  1. Nice, but getting the intellectual part is the easy part, important, but only so much of the story, if it doesn't come to integration through emotional/insight practice, it can, and often will, inflate the ego that was already based on delusion/suppression, and Kanye has his fair share of that too. I've seen quite a few celebrities are waking up too, Kesha a bit, Katy Perry, seen some big actors talking about it recently of which I can't remember the names. And so the fire spreads, because celebrities will not only wake up massive amounts of people, but also their celebrity friends (many of whom probably crave it given they will see success isn't making them too happy), whom will in turn wake up many.
  2. Trap of falling into worship?? 'God created to the universe to worship itself', love is the highest gift, use it.
  3. If you can't lead significantly lower consciousness people, stay away from them (with your focused attention), it can subtly suck you (a little) back into the cynical fearful mindsets your trying to break down Being around higher or similar people, with the intention to connect, be honest can be great can be great of course. And connecting with an actually enlightened person is probably one of the and easiest/fastest ways to grow/awaken If it's in your preference to socialize and be popular, you should probably be able to Jesus-crowd your way through life after true awakening ^ ^
  4. Allow emotions, put your attention on feeling/being the self, the witness rather than onto fearful thought streams as best as you can while being compassionate towards yourself
  5. I think adding metta/devotion/loving practice on top of meditation practice is very good, we've often become out of touch with natural sense of brother/sister/family love, or even for nature, just adding a little every day surely can't hurt. I like meditating on Ramana Maharshi's pictures, very powerful and on my deceased dad, fascinating and deeply touching. Also a bit unrelated, but imagining being other people you know.. pooowerful, so profound, especially once you start to really belief or know you are them, just as much as you are.
  6. Some follow up of the two 5-MeO trips (one a few days ago as seen above, one a few weeks ago, 2x10 mg and 1x 20mg, interestingly enough the 10mgs were almost stronger than the 20mg as I let go even less in my little dorm room, but still very strong and insightful). I have also been meditating or practicing mindfulness diligently for almost the entire day aside from a few hours of internetting a day, am on unemployment welfare, 21 y/o. - Meditations have gone noticeably deeper just like last time but not as much yet. -Third eye has opened up more (clearer vision, saw a dancing white light in nature in the corner of my eye the other day, saw some puffs of some white smoke that kept appearing in front of my during meditation even when I looked at it, I could not trace it to any plant or what ever, and just a more dmt-like vision during the day (been seeing stuff slightly for years but it's now actually coming on). - Had very vivid lucid dreams, one very personal awesome dream with my father, one just weird one, another just weird one that went on for hours, was very vivid very lucid, could experiment with letting out my hurt ego, was nice. -More very trippy moments in dreams, like 'uh wooooww', for a moment, like experiencing a little bit of ego death or very psychedelic state - Weed was definitely much stronger and also made some noticeable impact on the acceleration on all of the above. - Great insights as to my pysche/fears, as how some trauma of my father manifested itself as a deep fear of God and created a neurotic mind towards it and towards other people (needing to be a certain way), I feel like I'm very close to letting go of this deep knot (manifested as deep constant physical tension around my root chakra too). - Had one dream tonight wherein the 5-MeO was just as strong, if not stronger as the 20mg of last time and I almost let go, it's not leaving me alone, at all! (I've practiced lucid dreaming for a few years between 16-18, and let it go on automatic ever since, which is why I am a little more aware than most people by default, but sometimes I don't remember dreams at all (which means they were mundane or perhaps too deep), so yeah) But the third eye/dream stuff is not really important at all compared to emotional healing and Self discovery and it will follow automatically through spiritual practice, though being conscious of it and practicing WILD adds a new nice layer to things, but it's pretty challenging to practice WILD, and aside from that, there's not much to do aside from remembering them when you just wake up.
  7. Not consciously enlightened, but what I found to help a lot is to understand the negative ego (or part of it): it's just a protective system you designed as a child to deny emotions that we've learned to suppress because they were too real for this world. Learning to find your emotional side, nurturing it and learning to express it again can really open you up. So don't try to fight the negative ego, accept it and release it. These suppressed parts are also at the root of distraction thinking/fake personality/action patterns. Suppressed emotions tend to crop up during the letting go process of being the Self in my experience, so realizing the Self and doing this healing work seems to go hand in hand. (This also explains also why young children are naturally happy (the natural state/emotionally open) and why 3-4 out of 5 suicides are done by men in the west (stronger taboo on emotions). Also all the suppressed emotions can be found in chronically tight muscles along the spine that hurt when you press them).
  8. It also happens naturally as we stop our distracting thinking/doing patterns, meditation. But.. so what you can't see something or whatever, they are no there to judge you and even if they did, does it matter?
  9. Learn to be compassionate towards everything that comes up, I think the conditioned reaction naturally is to have been judging the emotions to keep them suppressed. From what I understand emotional freedom is one part of enlightenment but Self realization can happen before (or after it). I would say give enough attention to both, when functioning in the world just being mindful of your own body is certainly a powerful practice, it's the key to self-knowledge as all your suppressed stuff is located there.
  10. Conditioned thinking but most importantly suppressed emotions. Small children own all their emotions and release them appropriately. Adults usually hide all their emotions and thus have to live burdened under masks and behavioral patterns of denial. You can see how much you suppression you carry by scanning the spine for chronically tight muscles that hurt when you press them, as shown here Emotions also come up naturally as you meditate and realizing No Self (classical enlightenment) seems also to be able to free one to high a degree (though all subconscious stuff will still have to be processed at some point regardless.
  11. Just did 20mg smoked. In my room (shared housing), everyone was gone. Still surrounded by other rooms that had people in them somewhere. I still couldn't let go, too much suppressed fear. I thought I would be okay with making sounds but my mind still tricked me into holding back. So: intense. Frustrating. Scary. Nothing really blissful but it was insightful. And I am much less afraid to do it again, it's comforting to know that what ever bad experience you have is just your own mind with some childhood residue trauma. So not much has changed, It's a few hours after the experience now, just went for a run (exercise is so important to stay grounded and to feel somewhat good in the body btw!) and meditated for a bit, I feel somewhat more easy going, not much has changed.
  12. Anger can be totally natural, I like to call it passionate righteousness.
  13. Any anxiety comes from the fear of dissolution and spiritual practice is the only way out, which is the same as shadow work; illuminating the self/your shadows and dissolving them.
  14. Some symbolism: The frog goes from a swimming sperm cell to a frog in a few months, representing rapid transformation Also, the toad goes into hibernation (representing going inwards) (And when Bashar was asked about Arizona as to what that place represents he said spiritual growth)
  15. These thought streams come from the suppressed emotions/negative imprints, because you weren't allowed to express/have them, you stuffed them and they got stuck in your body-mind, you're not going insane. And yeah exercise is really good for everyone, like really good, the documented health benefits are endless and I also belief it's important for the path as this still is a bodily journey also and we're made to move a lot, I found that I feel much better and motivated for life in general and even the path since I picked it up. A lot of people get injuries though, especially runners (40-70% a year), but if you learn to run barefoot or with barefoot shoes and run slow and start with low distances/alternating it with walks you should be safe. And as for a gym, you can start with bodyweight exercises for a long time: push ups, semi-vertical push-ups, chin/pull-ups, squats/lunges etc.
  16. 15 grams of truffles is like 2-3 grams dried muschrooms iirc
  17. Yeah in my dream I became lucid and asked if I could go to the civilization related to Sirius, I flew up into the stars went through an eye, and had some normal dream like experiences of just being a in a bus in a jungle, seeing some puppies and saw some weird beings saying some weird stuff (all very dream like, Bashar said many of the dreams are symbolic interpretations). Then a week later his new session came out and he talked about the different symbols related to these civilizations and the symbol Sirius was an eye.
  18. Makes a very good well articulated point at 1 min. I've come to the same realization now how most if not all of my core fears still belong to the potential of a judgmental God/punishment/needing to do or be a certain way, even though I can now slowly unwind and see these thoughts for what they are.
  19. Had a dream experience that absolutely verified him for me, I made a forum about him as well. www.bashar-forum.org The guy who channels him is a bit of hard head though imo in terms of not spreading the material for free and using a very outdated business model, but if you can look past that (and maybe join some sharing group, cough) then it's pretty cool. The only other downside I'll give is that the alien is actually a bit unnuanced at times and can easily be misinterpreted.
  20. LoA can help teach you to get rid of the negative emotional imprints at an even more serious rate, as it indeed attracts and creates all sort of shit, useful shit that teaches you though, but only if you can use it as such. It's kind of funny how these patterns can try to manifest, like an imp 'secretly' controlling your limbs: 'hey, we're walking past a a group of thugs, let me just trip and bump into one'. But once that is out of the way LoA just becomes the way God loves and serves you
  21. Yes and I've also seen that the degree of awareness of it's intensity correlates strongly with a deeper state, and numerous spiritual teachers talk about that affirmingly, and you can use it as an easy meditation tool, called 'nada yoga' also.
  22. It's about directing the attention away from stories and direct it to the Self/the heart/nothing/the body/pure feeling/the high pitched noise in the back of the head/awareness/actions/sensory input/mantra
