Just depends on how it's done, ideas of 'mine' are ultimately illusion, especially another person, and all are the god being.. so..

All my dreams have in a way, to different degrees, been lucid dreams since 16 after I had the clear experience that this is also a dream during a mushroom trip, which has continuously developed. (edit, though I also continuously practiced before and after) That what you are describing sounds more like a typical surface level lucid dream, like surface level waking mind, it's not similar to the psychedelic levels of depth you can have, and it has nothing inherently to do with control. And yes I agree, those 'omg I can control my dream' states which you can have in the beginning, get old really fast, because it's all about your ego and your control, The first 1 or 2, maybe 3, dreams after deep sleep are of deep psychedelic quality, but are rarely every remembered or experienced consciously by most people. Life and dreams are beautiful by surrender and harmony with the flow, not through control solely.

They are the same But there is a qualitative difference in dreams, some dreams seem more ego based, personal projections, fear based reaction - there are also more vivid dreams, less personal, more reality based (there you are more mature also, more conscious, as appose to being in your personal ego theme again)

I have had 1000's of lucid dreams as well. Perhaps we stumble over definitions, a lucid dream means you are aware that you are a in a dream, it's not something you can do. And dreams tend to be more profound than people can usually remember after, (if you can remember them really consciously after, you can remember how profound they are, almost experiencing them again, like a dmt-trip, very different than a vague memory which can make it seem like some dulled down thing) , but still I suppose people can be wired so differently they don't find dreams so interesting, hard to imagine from my point of view but what do I know.

Lucid dreaming never gets old, it gets more and more psychedelic and interesting, whether it be personal or transcendental. 'At will', yeah the ego indulging in the dream and trying to fly or have sex or whatever, yeah that gets old.

I'm not a real expert, but you can feel good, you can know this, in glimpses or deep relaxed closed to sleep, when with a loved one in some way, you can see it in children or animals as well often. Too much theory is not good at all, it gotta be lived, that's what life is for. Also I don't know about Leo, I don't think he claims to be enlightened even though he speaks as it for his job, but I can tell you, seeing a teacher (a good one, hopefully for you) is very different, very different, than looking a video, it's in fact so different, you probably shouldn't again even watch too much of it all, life isn't suppose to be lived behind a digital screen. Don't trust typical PUA stuff, pua was a damaging field to me, it really gave me a skewed view expectation of the world and poor thinking habits, I listened to a lot of RSD as a teen and went out. Was sort of 'successful' in a way but never cultivated a real beautiful relationship out of it. Why is it harmful? Because relationship, man woman energy, is the most sacred expression of life, and shouldn't be forced or manipulated in any way. Man - woman (energy) are the perfect mirrors for each other to learn to love and heal, if you are busy with manipulating, you are missing the point of love entirely already in that moment, and that is not a basis for a truthful relation to grow well on, then you are sabotaging yourself out of the process you seek from the beginning. - Real game. What is real game? Real game is practicing the game of life that leads to actual powerful grounded spiritual growth, which just revolves around being honest. Honesty as to how you feel, and you if cannot know how you feel or what you honestly want, then take a step back, say that, that's honest too. The opposite of honesty is just lying, that's it. If you can refrain from that in Life you are really powerful and you will be able to do well, people can respect and trust you. And it is not about perfect memory, you can make some mistakes, but you know deep down when you are trying to manipulate, even when you try to do it a little bit, or when you know and remember the truth, with your heart. (It's actually surprising how many people cannot do this!! If you can do this, you are quite ahead of many.) - As to some actual tips for game. -Use it to get beyond your ego, that's very powerful and noble, and part of what PUA has right. Just as just getting out there, and talking to people you find interesting, that's noble and honest. That's attractive as well, interesting. So using it to go beyond your ego: respect women. Women are powerful and sensitive, they'll know whats up anyways, except for the stupid ones. And you don't want to be with the some random 'wrong one' or she'll just annoy you, create drama or problems with you.. Just be honest, if you are interested in a women you think is out of reach, tell her it like that, they'll respect it, what's the worst that could happen. There's absolutely no need to insult them in anyway to try and get their respect, that's utmost foolishness, will create more negative karma, but you don't have to be a rug either, accepting bullshit because they are an 'attractive female', of course not. - Lastly, women are just attracted to true powerful men, and how does that cultivate in you? Life experience, spiritual depth, honesty and nobleness. Truthfulness is the most powerful thing in the world, because everyone can feel and see it, and going against truthfulness is going against the heart and is inherently painful. So do your best to just be honest, cultivate depth, and get out there and learn if you are young. Don't just seek relationship for it's sake. Relationship is no small matter, or if it's a small matter then it's useless anyways. You don't have to chase that, it'll come rightly as to how developed you are, and just some relationship won't make you happy anyways, it's needs to have depth and truth.

Ye its not like actually bad, quite nice also, but they really tend not to speak English at all, and they'll be annoyed you don't speak their language (meanwhile other European countries will definitely tend to all or almost all, afaik, be able to talk some English at least) Someone today explained to me how France used to be leading in culture up until the 60's till the US/Uk overtook popular western culture, it's the biggest nation in Europe also, French used to be taught more in schools in other nations in Europe.

Hey, I did work exchange somewhere here in France but I triggered the authorities too much and I had to go, Im not some asshole tho, also people there weren't happy about but oh well. I may go to plum village october 4th for 2 week retreat and am planning to go to Portugal later, so just for a few days. Whatis a good town or city near the ocean in Portugal? Hobbies are music, singing, bhajans, internet, nice people, doing nothing. Can offer some money, and or help with whatever, no real skills except for writing, used to do well in school but never finished, am 23 y/o, been involved with this consciousness stuff for few years. Sure, thanks. Portugal seems to be more a good place, in general / for stuff like this. I know it may sound rude or unwise to say some country is better than others, I haven't even been in Port. But from what I've seen.. In France .. people just barely speak English, will often just continue to babble in France. really hard to get to know people, even to do certain things like buy a train ticket.. and some demonic homeless youth tried to start a fight with me after I was just observing them a moment and offered them a cookie, its packed with homeless people as well here in Bordeaux. In Holland it's not uncommon to say the French are rude, I didn't think much of it but it's kind of true, albeit we are also known for that a little. Expensive as well, no alternative scene, except punk homeless. A lot of people are just good and nice still of course. Sorry for the negative rant, and bit off topic, though general vibe is relevant in some way to map the world a little, also for the spirirual conductivity as well I think, not much of that going on here either lol, except cathedrals.. French women tend to def. Have some natural beauty, romance seems a little more easy going here than in Holland I think

The electrical energy of the nervous system can't be damaged, cells arguably can become damaged or weakened, and restored. That's kind of irrelevant for the spiritual path though, albeit not unimportant. But why would you assume psychedelics would hurt cells?

Well you could say you're waking up to the vibratory connected nature of the universe, as appose to a solid separate world view. I know from my own experience that 5-meo is connected to awakening, so, the process will unfold and show that in due time, but the process can be subtle as well, as well as drastic. I'd suggest you use this potent time of crisis well, study great masters, teaching, maybe decide to life in a monestary or community for a while, they are made for this, or seclusion can be powerful if you feel ballsy. You just need to learn to let go and trust the process, see that this is God's play or God's work.

Sleeping aids could be probably be a good idea, I agree. Of course it's a kundalini awakening, kundalini-shakti is the entire realm of vibration/energy and it came after a spiritual opening.

If you go through kundalini/spiritual awakening, then doctors don't mix well, period. If you like break a leg or something or have a consistent point of physical issue (that you feel like you can't easily fix yourself through stress-reduction/healthy habit, fasting) then it's probably a good idea. Otherwise you risk getting the doctors freaked out, hospitalized for psychosis and drugged, money..
