Name: Fura Shido Age: 40 Occupation: Design/film/Composer Marital Status: In a relationship Kids: 1 Growing up in not the best conditions i early on had a feeling that something was wrong. I allways found myself uninterested with the regular things and spent more time exploring my mind and pondering reality then anything else. I tried to act normal and make my self fit in, and tried many ways of life and had the oportunity to see life through many eyes. At the age of 29 i had found myself in a position i could see no way out of and i gradually got closer to the idea that it was time to leave life. There was more pain that i could endure, and one night when i was having the most intence panic attack, there was an explosion within me and a thought arised within me that killing myself did not have to be litteral, as i understood that everything that hurt me was in my mind, and that i was not my mind. Accepting the fact that i wanted to die had become symbolic in a sense and a separation happened. Knowing that many reach that point in their lives but that do not get to have that insight, i chose who i wanted to be from that point. Seeing this as a miracle that had shifted my awareness, i started to seek answers from everywhere and studied everything i could come across, and started to meditate regularly. And so on.

@dvdas I used to have this issue, and tried to help everyone i came across. This ultimately led to great frustration as i realized that not everyone is interested. In the end it is up to everyone to take those first steps by their own will. Not every seed that falls from the tree will grow. This is a narrow path that takes a lot of dedication and your full willpower, and can’t be passed on easily. Remember that you look at the world from your level of development. You can lead by example and help as much as you can and give a tip here and there. But do not feel bad. Keep doing the work and those that need you will come along.

@How to be wise Its kind of like that saying, ”learn everything, then forget everything you have learned” Depending on what field one chooses as a chanel of creativity, one must know the techniques confiently to such a degree that they become second nature. And then you set an intention on why you are creating and become the tool.

@JessW Do not see Adhd as a hinderence, instead recognize it as the ability to zone in on the things that interest you with an Intencity those Without adhd can’t imagine. If you truly are interested in this path you will find a way. I had Adhd untill i was 30. I don’t have it anymore.

So who cares about mental Instability when all u see when you look around is just that, a world where the majority are unaware and uninterested of the mechanisms of Their own minds? That is mental instability.

There is a Sufi Master / Gnostic teacher called Dr Seyed Azmayesh who has dedicated his life to researching the Quran and fighting for the sufis in Iran who are being targeted by the government for not following the strict political islamic laws the country is ran under. In Iran, self actualization, consciousness work and meditation is looked upon as working with the devil and so the spiritual masters who are fighting for waking the people up from their programming are targeted and given death sentence.
