@Elton from the first two negative effects will happen temporarily as long as you do not deviate too far off the kriya yoga course. When this temporary negativity is simply just the purging of negative things inside your body. No idea about hypnosis. Look up to see if it can have any side-effects.

If you’re serious about being open-minded then honestly answer this question. Have you been in pain trying to uncover the truth. For example: have you really considered that this whole time you’re a part of the left Party. When in reality it was actually Trump who was better. Now, if you’ve considered this or not, it’s not so relevant. What matters is if you are in pain while doing this but don’t allow the pain prevent you from being open minded to the fact that you be might be wrong. You have to understand going through this process is a painful process and 99.9% of people don’t even do this. The second they get a tiny bit of pain they jump away there thinking. And then they’re in agony for years in their life because one stupid thing they could just easily think through and worked out. BTW Trump is the literal antichrist. I just use him as an example.

I feel like doing that just really changes the vibe of what the author is trying to convince you to do. You think it’s a productive thing, but in reality you should’ve read the book to actually create positive, change but anyway I don’t know if this is true. It’s just a thought.

@Miguel1 i’m next to never lonely. I did a meditation retreat and I realise loneliness was just a distraction from presence and since then I basically never feel lonely anymore. But Man, I do appreciate people on this form because we are working hard and we are making the world better place.

Giving beings an opportunity to climb an experiential ladder that has crazy stories and jaw dropping synchronicity. 7. A great exploration of person karma. 8 . allows to interact with people that are soon to experience different realities 9. allows a new dimensionality in which being can explore in physicality. I,e, being can you go in and out of higher and lower realities based on their frequencies. Here is a small list I am certain there is millions more reasons.

I did the same thing almost exactly 2 years ago. Looking bad I see God organise the situation for me which resulted in excellent results. It’s almost like I can’t say anything to you because it might mess up the perfect situation that is ahead of you. I can say apply great effort. Monte Sahaja moojiji lives is very powerful. It feels like a 360° compression on you. Especially if you’ve been following this stuff. But after a while, this compression on you turned into ecstatic joy. in my example it’s high vibration. As opposed to high consciousness there can be a difference between a high consciousness and high vibration, but the two are very, very similar

@rd5555 when the beliefs can’t change being acceptance of them being there. Too much resistance can make them grow in power and just create a lot of neuroticism. Do this also imagine how inspiring it is to transcend limiting beliefs. Then try to work through them. Also do mediation and inner smile meditation before going through your beliefs this put you in a positive state and reframe everything

Anyone successfully astral projected? How long did it take you. Can you share videos on how to do it. Third eye method is my preferred method but I am very new so I can try other methods.
