@Stoica Doru Similarly to you, I also was addicted to Facebook. However, the solution to this is simple meditate daily in order to increase your awareness and you will simply realise how stupid Facebook truly is and even if the opportunity is right in front of you I doubt you will spend your time scrolling through the home page, due to the fact that meditation increases your awareness. Additionally, try focus on your life purpose daily, as you will realise you have a significant task to accomplish by the end of your life, if you don't then buy the life purpose course and create one for yourself. Enjoy life Stoica!

@Shane Roberts The first most important rule is to be satisfied with what you are. Once that is fully done, then you can try, but if you truly don't care then you won't. But don't discourage yourself from trying, but don't take your failure to heart either, use them as learning experiences.

From here on I'm going to make a 100% commitment to stop browsing the internet endlessly or doing tasks on the internet which aren't meaningful, such as Facebook, TwitchTv or Youtube for anything other than actualisation work and school work. I'm sick and tired of wasting time, and this ends now.
-
@Afonso I have multiple note taking books. One of which is for Actualized notes, application of actualized principles, and a daily journal.
-
@Elahe Don't worry, this happens to many of the people trying to grow and self-Actualise. Just try and go out and socialise with more people and go to more events, such as a local Toastmasters, or a socialising club. The population of Earth is 7 billion people, if you haven't met at least 100,000 people and tried to see if their aims and objectives resonate with you, there is no real need to get worried. As, for your family you could potentially try to also get them into actualised work in order to develop a more healthy family relationship. Chill out and enjoy life!

Habit Streak from the 10th of December 2016 Meditated for 10 mins 2 movements. Inspired myself. Did any remaining h/w, however I didn't finish all of it. Objectives to meet by the end of today (11th December 2016) Meditate for 30 mins, no movements. * Inspire myself. * Do any remaining h/w. * Organise my files.* Get ready for school. Plan for tomorrow. Watch the new Actualized. org video

@General 2 Try out meditation, watch more advanced Actualized videos. Which will lead you to realise, that you don't have to be emotionally reliant on anyone, as long as you meditate and have a few good friends to hang out with after work, you're happy. Stop trying to gain the approval of others, and just enjoy your life purpose. If the people are toxic however, I would consider relocating or finding a job elsewhere or maybe even, starting up my own business, because of the perks of being my own boss. Good luck!

Thanks for your help guys, but I think I've figured out the solution to my problem, myself.

Hey guys, I write a journal entry every day, however on some days I forget to do some of my habits, e.g. if it's a day off I only attempt to meditate. Does this mean that my other habits are broken, and have to be started again from day 1 or should I continue from where I left off? Because, it seems to me as if I have to begin from the beginning for habits that have be broken. Which will never allow me to actually complete my 90 days of creating solid, strong habits. What do you guys suggest?
-
@Alex4 That's what I'm saying. I can't otherwise the body and muscles will get worn out and maybe tear. This is why I'm thinking that habits that I don't do every still count right? Because, I've done them previously.
-
@Preango Loopholes are just excuses, figure out when the ego is manipulating you and stand up to it and say NO I'M THE ONE IN CONTROL! Meditation helps with this as your awareness rises, the more you meditate. However, the results created aren't proportional to the amount of meditation you've done. So, it may take you a while to raise your awareness. Also, watch his video on procrastination. Stop wasting time, and 'JUST DO IT!' (shia labeouf)
-
@QandC I know I've failed, but what I'm saying is that some habits are impossible to do every single day e.g. going to the gym. Does this mean I should continue from where I left off or start again?
-
Going to reword this I just realised, so far I've been making my Diary super complex, and overcomplicating it. So, from now on I'm going to add more detail to my journal entries, in order to make them more specific and less confusing for you guys, as well as for myself.

Please make a video on how to stop playing video games, it had become a problem for many students, such as myself as to why I should eliminate these games, even though they are addictions they are fun and stimulating, similar to TV; please give your advice to many young students such as myself and make a great impact!
