I also have had success using this method, especially on the sneak up and suck you in thoughts and emotions. -
What kind of woman are you going to attract who feels the need to be attracted to someone who insults her? What kind of man insults someone he cares about or loves? There are ways to become the best possible you (which you are responsible for) than the 'tear them down build them up boot camp' mentality. Just saying.

I would continue to do it until it...became a habit. You could link each activity together and do them in sequence until said activities become habits. I linked meditation with exercise with eating healthier all at once and they have become a habitual routine.

@Loreena Well, a person makes as many mistakes as needed for them to learn. Some people do learn from other's mistakes; I don't have to kill someone to know killing is wrong, some come to that conclusion after the fact. Many mistakes are too costly and many times we see someone on a course of action that we know is a mistake and vise versa, but it is their lesson to learn at that time. If someone is not self aware, prefrontal cortex human awareness, they will continue to bash against that wall until they wake up.

If your self esteem is intact and high, it is an inner fortress that none can breach.
-
Try to list the ways your self esteem can't be attacked. It is, after all, your reaction.

Doesn't the big picture depend on life experience, self awareness, consciousness? Mistakes lead to an understanding of the big picture. We are often running down a path in darkness with a small candle to light the way and we stumble and fall and then realize that there was something in our way. I agree that it is important to develop a big picture perspective which only grow larger after...some event and the outside context anomaly. And yes, it would help if we came preloaded with a big picture vision, but time travel would be cool too.

I trust Leo as much as I trust anyone, including complete strangers and dead people who left us a record of their thoughts, which may be true or not, but can be tested by my own experiences with said thoughts through personal experimentation. That is to say, I trust everyone until I am given a reason by them not to trust them and this trust is never blind but, again, based on past experiences where my trust was burned by the other's actions. -
I have as well but you are complete you are your comfort and happiness I agree with Ajasatya because it is the process that I am currently engaged in

Female dogs are nice and so are girls, but I actually prefer women.

Frode, I enjoyed your program. I learned some things too. The audio and video were out of synch for the conclusion, but other than that, good work. Thank you.

Memories are two fold, emotional memories, which are not remembered but felt or related to in similar situations and come from the amygdala, visual or event memories, which come from the hippocampus, which does not store actual verbatim memories but snippets which may or not be true. In essence, your memories have already been altered by time and experience. Acceptance is realizing there is nothing about the past you can change...nothing. Accept that there is nothing to solve. You are now responsible for meeting all of your needs. There is nothing in the past that will help you accomplish that.

The ego is part of the mind. You are not your mind. You, when aware, are behind and observing the mind as it does it choral babble. Why kill part of your mind? Just take the wheel, tell ego to get in the back seat, and drive the car. When you need the ego, because you didn't kill it or leave it by the side of the road, it will be there to do the things that ego is great at doing. Another tool in your belt, or in the backseat to continue the metaphor. -
Why does it need to be solved? You are aware of it, accept it and know you are not a three year old reacting as a three year old

I have to agree with Babybat, pick up is not about respecting the other person, it's about gaming and viewing the pickee as a prize, toy or prey. A hook up, between 2 people honestly connecting with each other, and not the personae someone is using to achieve the prize, is something that respects both involved. It may be semantics, but means to the ends and intent are the issue

Some powerful poop. Will continue to watch at another time, thanks for the recommendation

Masterbation not a sin. Watching porn is mental masterbation. Also not a sin. But, when you do actually have sex with a woman, you will be so disconnected from the experience because it won't compare to your self exploration. It's like sleeping in a tent compared to sleeping in the penthouse suite. You can continue to sleep in the tent and call it paradise, or choose to stop and come inside to feel what true luxury is. You choose. Stop or don't.

Hey, maybe the fact that you drop it to go live life and then come back to it is you actually working on becoming a better actor, one who can bring some depth to a role because you have developed yourself as a person and not just the single facet of actor. Just a thought.

As an experiment, maybe you should try to do absolutely nothing until you can't do it anymore, then reason why you wanted to do it. No food, movement, thoughts, breath, heart beat, sleep. etc. Then you might find your reasons for doing and living.

Does one set out to become enlightened or is it a product of personal development, experience and growth. It seems that if it were the end result of personal development, there would be more enlightened people in this world. Or is it that once a person has what they want from personal development, they settle and stop growing?

You could always just stop picking up what others throw down
