  1. I use the HabitBull app on my phone to keep track of habits I'm establishing. Right now it's tracking: Affirmations (2 different ones, 5 minutes each) Meditation (At least once in the morning, once before bed) Reading (At least 1 hour a day) And without the app, I started reviewing my strengths and values list at least 5 minutes every day, and walking 30 minutes, before I do any type of work or study. Waking up 5am Sleeping 8 hours (There's still a lot more I want to add, this is just stuff I'm getting into the habit of this month.)
  2. @Chew211 I uninstalled all my games, cancelled TV subscription, cancelled Netflix, and stopped watching things on Amazon video. I also listen to audio books instead of music in the car. The funny thing is that I think my purpose in life probably has to do with making music and some other things in a creative way. I also like doing 3D videogame art and I might even pursue it as a near term career. I don't think everyone has to cut those things out, just the useless things. Watching Vikings on Amazon is awesome, but it doesn't take me closer to any of my goals. If my goal was to make a cool 3D model + texture of a viking character, I'd probably watch Vikings.
  3. @fr435177 I used to have crippling anxiety and depression and didn't know my purpose in life. The free videos helped out a lot because they helped me realize how much of a victim I was being. In my opinion, the paid Life Purpose course is "worth it" to everyone in any stage of life. I think Life purpose is more important than pretty much anything else. I'm about 1/2 or 2/3 the way done with the course. I have no anxiety or depression anymore. I live on purpose, every day is awesome because I know I'm going to be working towards finding my purpose and ultimately working toward whatever that is.
