I Am not an expert in this area, but Yesterday i downloaded a stupid app on my phone, which i am now kind of addicted to and dependent on. I Think i spent maybe two hours just playing, and when i Started meditating later that day, i found it Harder than ever to focus. i Got all frustrated and annoyed because i just wanted to skip and keep playing.. so on the spirituality path, it can difinitely be a distraction! But i agree that it can improve Peoples creativity.

It depends on the person who listens to it, but I would say enlightenment and consciousness. 4) it just sounds so good to me. Some people might find it too grandiose and pretentious and cringy maybe, but In my ears it's pure heaven. You need to listen to it more than one time though... it really grows on you. And it made me question my own existence, which made me very open minded about this site etc. It was my favorite piece once. I liked driving and looking at landscapes while listening. I must admit that I don't do that much anymore .. i prefer to meditate hehe
