I use the HabitBull app on my phone to keep track of habits I'm establishing.
Right now it's tracking:
Affirmations (2 different ones, 5 minutes each)
Meditation (At least once in the morning, once before bed)
Reading (At least 1 hour a day)
And without the app, I started reviewing my strengths and values list at least 5 minutes every day, and walking 30 minutes, before I do any type of work or study.
Waking up 5am
Sleeping 8 hours
(There's still a lot more I want to add, this is just stuff I'm getting into the habit of this month.)
