Snorting anything is always extremely unpleasant for me. Why on earth you'd decide to snort 5-MeO when you can just plug HCl version? Just the thought of the 5-MeO dripping down the back of your throat makes me feel queasy.

So as Leo says, this cannot properly be explained to you. Words are meaningless and move you no closer to God. This must be realised yourself. It's good that you are questioning these things. Better that than to just believe what Leo says. But remember to be open to the possibility of it being true. Look to verify this yourself. And I promise you, you will be able to verify this. When God realises itself, which is what Leo is talking about, it's like God is looking in the mirror and finally realises its reflection. It is unmistakable, undeniable. In exactly the same way that when you look in the mirror you don't think it is just a fake mirage created by aliens to trick you. However it goes deeper than this because God realisation is direct. Meaning God a.k.a. Infinity, realises itself by Being itself. God knows itself because it IS itself - obviously! It is not the ego Leo who realises God, it is God that realises itself through the body/mind we call Leo. -
Good effort mate - 25 days is tougher than most people think. Last time I was on a long streak I hit the flatline and it completely ruined me, I had to give up the retention. Be carefull about this, treat yourself kindly. Indeed it does.

@tosee2020 This forum isn't really the best place to get this kind of medical advice. I suspect it is just an initial adjustment for your eyes, but you'd be better off calling up your eye specialist/ the place you got your eyes tested to ask for advice.

At the very peak of the trip there are periods where I stop breathing, yes. Honestly could not tell you how long for because I was in Eternity. But it's kinda intentional and the body is so non dual and free of contraction it feels perfectly natural. If you think about when you're in a very deep state of meditation you hardly breath at all, you're very still and the breath is very subtle. It's like that but just much more intense. However, even during the most intense 5-MeO high you can still 'take control' and take a breath like normal. There has never been any difficulty or physical restrictions on my ability to breath whatsoever. Breathing is particularly interesting in high consciousness ego-less states. Feels like the whole of Infinity is breathing itself. Fun question to contemplate - what actually is breathing? I read somewhere that Raltson said one his favourite things to do was breath, don't know if it was a joke or not . Bringing your awareness back to the body and the breath can be a good 'anchor' if you really need it. However, fully letting go of everything is also very important.

@davebryand Yea 25mg is a big dose. I worked my way up very slowly over the course of 7 or 8 trips and always plugged so the come up is smoother. My biggest dose was 30mg and that is when actual God Infinity fully realised itself. It's extremely intense like a freight train hitting you, yet totally still and silent. You gotta approach the peak of the trip with a sense of calm and steadiness. When it gets very intense just breath slowly and intentionally relax the body - you must know this from doing so many dmt trips? Anyway, go for Actual Full Infinity and Actual God - there is not a single speck of doubt when it realises itself.

@VictorB02 The periods of low motivation are really some of the most important parts of starting a business or learning a new skill. They highlight your true intentions for doing the work and show you whether its truly the right path for you. You have to ask yourself, do you still love or at least have passionate/ engaging thoughts about the work even during periods of low motivation? If you completely loose interest in it then I suspect this isn't the right path for you. My experience is that if it's the right path for you, then even during periods of low motivation (which happen for everyone) there is still a sense of 'I truly love doing this and there is absolutely no way that i'm going to give up on this'. This enables you to push through the low motivation, or it at least allows you to take a short break whilst still knowing that you'll be back at it in a day or two or however long. You never really loose motivation or passion for something that you are truly passionate about.

@28 cm unbuffed I'm curious if you're still experiencing high levels of energy? Or have you hit the nofap flatline yet?

The first 1-2 weeks of retaining semen retention (and not watching porn) makes you feel really quite incredible. The benefits are extremely obvious. This is no placebo from watching NoFap youtube videos. Motivation and drive is increased significantly, procrastination is barely a problem. Depression none existent, and anxiety is drastically reduced. I had the confidence to speak up in work meetings when before hand I would be too anxious to do so. Energy levels are up, almost to uncomfortable levels - I was jittery and restless at times. Sex drive sky-rocketed. Basically any young female was instantly attractive and I was thinking about sex certainly more than usual. Aside from a few small negatives, the first two weeks of semen retention are awesome. Then the flatline hits you. No one talks about this in the 'benefits from nofap' videos. Only after you're deep into the flatline and you start researching online do you find that it's an actual thing that most, if not all, guys have to go through. Within a few days (after the initial 2 weeks) I quickly descended off the initial high. Literally nothing is interesting to me anymore. No pleasure in anything, even nice food. No motivation to exercise whatsoever. I'm usually able to get to sleep within 10-15 minutes each night, but now its 45+ minutes sometimes. My labido is literally GONE. I have no sex drive whatsoever. Porn is bland and neutral and of no interest. Based on what i've read online, this can last for months at a time, and some reporting it lasts even longer?! Apparently you're supposed to wait it out until things equalise and return back to a normal level. Is this a clear sign that maybe men are built to be releasing semen on a regular basis? Or is it just a detoxing process of years of excessive dopamine addiction? I'm interested to know if any other guys here have experienced this, and how long were you in the flatline for?

@BroccoliSalad It's quite simple. Work out what you actually really want out of life. Be extremely specific. And then make changes and plans toward that goal - and actually take the action. If you don't know what you want, then start with working out what you really don't want. Tip for writing posts: if you want people to give you advice, don't write massive block paragraphs.

@Mirko God bless you dear, I hope you can come out of your suffering one day. Life is hard and full of suffering, but it is also wonderful and exciting. Out of curiosity, what does your life look like in terms of job/career, family and friends, hobbies? There is much joy to be found in these things. Having a somewhat enjoyable job and a stable income can reduce ones suffering quite considerably also. -

There are a lot of videos of shaktipat teachers giving live shaktipat on Youtube but most of them seem really fake, like this: It's very rare for someone to be rolling around the floor and crying etc. Usuaully the kriyas that are generated from the shakti are more subtle. Atleast in my experience. The best example (from a quick search I did) of what seems like legitimate spontaneous kiryas is the below video. The aren't from a shaktipat teacher but this is what they look like - subtle shaking and vibrations without all the hysteria and unnecessary emotional reactions. -
Damn, didn't think of that one!

Yet at the highest 5-MeO peak state EVERY SINGLE duality, including the notion of 'artificial' and 'natural', dissolve into God Infinity. The notion of a natural or artificial awakening/enlightenment dissolves. The duality of psychedelic and natural awakening dissolves. It's really really fucking radical.

1000ug??! Damn, thats a dose and a half! I take back my presumptive comments then. If I did 1000ug of LSD i'm not sure i'd ever come back. Did 150ug earlier in the year and descended into an egoless paranoid mania for 5 hours straight - not particularly pleasant or insightful. Even at that high of a dose I still question whether it can lead to the same sort of crystal clear God Infinity that 5-MeO provides. For me, LSD is quite messy and comes with a lot of unpleasant thought loops and strange twisting mental phenomena.

The reality is that a full God Infinity breakthrough with 30mg of 5-MeO-DMT is infinitely beyond any insight that can be had through Ralston's contemplation. It's just so fucking radical I seriously doubt it is possible to attain without 5-MeO-DMT. It's very clear he doesn't understand this, let alone experienced it himself. However, of course Ralston's contemplations lead to permanent realization, where as the 5-MeO peak state is only semi-temporary - I think this is largely why he doesn't see their value. Ralston says he's done his fair share, but I bet he hasn't done 30mg of 5-Meo-DMT. He's probably just done some mild mushroom or LSD trips, which quite frankly is not sufficient. 5-MeO-DMT is far beyond the capabilities of mushrooms and LSD in my opinion.

@WellbeingSeeker It's totally possible for someone to inflict these kind of vibrations and shakes in someone else just from pure touch or even just being in the same room as them. I've literally seen this first hand with shaktipat teachers. I'm definitely open to that. However, what is quite strange and unusual is the amount of people which are affected. If it was like a handful of people in the room, 1 out of 10 or 20, it would be more understandable. But the fact that every single person they touch has the exact same type of vibrations and shaking makes me a little skeptical. I wouldn't be surprised if there are a few people who are legitimately affected by the energy from the teacher, but then the rest of the audience are just getting caught up in the whole show and the overly dramatic and emotional surroundings. Maybe there's an element of unintentional hypnosis going on, I don't know. It's not that difficult to generate high emotional states in others and manipulate their beliefs if you know what you're doing. -

Well its hard to say because i've been doing so many other things, techniques etc whilst getting shaktipat from Jan (been to 2 retreats with him in the past 3 years). I don't know how much the shaktipat has influenced my growth. It's quite clear to me, just from speaking to other people at the retreat, that only around 10-20% of the people there are able to properly receive the shaktipat. But those in the 10-20% really do feel it. Some people feel strong sensations in the spine, other people start spontaneously shaking, trembling, moving around in their seats - also called kriyas, its the shakti moving around the body. Some people say that as soon as they walked into the room they could feel the shakti. One person I spoke to at the retreat said he was travelling with Jan in the airport and he randomly started to get shakti (feelings of bliss and energy in the body) from Jan whilst they were standing in the que. Anyway the point i'm trying to make is that chances are i'm not in the 10-20% because I didn't get any of that. However I get alot of that during my psychedelic sessions, which not a lot of other people do. So maybe there's some link there, I don't know. After my second retreat I spent the following 2-3 days seeing literal Joy in every thing. I was looking at my computer desk screen at work and saw Joy in it. Very pleasant experience for sure. Cool stuff, yea i'll probably go the one in London in November. -
@GroovyGuru The content of the game is important, but I think the level of consciousness of both the designer and the consumer also play a part in making a video game Tier 2. Tier 1 is still very dualistic. In Tier 2 the duality between the game and the gamer is being broken down. Does the consumer realise he literally created the game? Does the consumer see the game as a creative loving expression of God? Also, if the designer himself is not consciously developed, the game will reflect that. So overall I don't see the content of the game as so important, but rather the perspective in which it is created and consumed. But it would be cool to see games that explore spiritual ideas.

Yea he does in person 3-day shatkipat retreats regularly throughout the year in different countries (mostly europe). Once you have been to one in-person retreat he allows you to join his free weekly shaktipat over zoom.
