  1. Hi. What do you mean by "finding a way outward hours is internalized"? I'm 28. Lol no, it doesn't get better. I must dig deep into this and resolve it I think. I didn't even know I had all this anger in me at first. If I let it be, it would probably feel the same or worse in the future.
  2. @Prabhaker Thanks for taking the time. Well put. Let's say I manage to accept myself. And also forgive. Should I still be in contact with them and be friendly etc even if I don't think they accept me? I feel like it's undeserved. Maybe see that it's not really about me. It's their own problems, insecurities etc they are projecting on me? So maybe I find compassion?
  3. I had an extremely jealous girlfriend once. I guess it's because she was afraid of losing me. Little did she know that her angry behavior was counter productive. I got tired of her and broke up with her. I don't think the chance of someone cheating goes down when faced with this jealousy. But the opposite.
  4. @Morrtiz I only see you talking trash and disrespect people in threads. It's a forum about self-development.
  5. @Morrtiz Lol. Why are you on this forum even?
  6. @Morrtiz Luckily I don't feel the need to please you. Stop attacking people on this forum.
  7. @Morrtiz What the hell. Maybe you should avoid this section of the forum if you see it like that?
  8. Omg forgot to watch the new video today. I must be sick or something. Thanks.
  9. @PetarKa Let's say you got the book list. Do you have money to buy any of the books then? lol Just say you want it as an early birthday or christmas present.
  10. Interesting. So using this as a complement right? Because my view on suppressed emotions was that it is linked to thoughts/memories. Resolve the thoughts/memories in the psyche and the suppressed emotions then gets released.
  11. Lol. I didn't know if he was serious or not. I guess he was.
  12. @Leo Gura You only ban user account right? Not IP address?
  13. @Leo Gura I'm doing a lot cognitive behavioral therapy at the moment. So I ask myself a lot of questions which makes me see things from different perspectives and realize I have all these irrational beliefs that creates fear, stress, worry etc. And when I think more deeply about it and getting to the root of it, I see constantly that it's bullshit. So in that way I fight thinking with more thinking (which in the end leads to less thinking) But I get what you mean.
  14. I don't know if this is true. You can easy come up with a counter argument like: If you're so smart you will see that your overthinking and worry is bullshit. If you're depressed, you're full of delusions. You have distorted thinking. You don't think of things from different perspectives or deeply enough. But with that said I don't think it's true to say this either. But what do I know. Maybe I'm just overthinking. I'm so damn smart. Edit: Ok, after some googling around it seems that many share your opinion.
  15. Don't be so sure. You need to do more research. Watch this documentary:
  16. @Paintballer Imagine that a person reading this text.
  17. Imagine how the back of your head looks. Now imagine how you look from the side. Let this go. No, I'm not gonna ask you to imagine the front of your face because you're already doing it anyway.
  18. @Afonso It happened after some intense days of reckless self inquiry ~9 months ago. I also had an ego death experience. Made some attempts to start a meditation habit again but it's too distracting with this energy bouncing around. Feel it 24/7, but way more when meditating.
  19. @Afonso I have that because of some kundalini shit so I rarely meditate anymore
  20. Nice. Lol, after I posted this I read you mentioned Into the wild.
