Habit streak Completed the majority of my tasks like watching videos and cleaning up my room etc, but once again I spent too much time playing games, and I forgot to meditate. Spent only 1 hour and 30 minutes surfing the web. On the 23rd October. Today, I plan to study(3 hours) and meditate (45 mins), as well as read a self help book,(1-2hours) and organise my room(1 hour-1.30) which is very messy, and play some games, for (2 hours max).

Habits streak Meditation was what I forgot to do. on the 21st October, spend 2 hours surfing the web and I ate some Daal (Lentils) with flatbread. 22nd October, I heard about games meditation, so I attempted to do that for a few hours, the source was given to me by another actualising person, and it was about how a boy would meditate, but also play game, and he was asking whether it was ok to an enlightened person? And Mooji replied it was absolutely fine. So, On the 22nd October I did game meditation, however I didn't see it working very much. However, I also watched some more videos of Mooji, and started reading a self help books, accompanied by some Youtube videos, for plain stimulation and enjoyment. Now, I'm continuing to attempt to try and build my meditation habit, but starting again from the beginning, as well as watching some videos created by Mooji. But, I will be experimenting with the meditation habit, as my ego prefers to play the games and meditate I will attempt to do it once more, simply to experience stimulation once again, but to also determine whether or not it will work for me. If it doesn't I will return to simple hard determination sitting meditation. Furthermore, I shall also be watching the new video released by Leo this morning. I will inform you of my achievements tomorrow my friends.

So, recently I have uncovered the benefits that Green tea brings, lower stress levels, improves sleep and, improves health which has a incremental affect on the productivity of yourself as well as, increasing metabolism which relates closely to burning and the digesting of foods quickly, consequently leading to fat loss. However, I heard this also has negative side affects: headaches, due to caffeine intake, as well as other suggested things, but is it worth the cost?

Basically guys, I've got an issue my macbook pro has become very slow and I've bought in 2011, and have been kinda mistreating it. I want a new laptop, but simply want it to play game, it's a gaming laptop. As, my macbook pro can't run the newer games. But then again, it may be fun, but it may be a huge distraction and waste of money. I have already bought the life purpose course and around 16 self help books from Leo's list, should I get it? And how would you spend the money if you were me? I'm a student, 17 trying to get enlightened and looking for my life purpose.

Hi guys, I was wondering how and where is it possible for me to find individuals who seek the same aims and objectives, as me. And yes, you could say Actualized.org Forum, however I want people in my life who are enlightened, have no addictions and are very inspiring and motivating, where could I find these types of people to integrate within my own life?

@Venus I believe self acceptance is important, however I don't believe you need affirmations to grow them, as they have been developed over the current living years via the ego. However, I would try to keep the things you like, and try to throw out the things you don't like initially causing self harm to you and others around you, which can be done through meditation. Therefore, meaning after many years your ego will be destroyed and you will accept not You, but YOU, and only YOU. Which will after result in no more labelling taking place, I assume. But, how you act on these traits, will determine whether they grow or not, but yes you can use affirmations to grow them if you would like to, and it is possible.

@Azrael Yes, but it will still have the overpriced crap specs that it has, and will still remain slow, and unable to run most games.

Hi guys, lately I've been having a headache, I think it's stress lated and it feels like a tight headband around the top of my head constantly stuck there, but disappears sometimes. I'm 17 and initially have to study and do work, this headache has begun to ruin my levels of productivity and, hurts even whilst studying. Tried taking breaks, but it still remains. And even if I work or study to eliminate the issues creating stress, it still remains? Any suggestions?

@Pramit I am a student of Politics, and fell in love with the subject when I started. But, ever since starting actualised.org work, involving meditation and actualisation. Yet, I'm relatively good at it, It's complete CRAP, and indoctrination at its finest. In my opinion Politics will always be politicians thumping their chest in Parliament, as Leo likes to say, and flinging shit at one another for the amusement of the public, which is very animal like behaviour. Which is why politics will never change, unless our politicians become enlightened and truly see the consequences of their actions, their harm to society, and what's truly is important, rather than pursuing their own selfish ambitions with the power they've acquired, which is used meaninglessly by many of them. Just look at Trump and Hilary, during this Presidential election they are key examples of this. Trump wants money through political power, by varying and lowering taxation to support his already owned business, whereas Hilary wants political power for the status it provides, and the position it places her in, in comparison to other members of society, along with the increase in her salary, as President. Which is what our Politicians around the world follow in either minor forms or major forms, but nevertheless this disregard for society is why, the political system will never improve, realistically; as you can make assumptions and dreams of how it can be improved, but when you ask yourself "how can this be improved REALISTICALLY with our current variables?" it simply can't.

@kurt that's just what I'm starting to realise as well, as many people just wrongly interpret the religion to suit their own lifestyle and their own make believe principles, rather than the practices needed to purify the mind and body, to receive enlightenment through the particular rigorous process. Which is why most of it becomes nonsense and unseeable, as people surround and overcomplicate with social crap. -
@Frode Nice video man! It's very helpful. Continue making these great vids, subscribed. Keep up the good work!

@Jonson Nope, Im pretty sure he hasn't changed his mind about positive affirmations. As they are used to ultimately create amazing amounts of potential success over the long term.
