  1. @Dorotheus Damn thats impressive! Just randomly going out on your own and doing cold approaches. Not many guys would do that haha. Makes me kinda inspired to go and do it myself!
  2. @billiesimon Definitely shit tests!
  3. @outlandish @Leo Gura Ok cheers guys, thanks for the feedback
  4. Whats the reccommended amount of time that we should wait between 5-MeO trips? Days or weeks?
  5. @dimitri Yes my recent 5-MeO trip was all Love too. A humbling experience. Infinite and boundless Love.
  6. Dosage ~20-24mg (Rectal ROA) The only word that needs be said is... LOVE. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, BOUNDLESS AND INFINITE LOVE. There is no room for anything but Love. Of course! Its Infinite ahaha!! Without ego there is only Pure Love. Unbounded, Boundless, Infinite. Forever and ever. Pure Love. The love was endlessly outpouring from the heart centre, from within 'me', without a beginning or end. Endless love to give - it can never end or not be. Overview of the trip: I was super anxious beforehand and had lots of thoughts about not doing it etc. Even though I hadn’t eaten for about 5 hours, I got incredibly nauseous during the come up. It was that horrible feeling of being right on the edge of throwing up but not being able to. However it eventually passed after some time. I'm also pretty sure I didn't take a single breath for a good 5 or 10 minutes. Didn't affect me in any way though. The come up experience was fucking intense and really trippy. Its such a radical shift from your normal waking consciousness, that its kinda difficult to get your bearings and figure out what is actually going on. Eventually it smoothed out though. At one point the thought ‘Love’ spontaneously arose and appeared in the heart centre, not from or in the ‘head’. Like a cork popping out of a champagne bottle the thought completely opened my heart and released a torrent of Infinite Love that I have never experienced before in my life. It literally felt like a torrent of Love spreading outwards from my heart for ever, without a beginning or end - Infinitely. I cried and cried and cried for the Love was so strong and total. So much Love. Its hard to describe and these words are not enough. The love over took ‘me’. It was me. It was so powerfull, so overwhelming. So much Love. I felt that I could give Love to everyone for ever. There was no desire for others to give me Love. There was only Love to give. Unbounded Love, Infinite Love. I finally understand what it means to Love and to give and share Love without needing anything in return. Thanks Leo!
  7. It is all happening to you right now. Every form of torture and suffering that has already occurred was happening to you. But not to your current ego. It's not that you as an ego will experience every form of suffering.
  8. @Equanimitize I don't know, possible a mix of Green/Yellow. No I don't agree with that payment to African Americans either. Not sure that it would solve or change the issue at all really.
  9. @Equanimitize I already posted this on the SD Yellow Thread
  10. @Just the mage As far as I understand, Kundalini symptoms do eventually subside. I can't say i've read about anyone who has had intense Kundalini symptoms for their whole life. Although I don't know for sure. I'm sure there are plenty of spiritual therapists in the US that you can contact and get help from. Any traditional doctor is not going to be able to help you. You could get in touch with/have a skype chat with Tara Springett. She lives in the UK but does Skype consultations, specialising in kundalini syndrome. http://www.taraspringett.com/
  11. @Tiny Nietzsche Anyone who achieves a bit of success, particularly online, and particularly with Leo's kind of content, will inevitably have people who dislike and criticise them. I would be more surprised if there weren't any haters!
  12. @Soulbass Interesting stuff, thanks!
  13. Where does it say absorbing negative energy? Just leave that for now. Just get the basic pranayama technique down first. Suck up the prana energy like a liquid from the base chakra to the crown, eyes closed, breath through nostrils (take multiple breaths if need be), use breath/nose strips to have a clear nasal passage (work like a charm), whilst visualising and also feeling (as best you can) the prana flowing up the spine and piercing each chakra. Hold the energy at the top for a few seconds, and then bring it down the spine. Repeat 24 times. It becomes second nature pretty quickly.
  14. All the answers and instructions are very clearly outlined in the books Leo recommends. Leo has given loads of useful advice on the kriya mega-thread on the specifics of the core techniques and which techniques to do and not to do - so read through that as well. The core techniques are quite simple really.
  15. Yea there isn't enough time in the day for everything that I want to do. You gotta figure out whats most important and then prioritise those things over everything else. Lack of time = lack of priorities.
  16. @Dorotheus Nice! I'm assuming you did a lot of meditation/ self-inquiry? Or did you just kinda sit and do nothing.
  17. I've been doing the main practises (mahamudra, pranayama, and breath of fire) for like 7 months now and the results have been hit and miss. I've had periods where it's felt like its really working and i've had a calm mind for days a time. Other times, I don't seem to be noticing much. Maybe because i've just gotten use to it now. But I just can't seem to get the damn spinal breathing thing correct, or atleast consistent. And there's a clear correlation between a 'good' set of pranayamas and the level of calm mind that you have during the concentration at the end. So it's really the most important aspect I find. I like the phrase that Leo used 'like it's an actual fluid in your body'. Maybe i'll keep that mind going forward.
  18. @Oktillo Yea all it takes is seeing failure in a positive light. Failure = growth and improvement.
  19. @Vladimir Nice video! I will definitely give this a go over the next week and report back if I notice any benefits.
  20. @Oktillo Eric Maisel's books are good. But ultimately any good creativity book will just tell you start taking action and to be excited about failure and making mistakes. You're afraid of failure, but failure is amazing! It teaches you so much. You need to fail thousands of times before you become good. So you just need to shift your perspective, and then the fear you're facing will at the very least be reduced, if not disappear. I made this shift recently and its amazing. I've been more creative and produced more artwork than ever before in my life - literally. So step 1) expect and actually look for failure and mistakes, step 2) take any action, whether that be creating art or creating music. 3) repeat. Get your passions out of the realm of possibility and into actuality. Reading the books comes after you've taken loads of action.
  21. @Eric Tarpall He intentionally deleted all his Youtube videos sometime last summer after the people following him told him to do so. He also had plans to buy or lease a property and start giving transmissions to hundreds or thousands of people in other countries. Atleast that was the idea. Crazy guy.
  22. @Aaron p If you're from the UK you can send off any substance to WEDINOS which will tell you exactly what your substance is and what it contains. They're usually pretty quick about it as well, and it's all anonymous. You generate a code from the site and then put that on the form that you post with your substance. Then they publish the results on the website with your code. http://www.wedinos.org/ ehrlich kit for 5-meo: https://www.safetest4.co.uk/test-kit-4
  23. It doesn't take much to move your arm 30cm. I haven't read anywhere that being absolutely still is necessary.
  24. Set a timer when you finish the inhale. You can mix both because the stack of techniques you do is up to you. Kriya Secrets Revealed has a more effective Pranayama imo. You need to include the spinal breathing not just chanting in the chakra. The other books you mention are good as well. Most of the techniques in all the books are basically the same, except for pranayama as I said. What position? Any upright seated position is fine I would imagine. The locks are quite easy. 1) look downwards and touch your chin onto the base of your neck, 2) suck up your diaphragm, 3) clench your ass hole (muscles between your legs). You hold all the locks for the duration of the supreme fire. Each time you sit down, try to hold your breath a little longer than last time so that you eventually reach 2 mins.
