Before 7 I would say u need to fill them with love first as much as u can I guess this is the best development they can have granted they need to learn stuff at that age also. Of course I am sure you knew just wanted to make sure. -

My friend you need to understand that if you are going to be so lose with words you might ask well not use them. Look, formulate the sentence again but put in the definition of enlightenment and ego at the bottom. Now I can agree that we are all parts of god with him unable to experience as a human. But experience is becoming him more from the lack of identity power. At a high amount level you can actually exit the body for example Mahasamadi. Is that just an experience? -

In some spiritual circles the “Mandela effect” is some times you swapping reality’s. Have this concept with an open mind and who knows it may not be so consistent after all. Bashar talks about this a lot. -

Is “going insane in a good way” roughly what Leo said a while by. -

Here is the practice that makes your mediation “industrial strength” standard. -

This is a trap now u fallen for it don’t do again. But the amazing thing is the trap in NOT the act of going back to work but it’s the act of not doing practice and not being present all the time. Plus the future is not real so the mind really wins by both making u believe you are body identity and you can’t do the practice. When you start the internal arguments this the mind is laughing. He got you real bad. -

Also not spending long times annoying over the fact it’s not great. mediation on the breath is not meditation on the breath with the occasion thinking that thinking is not ideal for mediation. While in meditation ALL (well almost all) thoughts should be silenced either in a soft way or in a hard way. Both have advantages u have to determine a which works for you. I fined hard works best to start in a mediation retreat but soft need to be introduced when the determination is there. -
ChrisZoZo replied to Asia P's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Asia P try all these steps first if you are still struggling u can message me. Yes Most people have this and is not great way better use of time to do better mediations with high concentration on the objects. now before I say the points understand mediation gains in all manner are usually wavy (having peaks of good and quickly moving to bad) with hard to see slow trend upwards. 1. Make a determination. — Prayer worked well for me and many others. Also u can pray/ make a determination at mutable times int eh day this is more relevant hearing next points. 2. Do concentration practice before meditation plus also at intervals in the day. This works well in really showing the mind how you should be during meditation in a way unattainable by just half ass-ing meditation. 3. Do present practice all the time u can. This is an extra determination added to when u do meditation. 4. spend a 1 minute thinking of what is required to be processed. mediation is partly a process of the un-seen mind. 5. do very long hours this is unfortunately one of the only way to really get large breaks in monkey mind. 5 hours a day would definitely make a huge difference giving you 5 minutes with no monkey mind. BUT you have to do all the steps here. 6. Accepting the state of mind that’s you go Into. This is against the idea of you (ego) thus you have to acknowledge that which you want to reach. With a part you you “dieing”. Of course in reality nothing real dies. -

It’s frustrating hard to achieve an awaking on its own. You have it fully commit and if you are normal it can take 3 months with no relapses in an addiction and actually doing good practice. Of course this is an example it can be much quicker even one day. -

I have an achieved temporary/unstable and flash’s of awakings without psychedelics, so much so that now it’s greater than my small amount on psychedelics. Also have meet someone on this form who has achieved enlightenment permanently without psychedelics by Rupert Spira definition of it. Granted they denied they are enlightened but their bar is high. -
ChrisZoZo replied to Justdoit247's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
If you define the word in such a way. I would prefer to say it in a useful term and say enlightenment is not what you are but rather the ignition of light outwards. Along the path you will notice light coming into your body this have to fill a significant part before emanating so to call it enlightenment. -
ChrisZoZo replied to Juressic's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Juressic This is great, also likey not what you are looking for. Truth acceptance’s / truth abiding is enlightenment and that is what Leo guides very well. Also shows clearly what “dies” in gaining enlightenment it’s only non continuing of the idea of false. -
ChrisZoZo replied to Capital's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Capital there isn’t a contradiction because God is infinity meta so the infinite gods would be considered God as one. this is explained at the end of Leo’s video I remember when he talking it I was watching it and my brain was going crazy trying to work out how to consider both factors at once but then by the end of the video it made sense because it explains so clearly. -
ChrisZoZo replied to Philipp's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
If you’re doing genuinely good meditation for 12 hours a day doesn’t matter where you are. And if you don’t know if you’re doing good meditation is. Do concentration practices as described in this video and then you learn how good your meditation really is. -
ChrisZoZo replied to Philipp's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
I remember with myself, I was struggling to meditate at home and I went for a walk. there was a river and and trees about. Sounds of Nature remind me of peace and I felt the need to then go into the forest and meditate and then I found it effective. So I would say if you wanna go meditate for a long time in a cave go meditate in a cave first for a little bit and see how it goes. -
Stumbled across this way to determine if someone is enlightened/(authentic in what they preach) or not, I would like to share. What you do is go on to a podcast or long interview with them, and watch their face as other people are talking. It’s remarkable some people who I have already think is highly probable to be a fraud. It almost a closes the case as a certainty to me. I watch their face go through a lot of emotions, peace seems to be quite distance. There really seems to be an act that they’re trying to put up, but they’re unable to do because their mind is focusing on monkey mind activities while also focusing on the person talking. So the act becomes very difficult to do and this becomes obvious in my opinion. Some people I found are extremely good at putting up a fake act. I find it more effective to go on a video where there’s three people talking. With every way to determine if someone is lightened, of course this will not absolutely determine if someone is a enlightened, or not. Maybe it is because is partially to do with the fact that it is not absolute truth that someone is enlightened. As absolute truth does not embody a relative term like this it’s simply logically impossible I guess.

From what I’ve heard you can imagine this in spirit if so have fun -

Because you’ve already won. You won before you won now and you won later. The most perfect, the most loving and the most amazing thing you’ve created for yourself. @Javfly33 I hope you can join a taste this. Enjoying the infinite number of beings infinitely winning forever. Also reminds me of what’s happened to Leo in the past he keeps having awakenings where they feel like the top total awakening. He won in life and there and there is no greater thing to do. yet somehow out of the infinite will of God, he wins again, and reaches the end again, and bathes in the unimaginable, glory, and joy of that. Somehow greater than before yet still the end, still the ultimate winner. -
ChrisZoZo replied to sleep's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@sleep how does the hate makes you feel. Throughout your body. You have this hate and if you can really get a feel for it, it can be a great way to do a practice and stick with it even when it gets difficult because you know at the end of the tunnel you will love yourself. -
ChrisZoZo replied to ChrisZoZo's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Very true, there’s no need for someone who is true to try to convey himself in anyway. Rather just the light comes through naturally, while clear, simplistic words are spoken. 🙏 -
Which one is more exciting in your opinion. Go with the more exciting one.

@Razard86 although thank you for pointing out the fact that not everybody is going to be able to use this tool. It’s a strange consequence that the more developed becomes spiritually, the more developed to become in your capabilities to determine who is a Master or not. For example, been able to see “the light” in people Eckhart, describes this in his book. I don’t remember the exact quote, but it’s something like “light can only recognise light.” When someone is able to see the light in someone, it’s almost as like a greater verification that you can get from any logical thing that your mind can possibly come up with.
