I wouldn't agree with that. Milk and dairy is especially bad on the body and any sort of sugar is not great. It's a hard thing to accept but the best things to watch on this matter is Dr McGregor's channel when he talks about the dangers of dairy. I really do not recommend milk sugar though. Your better of eating raw honey as @pluto says.

Disagree completely. You can have relationships without being attached even without being enlightened. If your talking about romantic love then yes in a sense it is illusion but you can still be in a relationship without being attached. Love without attachment means love without expecting. your not expecting them to make you happy, complete you or even be loyal to you. The more aware you become the more you can overcome this need to attach to things and you will realize then that you can be unattached and at the same time be in a relationship. I'm not saying it's easy though especially since you will have to drastically change the nature of your relationships to do this. This is why a lot of people on the spiritual path tend not to be in a monogamous relationship because they simply overcame the desire to need to keep the other. Doing stuff like this can help one become less attached. Now can you be in a romantic relationship without projecting onto them is something I'm unsure of.

Depends on who you are talking to. People who haven't dissolved the ego like to say you cant function without it but people who have say that you still have it but you put it on and off and they have choice to do so. If you are controlled by your Ego then you still need to keep working on conciousness. I think the western world is unhealthy so I think you can function in it without being like how most people behave in it. One thing I'm realizing the deeper I go into this is how much of a change we need so I am deciding to be that change each day so that includes living a more unconventional life. By the way don't take Eckhart's views too seriously since he's probably not so attached to them and it can limit you on the path.

You seem to get more per gram too then on the DN. Seems like the best option is to by them in truffles. I will be trying this out. -
Live Life Liam replied to DimmedBulb's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Yeah that's the danger of doing them in a unsafe environment. I guess ideally staying at home is the best. -

From what I hear there is no difference with effects but I could be wrong. They are both magic mushrooms after all but wow these laws are silly Personally I don't fully see the fear in doing something illegal. It's understandable though but I think psychedelics are worth the risk. Plus with the right research and tools your safe. I don't live in the US though and I hear it's pretty strict over there about drugs (assuming you live over there) It's up to you though but I don't know if truffles are legal for consumption either because they are still magic mushrooms. -

Also a film called "They Live" it shares similar messages to fight club and into the wild about consumerism and the state our society. Don't take the aliens too seriously though but it's old 80s cheese fest but it has something unique to say. I'd recommend fight club though a lot! We need anti consumerist films haha. -

Yes the book is what can help you understand the film way more. I've noticed people can enjoy it more after reading it. It's such a shame which it why high concious artists and the art itself is so appreciated in my eyes. By the way I have seen a lot of movies like this and will give you a bigger list. What I put on the topic I made was just a little taste so people understood what I meant. Before I give you the new list just would recommend you checking out all the stuff I mentioned such as American Beauty, The Truman Show, Donnie Darko, 2001: A Space Odyssey, Her. They are truly special spiritual films and will help you out to open your mind. The life of pi (this film has themes of enlightenment, nature and survival) The Shawshank Redemption (so inspiring) (might change your life) (a prison film) The green mile (same as Shawshank) Forest Gump (you have probably seen it but it does have great messages on how to live your life) About Time (this one is special) (it seems like a simple romance time travel comedy at first but turns into a film about life, death, happiness and how to live life well) V for vendetta (you can learn about freedom, rebellion and to live by your own rules, seeing the trap of society) The Fountain (death, enlightenment, getting over the search for immortality( My Nobody (this is a mind fuck but absolutely brilliant) (best film about enlightenment) Fight Club (a popular one but very good) (break free from the rat race) (same as v for vendetta) Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter, and Spring (this one is unique and about a Buddhist monk throughout his life) (so brilliant) The Matrix (of course) The little prince (animated gen with great philosophys) (not seen this yet but my girlfriend says its great) Spirited Away (anime film) (has deep philosophys) (the trailer isn't good so dont bother judging on that though) Groundhog day http://www.collective-evolution.com/2014/11/18/10-movies-that-could-change-your-understanding-of-life/ Also maybe inception but don't get lost in its action. If you can get passed that it's a more entertaining way to learn about dreams and life like what "waking life" is trying to ask. The list goes on of course but each of these films are so different in style and some are more conventional then the others but they all give important messages. How people should really watch films it's try get insights from them to implement in daily life. That's why I love all of them that give a message even if it's not about enlightenment. Embrace them all I'm sure you will learn from them. Thanks for the sub and hope you enjoy the future videos. It would be great if you left a comment whenever it suits you -
It transforms your heath in ways you could on ever imagined. But only if you eat correctly and more natural to our biology. You can still eat junk food as a vegearian. Personally I eat plant based and would be classed as a vegan (although I dislike labels for how we eat) Try eating a fruit and veg based diet with grains as well and you will reap the rewards. Check out nutritionist work like Dr McDougall and Dr McGregor. These guys clearly know there shit. You will go through a detox witch over time you will thank you went through to get. Clear, smooth and natural skin (healthy) Improved mental functioning (feeling more alert) Actually smarter or being able to accomplish tasks better Feeling happier (can severely decrease depression) Will lose weight and possibly have a leaner and more muscularly natural body (what most of us should be) Meditation practice may improve (more focus) Feeling more connected to the world & others. These are some of my personal benefits of veganism. This is subject and not the same for everyone. Some of these are backed up by scientific evidence of eating a plant based diet bit the rest are what myself and a lot of other people seem to also notice when transitioning.

Waking Life is not really a film for entertainment really. That's why I say it resembles a psychedelic as it is a good self inquiry movie. I understand why you don't though it's not for everyone. A lot of movie goer's say that about Cloud Atlas. I just adore the epic scope and daring ambition of the film. It waslike a once in a life time experience for me first watching. There is a reason for every creative choice in the film which is why it needs multiple viewings to appreciate. First time I watched it wasn't as powerful as the times afterward. I guess I was more matured the second time around also and everything made sense. The characters are actually very few if you look at it in a certain way though and I think what the film did to me won't be the same for everyone. The actors play different roles in the same film for lots of very important reasons and not just because they are linked via past life. the point of the film isn't even about that but the creators use that theme to convey a universal message of freedom, love, truth, enlightenment and the karmic cycle of reality. Also it can help awaken us to how all our lives and choices are connected to each other with can remove our illusion of separation. As it went by I started to see the connectedness of it then started to see it in every day life it was unbelievable. It was my mini ego death through a movie (I know crazy). Same thing happened with the rest of my favourites. Remember it's not meant to be a conventional film. That is what makes it brilliant is how unique it is. As you can tell that I love art like film brinks out my inner geek. Also I love my mind being fucked when watching movies and not everyone likes that they just want entertainment. I like to solve a puzzle so these ambiguous films are my thing. No problem I'm just passionate to get these films around because they truly can change lives. I believe art can do that especially quality ones like on this list. We don't really get many concious films so I respect them all. Yeah peaceful warrior might be one I check out. -

No problem. Please message me or reply on this forum when you have tried them out and what you think about them. I hope they can raise your awareness as they sure did for me -

I forgot to mention "Mr Nobody" also since this film is directly about themes such as enlightenment, the string theory and the illusions of time and existence. It's something special and I think it has one of the best endings in a film. So powerful. -

Into the wild is one of the best films out there if you truly are looking for something more. An absolute masterpiece. I'd say there are plenty more great ones then this though. I will check out peaceful warrior. This film is like a psychedelic in a sense that it will expand and open your mind to new possibilities. Waking Life is an underrated gem and needs recognition so I'm mentioning it here. I also think the wachoskis "Cloud Atlas" is another film that needs to be recognized for how good and life changing it is but a lot of people have mixed opinions out this one. You either love it or don't but I think it truly is transcending. If you can get over your biases for certain themes and controversial choices made from the creators then you might see it's one of the important films ever made for humanity. It's the only film I cry multiple times over with no control whatsoever every time. My bad for geeking out but I'd suggest giving these guys just a couple of tries. Films like these require multiple viewings to really appreciate them that's probably why they are so overlooked haha. Enjoy -
In my perspective this isn't s healthy relationship so I'd leave. You will both hurt each other the longer you stay.

Crystals seem to actually bring affect to some people so I would discount it just yet to be honest. It might be just a placebo though but as you open your mind stuff like this can help some on the enlightened path. Koi fresco talks about having a picture of a guru in his wallet so whenever he buys something he remembers to not get caught in materialism and see what his focus is on. It can stop people being silly with spending. Like I said before jewelry and bracelets can have an effect although whether it is a placebo or these crystal jewelry are mystical in nature I can't say. I'm not going to be like the rest of the people who will say all this shit is crazy since I can't say. My advice is work on the things that have a lot of evidence of actually helping people on the path like psychedelics which have scientific benefits and can open mind to new ideas. If your closed minded too drugs that's probably why you haven't mentioned this but they are non addictive, natural (usually) and actual aren't recreational like alcohol and can really enhance growth. One thing I will also say is that if your unsure about something don't buy it. You don't need our validation to get them. Do you think they help you on the journey? Try and find out since you know best. What is true to you? Also in my perspective these aren't usually scams but general people who actually believe this stuff works. I would call it a scam unless they know it's bullshit and still sell it anyway for cash. Generally these jewelry sellers are from a new age background and think these methods can work well. Listen to your intuition. We have too many rationalists in the world haha so it's time to look past valuing it over what world says. If you want it get it. Keep in mind though that I personally don't think they are useful for me at the moment since it's still a external object and finding things that help you search within is key. I do have some crystals though and they are nice to have Hope this helps. -
How can you unless you have tried it. Have you ever even read 5meo reports. I personally haven't seen this being lethal unless they mix it with other drugs. Your making assumptions out of fear and overthinking.

Eat food that isn't addictive. People might not agree with me but certain foods definitely are as bad as heroin and there is a reason you have cravings for the worst food possible. Your an ADDICT! Gluten foods and wheat can be (Addictive), high saturated fat foods/Dairy (Addictive), Processed Sugar and Chemical Junk Food (Addictive). These are scientifically proven and its crazy how much this information isn't as widespread as it should be. Trust me I know there are emotional and deep internal issues that influence your bad eating habits but on the same level your body is physiologically dependent on the worst food possible due to years of eating it when its not natural at all for humans. You have been eating this way for so long you don't even know that its the major cause of your cravings. If your living in a first world country its barley ever the fact that you didn't eat enough but that we have been convinced that certain food is good for us when it isn't as its addicted us to such an extent we don't realise its the type of food we eat that can make us have these cravings even when we are FULL. What I recommend is really looking into the diet you are currently eating and experiment with many different ways of eating. You need a change and that's what the cravings are telling you BTW I apologise if you eat healthy natural food like Fruit, veg, nuts, whole grains and possibly meat or fish (if your not vegetarian or vegan) but everything else we have not adapted to well and simply will make us have deep cravings and make us unhealthy. I wish you the best! I really hope this helped

Strong emotional reaction is a Indicator your doing it just the way it's meant to be. Your little ego will do anything to survive I mean that's the job as a organism. Completely surrender to these emotions and see what happens

Do what's right for you. A lot of people on this forum think they know what's right for you but only you do. Take the time to differentiate what is the real answer to your question and what isn't The school system is not for all of is. If your business is what you love and supporting you fine then getting a fancy degree to your name shouldn't matter.

Yes I had this exact thing with meditation so I can relate. Only thing I can say is that if you want to transition smoothly try buying the vegetarian meat alternative foods so you don't miss out on the taste since I know a lot of people who give up vegetarianism or veganism are usually finding it difficult due to there craving for the previous foods taste. A friend started going from eating junk food and animal products all the way to raw food lifestyle immediately and ended up not being able to handle it very well I must say. I know your probably not like that but all I'm saying is you have to research into nutrition and your own reactions to certain foods when changing a diet. I don't know if you have a shop called Holland and Barrett in you country but here in England its a great store full or vegan and vegetarian food so Id go to a place similar for your shopping. I hope the transitioning works well for you. It would be great if you made a post about it reporting how it went. -
