  2. @Xpansion It's why I'm beginning to understand them if why I fear them, and fear what will become of me if I remain around them and become like them or suffer from their issues. Which is why I become angry= as the answer to their problems are 70% easy to solve (from what I've seen) and scared= as they bring these onto others around them, through communication which leads to them influencing others to take the same path, which leads to nothing but bitter sadness despair and regret, which is why i GET ANNOYED, as people listen to the ones with deep problems rather than figuring themselves out for themselves and allowing themselves to grow, which is why they blame others, as they've become reliant on others around them. Which is why I become annoyed, as the answer to correct this all is SIMPLE.
  3. @Leo Gura Why would you like to do this so much, I have come up with some benefits of my own, but in your videos I also hear you saying you want to live in a Cabin in the woods, why is this? I also want to do this, but I simply want to distinguish my reason from yours, teacher.
  4. @ajasatya What about sitting in a cave, like so Yogis/sages did or going into a cabin in the woods, e.g. like Leo would like to do. Or isolating yourself in another way from society, e.g. by remaining in your house for eternity and ordering goods and services via supermarket delivery and books via amazon?

  11. Hi guys recently I've realised, that your ego gets stronger when you laugh at a particular person or thing derogatorily, or a person laughing at you in the same manner, so what can I laugh at and joke around at? self deprecating humour will results in my ego dying but other around me growing. I've starting losing my sense of humour, am I allowed to laugh, now that I aim to get enlightened?
  12. @Leo Gura sorry for being a nag, but I believe you know the most about this. (Dark side of meditation knowledge) . I'm thinking of simply analysing people's neurotic behaviour, instead of laughing along, is that fine, and what should I laugh at? I always see that you are happy within your videos(PROJECTION) what do you suggest I laugh at? I see you have a giggle or two in your videos, I would also like to, but I think it will prevent me from becoming the enlightened role model I want to become.

  15. Habit streak Forth day doing meditation, studied. created notes on a self help book. Objectives to meet by the end of today I plan to up my meditation to 45 mins, as well as reading a self help book for an hour and do my h/w.
  16. Hi guys, I was wondering does one have to become spiritually enlightened in order to detach from all materialistic objects, or can this be done without enlightenment? And what good will come from this?
  17. Just what the title suggests, however I think if Leo could do this, it would be absolutely amazing, as the amount of lives the would be affected would be enormous, taking into consideration the grasp that Western culture has on the world.
  18. Habit streak Third day doing meditation, studied, second time reading self help book, as well as organised my files, however missed exercise. 21. @Prabhaker But, even if it isn't for the lesson, it still nevertheless will provide me with more happiness though right? As, I will begin to focus on what's important much more easily e.g. simply being, and living.
  22. @Prabhaker I'm sure some of the modern minds will understand, and due to this learn a lesson. As well, as those on the path to enlightenment, still attached to materialistic assets, as they will be far more open minded.
  23. @Prabhaker But, I don't simply just want to be aware I want to live being aware and able to apply the very principles to my own life. If you know something and you don't do it, it will remain as a myth in the eyes of the modern man, which is why I want my life to be as a lesson to others, to have a true purpose.
  24. I believe I also should do this then, as people within my life overvalue materialistic objects, thus meaning that if I do it maybe others will follow in my path. Which will lead to greater amounts of joy from simply living, rather than purchasing and possessing.
  25. Habit streak Once, again I ran out of time to meditate, as I finished playing games at 11pm. It's seems like I'm far to emotionally attached to playing games. But I managed to do everything else, besides study. So, since I am having these issues I am going to start up building momentum slowly and using resistance breaking techniques in order to prevent myself doing things, that my higher self doesn't approve of. So, for every 1 hour of games played I will do 30 mins of hard determination sitting to truly understand why I act the way I act and hopefully emotionally detach from playing games.
