whatever being experienced, with no psychological suffering.
  16. Not becoming like dogs, just learning how conceptual mind robs us of happiness. Animals can be great spiritual gurus if you obsetve them consciously.
  17. Agree, learning to stay detached from the outcome is another way to eliminate condition. As well as having no expectations.
  18. Keeping conceptual chatter to the minimum and only using thinking as a tool when need to
  19. Try to look at this from say a dog's perspective. They would still have emotions, but without conceptualizing their experience. It's like emotions just happen and no one is doing it. Just pure presence with what is. I actually learned a lot from observing my own dog in that regard.
  20. @Mirko Yes, anything unconditional is non-conceptual. You can't think your way into unconditional, the mind will always try to put conditions/limits/project. Try a no-mind perspective... no-mind, no conditions.
  21. @Javfly33 How do you accept that this is not your life? By realizing that there is no 'you'
  22. That'd be cool. Never been to Nashville before, I know it's an interesting place to visit, though.
  23. When the quarantine is over, we could arrange going to Disney together. Your little boy would enjoy the experience, for sure
  24. Thought it was a perfect woman. She's more than pixels, no? Yes, organic, healthy, authentic is really beautiful. But that would take a chimp brain on a higher level to see Thank you
