Depression is very varied it’s hard to say why someone is depressed and many different different meditations can help with them. Probably you should just research online and try some out, but you actually have to try for like a few weeks for real change to happen. While in meditation If you noticed that thoughts are not coming as much, but the feeling of depression is getting worse then that is very very likely just a sign that you’re boiling out of the depression. Think of every possible way to try out cure depression and try it! Chemical, physical, spiritual, mind healing, therapy.

@Ulax I respect the idea of meditating for so long, but don’t beat yourself up if you can’t do it. I don’t know what you mean by purification but there is trauma healing, meditations with filling yourself with positive energy. Going for a run and trying to not think is even a good meditation. I was to say specific ones that I’ve tried and found them to be very effective. They are. 1. Inner smile. 2. trauma healing (Leo’s video). 3. Microcosmic orbit. 4. meditation on the breath. Also understand that every idea you have that is negative is wrong. Really understand this point the “greatest thing that could ever possibly be. Is the only thing I’ve ever possibly exist.” It’s true how much you know this life can be better.

Fear is just a perspective, but every perspective is true and every single perspective exists. U are God is the only thing that’s true. So to say that you fear the veil lifting is true. In fact, I’d even say that it’s more true than dying because you can’t die.

Have a look in the look into the religion daoism. I’ve recently been doing practices with them where you would have to put your tongue on the top of your mouth to allow the transfer of flow of energy throughout the body. This practice is called the microcosmic orbit.

I didn’t read everything there, cause I can be bothered. But I will say that panic attacks while meditating can often be a clearing of the old system. And making a new better you. Make sure you make a determination between the stuff that’s from the upgrade process and between what is from the current source of the panic attacks. It’s very likely meditation is the right thing for you and the very unlikely chance that they could not be the right thing for you. Be so sure in yourself that is absolutely no way that the mind is just tricking you to not meditating. If you going to drop it.

I agree and I agree with Saljius. But I’d say it’s good to also establish distinctions between them for better navigation in the world.

If I know we’re both source is it also arrogant. Seems like the joy of knowing that your source would just clear away the idea of arrogance but also of judgement and hatred.

This is what atheists say in order to make themselves feel fulfilled for a temporary moment but in reality this is mostly wrong. They would say that if anyone is still here they are still learning. not sure what some people’s idea of self development is. When Andrew Tate was big, people were hating on self development. This is the low point in your life like a trampoline compressed. From this realisation it gives you the drive in order to choose how you want your life to be. So you can propel into love and positivity if you like. Without the compression you couldn’t jump up. Remember live is like a maze. It’s not obvious which direction to go to, but if you choose a spiritual path with a living master and you never assume that you’re not arrogant. This can get you the tools to find the tools to put yourself in the positive part of the maze.
