@Preango I would go with the second option, because as you've said the increased metabolism will help you lose more fat. As well as, a constant fuel to burn throughout your day. however, I'm assuming the people on the Bear Grylls show usually ate meals when they felt hungry, which is something that Leo did in order to simply lose weight, which may lower your rate of metabolism, but ensures your not eating for no reason, or overeating which is something that drastically limits your productivity. So, to conclude I would say stick to the planned meals, but just don't overeat in order to be more 'study and active' like the guys in the video.

@Live Life Liam If I was you I would probably continue with learning. As, the return to learning is very high, and therefore because of this in order to be safe before you hit the road and begin your life purpose try and do some more learning, as there may be some things that you don't yet know that may significantly help you out. So, I would suggest reconfirming what your life purpose is to ensure no years of your life are wasted. But, also take up a course on something that fascinates you, to perhaps challenge your current life purpose. As, you may not know yet, how truly valuable education really is and what it can do for you, although it may seem like a waste of time right now.

Hey guys, Me and my actualising friend wanted to attend some events together in order to allow ourselves to grow into something that is greater than what we currently are, I was thinking of going to events, such as Toastmasters to improve my ability to speak within public in front of crowds, to eliminate my fear of public speaking. I was also thinking of going a pick up community, would this be wise? Thinking about it, I think not. As, even though it may satisfy me momentarily it will result in m ego growing creating greater amounts of suffering for myself and those around me, as I may become addicted to sex or trying to get girls, which may be a distraction from what's important, which also may be psychologically backfiring. Toastmasters I believe is a definite good event to go to, pick on the other hand is something I'm not so sure about. What do you guys think of pick up? And what events do you attend or would like to attend in the foreseeable future? Thanks for your contribution.

@Heba take 100% responsibility and do the work that's required to get there. If that's really your life purpose then you would do what's necessary to get there! Doing what's emotionally difficult is what's good. Don't look for a shortcut or magic pill to get you to become like Leo, e.g. a free certificate. You need to get up and do what's emotionally difficult to get an amazing certificate to remain fulfilled.

@eazy-esnoopdogg187 There is no need to start your life from the very beginning, you can do that now. You know what to do! (it's what's emotional difficult in that situation) JUST DO IT!

Hey guys, I recently realised that a lot of seemingly enlightened individuals are religious, as they are mainly Hindu. But, I thought that enlightened individuals realise, that there is no god, as everything is god? Why are enlightened individuals enlightened, I thought becoming enlightened shatters all your beliefs as you realise reality for what it is and realise what god really is. So guys, what do you think?

@Happiness It's usually is known to 'spray tasks to the wall of your mind' until they are done. Because of this you're 50% more likely to get your task done, depending on your attitude. Additionally, if you write a journal you can take 100% responsibility for anything that doesn't go the way you wanted it to, as you can track down your potential faults. Moreover, if you write an online journal the likelihood of someone providing you with valuable insights is high, so try that out and see how it goes for you. Good luck

Hi guys, I heard from Leo's video that socialising is an addiction, however I took the test and I'm not actually addicted, however I have realised that I have a lot of bad habits, such as gossiping or criticising. How do I have a healthy conversation that doesn't stroke my ego, or that doesn't psychologically affect me badly.

Hi guys, it's my relaxation day, and I wanted to watch some films about enlightenment or documentaries, can you inform me of some good ones? That can accurately portray enlightenment for what it is and expand my knowledge of it. Whilst allowing me to simultaneously enjoy the movie/documentary, due to its fascinating aspects? P.S. I've already seen the marathon monks of mount hiei.

Hi guys, there are some people in my life that I spend a vast amount of time with on a daily basis, I thought they were nice people until I began doing actualised work and realised how amazingly toxic, neurotic, abusive and close minded they are with amazingly large egos and poor motivations in life e.g. money and sex. I was wondering what I should do as I spend an hour with them every day on a daily basis, I don't enjoy being around these people anymore, they constantly insult me and grow their egos. I was thinking of cutting them out of my life, as life is too short to be surrounded by neurotic, low consciousness, egotistical individuals. And there is no reasoning with them, I have already told them what happens when you cross the boundaries. As, they constantly have negative thoughts, and judge my life purpose by laughing at it and making a joke out of it. What would you do in this situation?
