  1. Hey guys, Here is an experience I just had while meditating. It would interest me whether you have experienced something similar. I just experienced some sort of rapid eye movement during meditation - this phenomenon occured to me a couple of times before. I think it happens when I'm meditating while beeing tired and I kind of fall asleep with my eyes open. Then what might eventually happen is that my eyes start to move either horizontally or vertically, without me consciously starting the process. It's like what I imagine REM-sleep to be, when there is rapid eye movement and the brain processes a dream or experience etc. But what came with this phenomenon this time is some kind of relief from a feeling of physical weightiness I felt all day long. So at first my eyes moved and my head started to feel lighter and "more clear". Then my head started to rotate from shoulder to chest to shoulder in a circle. And after this process my entire body felt very lightweight and comfortably. For some moment I felt very present too. I know this sounds very funny but if you have experienced something similar or now what my brain might be doing in these moments, I appreciate your answer
