You mean the do nothing where you let your mind loose and don't control anything ? Yes it's a good meditation.

Don't try, do it, it is the most important habit to practice, don't skip days, and incrementally add minutes every months. The peace of mind, the clarity, and the presence you gain in the long run is priceless. You really can't value the importance of it untill you see the effects taking places. Only use guided meditation to discover new meditation techniques, but not daily, otherwise it will be very difficult for you to do it alone. Wouldn't be cool to be able to meditate surroundings by nature all by yourself ?

If you're a beginner, all the books of Eckhart Tolle

You got it, but I would recommend to meditate too (20 minutes every day). Right now, after months of meditation and awareness work, I just can't play more than 90 minutes of video game, per day, my mind doesn't allow it anymore, If you really want results fast, you can also do some affirmations, like 2x10 minutes a day. I don't know what your goal is right now, but just repeat it for 20 minutes a day outloud, and it will be so anchored in your memory that you'll feel bad, very bad not to do it (so unless you're very sick, you won't fuck up).

Have you tried the simple meditation technique about breathing ? For me personally, it quiets me way more than thinking nothing, and it's less frustrating (especially if you're starting). The meditation is just about focusing on your breath, the feeling of it, of your body moving, and surrounding sounds (just notice the sounds and recenter). -
The men approach : Get your shit together and buy that shit. The women approach : It's all gonna be ok, just do your best ok

I also felt like that one time, I pictured myself as the new Jesus ... What I am trying to say is, that yes you're in search of meaning, but meaning doesn't necessarily come from having a big impact on lots of people directly, in a flashy way. Maybe you're bound to be the next 6 stars chief, who will revolutionize our diet system, Maybe you're a guy who will launch a new travel start up that will appeal to a certain niche (like for example mixing travelling with spiritual retreat), Maybe you'll be a musician who will simply create and enjoy his work. The only way to know is to try many different things, but it could take decades, and you could deceive yourself (having the big ego problem as mentioned above) and never find any meaning at all ... So I suggest to you to save 250$ and get the Life Purpose Course from Leo, it is so cheap comparing at what it gives you if you're doing it seriously. Actually save 350$, because the books are amazing.

If you eat healthy you will be less prone to have medical issues like, cancer, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis and diabete(doesn't matter if you're fat or not) Eating healthy also increase your energy level, which also means that you'll be more conscious. I don't know if it's really related, but you could also weaken your body to the point where you'll have difficulty to process even the most basic meal (pain/sleepiness/difficulty to shit etc...) I have the same metabolism and that's what happened to me. You can recover from it, but I don't know if you can in totality. So take your diet seriously, or it could fuck your life.

How do you know ? Maybe there is as many women as men. Maybe they don't want to be stalking online and choose to appear as male in their profile, like in any other forum. I don't see which concepts are reserved to men, except the videos about how to make a girl squirt and such ^^ Even if there was really less women than men, it would probably be because they have differents limiting beliefs, not because of the concepts themself.

That's already 4 to 5 healthy habits more than the average person ^^

You can't help her, she does not wants to, as you said. The only question you have to ask, is "Do I want this relationship as it is" You already know the answer, you just hope there is an another way, but deep down you know there isn't.

Epic music, Melodic progressive, Space ambiant I use it to visualize or to relax, but never when I walk, because I want to appreciate nature fully when I do.
-
That's why one of the most important habit to have is to walk, alone, with no phone, in nature. No only it makes you disconnect from these things, but after 45-60 minutes, you start to have a connection that is way deeper.

The actions that you need to take, depends solely on what you want from your life. Ask yourself what do you want from your life, and ask again of your answer the same question, untill you can't answer anymore. As long as you keep meditating and asking you what you really want in your life, all the actions paths will unfold by themselve. A lot of resistance and fear will be revealed by the actions that you'll have to take, so be prepared.

There is no reason to be upset about others people behaviors. Like Eckhart Tolle said "If I find here and Now unacceptable, I have three choices: 1-Totally accept it. 2- Change it. 3-Remove myself from the situation. That is taking responsibility for my life." EDIT: Actually, it was this quote I was searching for: Personally it took me 2 full years to go from a victim mentality into a "winner" mentality (don't like the word but I don't have any other ^^), but I was extremely neurotics back then, and 75% of it I wasn't even doing spiritual work (meditation/mindfullness/contemplation) For those who wonder, that is NOT being enlightened, it is very easy to access once you realize you're in a victim mentality state, and starting the work that is required. So depending on how you are in life, you can do it way faster than I did.

Found the class near my city, thanks you very much EDIT: I can already feel the resistance and the fear by now, oh boys it means it's exactly what I need ^^

The most profound experience I had is when I had a Samadhi experience with a dog. My ego was like "OH MY GOD, THAT'S WHAT LEO WAS TALKING ABOUT, THIS IS WHAT I SEARCHED FOR MY ENTIRE LIFE, AND I DIDN'T EVEN A FUCKING CLUE !!!" And of course, it disappear a split second after that

You don't need entertainment to re-energize, it's just that changing your activites, thus your identity, feels like dying. Not only you start to loose "friends", but you also have to acclimate to your new activities while still feeling the need for the ancient ones. It is hard in itself, and if your social circle isn't comprehensive and you feel you need their approval, you could be trapped forever. The fact that you are aware of all that is already a blessing, so few people are. It's not enough though, you also need to unconsciously wanting a better lifestyle, otherwise you'll not gonna do it. Do the affirmation technique (repeat the sentence out loud) twice per day (10 minutes): "I'm moving on with my life" It is very effective on the long-term, because at some point you'll always think about it 7 days a week/every hours of the day, rather than thinking of it 5 minutes every month.

I know don't worry The last 10 minutes of my todays session (50 minutes) was kind of interesting, because I could feel my body energy. At first I thought I was being tense, but no. I felt life flowing threw me, and paradoxically It felt a bit like being a ghost too.
-
Just tried the do nothing techniques, eyes closed. Oh boys, It was the best meditation session I ever had. It only lasted 20 minutes, but It felt like 40+. I fucked and killed almost all my family, babies, my ex (she cried a lot ), apparently I love to behead people, it's my shit I also had a wonderful conversation with me, like, the words motherfucker and fuck you were pretty intense ! We were 3 of us, talking shit, insulting everyone (mostly us). It was so funny, I laughed all the way Paradoxically, letting all our thoughts submerging us rest us more than just trying to relax.
