  1. thank you. Great experience.
  2. @SageModeAustin this is not a dark night of the soul. This is just your condition created by who knows how many factors.take action. Its the only way.
  3. @hundreth oh sorry! @Barry J seems like spiral dynamics is our new ideology and everything below yellow has no value.
  4. @hundreth just another close minded human being seeing everything from his limited lense, not giving a chance to thoughts and ideas, constantly criticising and staying in his limited narrowed view point. Nothing of value here.
  5. @Gligorije vippasna alone won't enable you to experience the full range of your consciousness. It's not about what meditation you use and how much time you do it but in what way has your being been purified by your ego. This could happen in one seating alone or in 2 lifetimes. The root cause of your unconsciousness lies in places that meditation alone won't help you discover... Well maybe hardcore meditation will do but not just a 45 minute seating a day. There are plenty of techniques and methods to use. Some of them are : psychoanalysis, shadow work, kriya yoga(or other types of yoga), psychedelics(with caution), self inquiry, spiritual autolysis(jed mckenna), the work(byron Katie) and plenty other. Of course theoretical understanding of life and of yourself is crucial so I would recommend more learning...
  6. @Gligorijeclean diet + exercise. Sleep same time everyday and wake at the same. Make a habit of sleeping 7 - 8 hours and stick with it. When I was in the army they forced us sleep for 4 hours each day. Thought I was gonna die but after a while I get used to it.
  7. @tashawoodfall stop looking, start seeing.
  8. @Mikael89 The problem with you is that you don't believe. Your intention is backwards so your results are going to be backwards. Faith is the power that creates world's. Before moving on with kriya I think you should learn a fundamental law of the universe. The law of attraction! Also don't be arrogant with teachings. Respect and humbleness.
  9. @Mikael89 there are kriya schools that use om. Japa as their main technique for at least 6 months before progressing into more advanced techniques so I think you shouldn't rush so much.
  10. @Mikael89 if you have the j. C Stevens book spend your first month with ujjaji pranayama, om japa on the chakras and the first kriya pranayama with some concentration exercise in the end. That should be enough for you to lay the foundations. You could be reading other books of course at the time but those techniques are easy to follow and lay some foundation in your future practise.
  11. @0ne if it's an energy problem try kriya yoga. But be gentle with your practise. It may be powerful. You could read a book about reiki so you can learn more about prana, Chi or whatever the fuck this is... Of course you can do a brain scan to see if it's a "physical" problem.
  12. @CreamCat stop wasting time trying to find me somewhere while I'm everywhere! -God
  13. @ValiantSalvatore it depends on the level of your consciousness(if you accept such a thing). If it's above the plant's consciousness then you will experience a decrease. If below then an increase.
  14. @Ingit eventually the wall will start melting. Don't freak out ??
  15. @CreamCat nobody will ever answer you truth. All they are trying to do is give you a stress-free explanation that gives meaning to suffering. And that's what you are looking for because you are afraid of eternal pain.
  16. @cena655 you can't quiten it. Deconstruct it by knowing it.
  17. @Chrissy j loa is a law like gravity, not a tool to use. To learn to move through life with this principle is to learn the art of allowance. Create your purpose Or find what has been created for you. Serve something more than your ego and everything will fall into place. Abraham hicks is a great teacher of loa. Spirituality 101, spirituality 2.0, spirituality 3.0 and concious creation videos of teal Swan on yt will enlighten you. I assure you!!!
  18. @Archen I haven't read your whole post. You lost me at "I have an understanding of what enlightenement is". Please drop it or you will be chasing a ghost for ever. Drop everything. Then ask what do you really want in life. Write it down and go for it
  19. @MrDmitriiV meditation, psychedelics and self inquiry have not been clearly defined and explained at all. Probably they have, but only in your mind...! They are too complex to extract the exact way that they affect human psyche. Your pety interpretation of them is just imagination. As for kriya and chakras you don't have to waste a year of your life practising to understand there legitimacy. 2 weeks should be enough to see changes in your consciousness. Instead of wasting time arguing about the validity of kriya(which by the look of your post has consumed time and energy off you) why don't examine it on your own. Come in a week or two and tell us again...
  20. When you go away it's not there for you because you do not exist. It's not there when I go away because it is made from my consciousness. Everything else is speculation.
  21. I remember having these "electronic" experiences that were terrifying during lucid dreams. Wrost than hell. I couldn't survive it for more than a second. It really made me think that maybe I'm some kind of unascapable electronic simulation.
  22. @0ne you can't find something special by asking us for it. Everyone differs in what he finds special. I'm sure you find some things more special than others. Try and contemplate for yourself what special means at first and then try to see in life things that are special. I'm sure you agree that good emotions are special. If you feel better for a thing than for another thing, then it is special. If you feel better looking at someone who helps you with something than with someone who doesn't then that human is special for you. In the grand scheme of things of course nothing is special...except the grand scheme itself ?
