Technically there is no time, but the experience of going back in time is possible, just like any other one, cause you can imagine an infinite number of experiences as God. As long as you imagine time, the experience of time does exist, totally, it's just that you see past through the illusion that it is an absolute if you're awake. The experience of time travel would still happen, or seem to happen, just like whatever else you're experiencing right now. It's only a matter of buying into it fully while not awake, or seeing it's just another experience amongst an infinite number while awake. You're underestimating yourself as God, literally anything is possible for you ?
