@Michael569 I actually have cut out all fruit. Basically, I'm getting my sugar from carbs // sweet potatoes others etc. I'll go back on the fruit in like a few months or something, I wouldn't try an all fruit diet haha...

@pluto How long did it take you? / how far did you go with it? - I've seen @Leo Gura's video I don't think it goes far enough, but I suppose someone just getting into the health game isn't going to do more #onestepatatime I'm at the tweaking stage now, I've cut all inflammatory foods etc for about 8 months now, detoxed my whole house etc, suppose the next step is get onto things that pull out metals etc. Is this what you did? / Did you get dieoff / feel fatigued as your body was getting rid of things etc? (at times

@Lynnel https://traumaprevention.com/ It's a set of 7 exercises to stimulate parts of the body to release tension by temrouring etc. I could explain it but I think you can find the exercises online or in a book/DVD.

@shapeshifter go get a test yourself and extend your girlfriend the same reassurance, then say something like I hey I got tested so you don't have to worry about STD's would you mind doing the same? I was in a long distance relationship and I did this for my girlfriend Even if you're a virgin, it's good practice to go get tested anyway just for the experience. You'll do it in the future, won't you? I'd just go and do it, then tell her.

I also went to a TRE practitioner, which is physical exercises that induce temouring - it basically does the same thing as the breathwork, brings out unresolved emotional material. So I will cut out breathing for a while. The lady who runs it told me to slow down and instead of "opening up a can of worms" pick one worm out of the can at a time or you'll end up with a mess.
-
@Lynnel yes, yeah right cause I woke up with some real fear the next night. I am giving breathing a rest for a week so I can integrate

How many stages can you represent at a time? Sometimes I hear about people representing like two stages that are beside each other, For example Trump Red/Orange ... But what about the blue in between? It seems like people can be spread across like 3 stages ... or more?? How does this work?

It's not what you put in, it's what you take out that matters. Get a decent water filter - not a plastic one and detoxify your house (Switch to natural cleaning products, glass containers, ditch your microwave, shower filter, natural deodorant/toothpaste, get your veggies from the market, try free-range meats, eggs etc ) That's not even a complete list of the basics. Research heavy metals etc. Any talk of "superfoods" is like adding in $100 to an account that's overdrawn $2000. I heard it takes like 2-3 years for your body to rid yourself of all the gunk the modern world has been putting into you.

No, it isn't an illusion. Biology is biology. Isn't it funny how real genuine love usually flourishes after these conditions are met?

Are people still debating this topic? it's old news. Women want high character (ambition, work ethic, confidence, having a purpose, self-esteem/respect yourself etc + looks and money are below this Men want looks (hip to waist ratio, facial symmetry, femininity yes they want some character too but it isn't as important
-
When women do these sorts of things, it's because they want to be appreciated. When the guy doesn't tell her it's like a fatal error, you have a right to be upset. If he won't leave your apartment after you have dumped him sounds like he's acting weak and needy. Ramp up the disrespect and see how he handles it, or just ignore him - probably the wiser option.

I did 2O minutes yesterday and released some big intense emotions, had a cry.. I will continue to use the breathwork and look to turn it into a habit like my meditation practice

^^ Nah, this will not cut it. This is your problem. My suggestion is to not use your willpower, ban porn completely then deal with the underlying causes (relationships, emotional, health etc 1. Ban with this device http://www.safesurfer.co.nz/?gclid=EAIaIQobChMI0OSrx-ap3AIVEwoqCh30pAo9EAAYASAAEgIgl_D_BwE 2. Use www.freedom.to to control the way you use the internet 3. Improve your health, emotions, goals and relationships. There is plenty of this stuff in the forum

Has anyone gone deep on this subject? I'm looking at outsourcing my laundry but then moving to getting in a cleaner, food prep etc I have decluttered/ mimnalised a lot and I'm thinking about implementing a "uniform" I wonder if you guys have actually pulled this off and how far did you go with it? Tell me what you did? Everything that reduced the busy work that you do day to day..

To process any negative emotion I personally use the https://www.bioemotiveframework.com/ But generally speaking (there are many ways to do this) you need to sit with and feel the emotion or feeling. Leo also has a video on this. There are other methods like TRE, holographic breathing etc I can share with you what I do (use the NEDERA process) Before you start you will notice yourself being "activated" - if you can lose your stories (coming from your intellect/thinking mind and just focus on feelings instead, - shame is an interpersonal feeling so it's usually to do with other people 1st, Notice where the feeling/resonance is residing in your body. Really spend some time focusing on the feeling if you can. Focus in on it like a google map zooming in. Spend some time with it 2nd, Experience the resonance and sink your awareness into it and be with it. Do this for a while and when you think you have done it long enough do it some more 3rd Differentiate what you are feeling, is it an emotion (fear, sad, happy, angry) or is it interpersonal (shame, guilt etc) you will know if it is correct 4th Express the feeling out loud - you must SAY it out loud while tapping into the resonance " I feel ashamed I hurt (x)" keep playing around with this till you really strike a chord emotionally. If you begin you tear up all the better 5th Resonate & resolve. Keep trying out sentences till you really get a large response from yourself etc I mean a feeling etc 6th You might need to take some action after you have processed this in the real world - only you will figure this out https://bioemotiveframework.com/wp-content/uploads/woocommerce_uploads/2017/07/Nedera-Guidebook-Part-1-2.pdf Does anyone else have any other methods they are using that work well for them?

Do you have any health problems that worry you? - if so I'd start with drinking more clean water Because if you don't, water helps flush your body of the nasty stuff so it will keep you healthy in the future I drink about 3 liters of filtered water a day. I love drinking the stuff, but I filter mine heavily. Maybe you're not a fan of tap water? I use this filter http://www.southerncrosspottery.com.au/ultra-slim-water-purifiers/black-pearl-en.html with the fluoride filter and have looked at getting this one https://mypurewater.com/shop/steampure-distiller/ One tip that helps me drink more water is I use a one-liter mason jar. In much the same way having a large plate will cause you to eat more food, the same is true with your water. So I just know I have to consume three jars a day - which is super easy !! As for milk, personally, I don't drink it. There are many arguments against/for which I'm sure you can find online. If you're worried about it - switch some of your consumption to almond milk. Ethier way I'd be hitting up the water though

I went to three breathing sessions called rebirthing, I'm pretty sure it is like holotropic breathwork. Non-stop breathing out of your mouth and focus on your bodily sensations. I did experience some emerging emotions/feelings, but the women said I would pop into my head at times. She said she could tell as she's done this for years etc. The technique was non stop breathing in/out of your mouth, eyes closed. She would stand over me, guiding me with her breath, prompt me if she thought I was popping into my head I experienced some numbness too, the length was about like 40 minutes of actual breathing, after three sessions I decided it wasn't too effective. However, I starting dating this girl who said she had been holotropic breathwork in a group setting, and the sessions went on for like three hours or more and that it was hugely transformative. Has anyone else gotten great results from breathwork? Did I see the wrong practitioner - done longer sessions/been in a group ?

Focus in on your body (torso) and see if there is any anger is there, sit with the anger and see what happens. The reason is because that's where the autonomic nervous system is. Anger shoots around your legs, arms and head, but just try this out and see what happens. I've had a similar experience to you by the way
-
Anger is an emotion that distracts us away from deeper underlying feelings usually. When you talk about "inner dialogue, that sounds like mind chatter or your using your intellect", is that right? My suggestion, is focus on your body (torso - bottom of belly to bottom of the neck) this is where the emotional brain sends anger to the nervous system. Focus on the anger, and zoom in on (the location) with your awareness much like you do on a google map. Sit with the anger and try to notice it's quailty etc, after a while, and you have really sat with your anger, try verbalise while focusing in on the anger in your body. Say out loud (important) "I feel angry" and then check for resonance (how your body responds). Repeat till it shifts.. It will probably increase in intensity and then disappear, sadness or a feeling (guilty, shame, inadequate, worthlessness)may surface. Repeat the process with whatever surfaces If you are stuck in the anger even after you have processed it for while , try asking yourself "how is this hurting me?" Your body (emotional brain) will resonate with an answer a feeling/emotion perhaps with images. The intellect (your mind might try to distract you, so pay attention to body. We have actually have three brains, google Triune brain

I pasted copy from their website below, I've watched the DVD's/online videos and been in Doug's coaching groups and the bio emotive framework is super practical and can really change your life if you put in the work Website: http://bioemotiveframework.com Video Series: http://bioemotiveframework.com/product/the-bio-emotive-framework-online-access/ Blog: http://bioemotiveframework.com/blog/ " What Is “Emotional Processing”? Emotional Processing is the ability experience, differentiate, and express the emotions you have going on inside you. Why does it matter? Processing your emotions stops you from being haunted by them and reduces the likelihood of you living in a state of “Chronic Emotional Activation” which means your body is in a constant stress-response. How does it help clear my mind? Its hard to think properly and stay focused on the task at hand when you are preoccupied with something else. Being “preoccupied” with something is means you are emotionally activated or upset by it. Process and clear the emotional upset and the mind becomes clear and able to focus again. How can processing emotions help my physical health? There are so many ways Chronic Emotional Activation causes problems with the body. It interferes with getting restorative sleep; weakens the immune system; stops the body’s Repair and Rejuvenation sequence, causing premature aging and disease; creates chronically tight muscles causing pain and soreness and making it more like to injure yourself while playing sports, if you fall, etc; causes chronic inflammation and its related mental and physical disorders, including weight gain, heart disease, diabetes, etc. In other words reducing or eliminating Chronic Emotional Activation may be the single more important thing you can do to stay physically (and psychologically) healthy, right up there with exercise and a healthy diet.. How does processing emotions help my relationships? The less distracted and upset you are by the your work and the day to day challenges of life, the more fully you can show up and be present for your family, your friends, and co-workers. Emotional Processing also helps you break out of any dysfunctional patterns you are stuck in with some people, allowing healthier and more loving ways of being with that person. How can can feeling my emotions help me have a happier life? Most of us have a few unconscious Feeling Beliefs that weigh us down and stop us from trying to achieve our full potential. We are unknowingly being driven and hindered by emotional distortions in how we see ourselves and the world around us. When you practice Emotional Processing, you update your impressions and are able to make better decisions, engage with friends, family, clients and colleagues more fluidly, and remove the habitual patterns which unconsciously sabotage your goals and visions. What’s The Best Way To Get Started? Signup for our free Nedera Processing outline (using the popup) and other content. Explore our products, services and free educational content. We recommend starting with our basic Bio Emotive Framework Video Series and the Nedera Guidebook to go with it. "

@JustinS I wasn't looking for a book I trying to be subtle LOL. But 5 MeO DMT is legal is Mexico, so what's the problem? I just asked to see if Leo knew of him (Dr. Gerardo Sandoval) / if he was a good guy etc, and if he could possibly "help us learn more" about the medicine if I went to Mexico. I've been looking to do Ayahuasca for a while now, so I'm pretty to ready to make this happen. Same guy released a podcast: http://www.danielvitalis.com/rewild-yourself-podcast/dr-gerardo-sandoval-isaac-on-the-bufo-alvarius-toad-and-5-meo-dmt
