  1. I also have some briant insights in my book that can open so many peoples' eyes and possibly change their lives. I am very prolific.
  2. The problem is that I am pretty well above average on both of my projects. But I am not the best of the best. As for as golf goes, I would not be fulfilling my life purpose very well by trying to play professionaly, but maybe that is a way to get my name out there after all, golf is a world wide sport and if I become amazing at it, people may want to listen to me. The novel suits me best, but some peoples' adversity top mine and they are just a lot better at writing and they understand marketing. I just don't know what I am capable of.
  3. So, I read Leo's thoughts on college and I was thinking that I still should go because psychology and marketing, which are my majors provide useful information. I am 10 grand in debt and I may get a full ride scholorship by this fall, so college may only cost me 15 grand for a bachelor's degree or 20 at most. Plus, to go into a field of the work force that requires psychology requires you to get a degree. I may become a researcher psychologist or a therapist. I am just not quite sure. Also, I am the kind of person who has self discipline, but If the college route will work better in my case and then I will go this route. Also, in a lot of subjects I do need the help from proffesors or tutors. But then again it is possible for me to learn all this stuff on my own, but they want a certificate in a lot of job markets, which means nothing in a lot of cases. What are your guys thoughts?
  4. Any other thoughts?
  5. Yeah, I am almost guaranteed a full ride too, due to so many scholorships I applied for.
  6. I have a hard time distinguishing when I like a women more than a friend. I make friends with wemon, but I am not sure if I like them, I never really have been. What sets them apart? Also, I am not a fan of pick up, I suck at pick up, but I also want to get know the person before I decide I like them, otherwise, I have nothing to go on but looks. I fear being friendzoned if I take to long to determine or even being friends zoned right off the bat permanently. I have heard it has to do with the frequency of interaction and the quality for attraction, but also you just being authentic and of course it is based on the personality match. So is it the case that friends are really not much different than relationships, just the attraction and the right timing to start the relationship? This means that I can be friends with a crazy amount of people and the only difference is that relationships involve more interactions, time spent, attraction, completely opening up and sex.
  7. It does not always take a year, depending how much they choose to open up it can take as little as three months, at least that is what I did with my last girlfriend.
  8. Not everyone plays the game. We have 8 billion people in this world.
  9. Also, I do take action anyway. Yes, I rubricized a group of people, but it is actually true most of the time. Men and wemon go off of first impressions and most of the time they realationships never work out, it is a stupid game. I simply don't want to play it and I would think that being friends with a girl for a year or so would give me a great idea if I really want to be with them and it would demonstrate that they are mature from my perspective.
  10. @STC No, I disagree, this is just my way of thinking, I tend to swap perspectives in the middle of a thought, really, I am giving myself a wholistic perspective on the situation, but I can see how you see ego distortion. We are both right from certain perspectives. I still plan to take action, I just don't think I will be really enthusatic about the process.
  11. I almost don't even want to play the game because it is so nuanced and triky. I find I have already turned myself into a man without a realtionship.
  12. Wait, so you are saying as long as you are an authentic man you can attract the girl you want at any time? That sounds accurate if that is what you are saying. In that case I am good, no worries.
  13. But it has nothing to do with being a man, I just don't fall for anyone right away because it is a journey to get to know another person. This is more wise in my opinion.
  14. That also means that if I am in a relationship with a women she can fall for a guy that is just as good as myself or likes as much as myself, well, no one is better than anyone else, so should I even be jelious if this ever happened.
  15. Well, that is fucked up, wemon need to be more open minded and not stuck in their beliefs.
  16. That is a lot of perspectives.
  17. So, what are you asking?
  18. I am currently not in college. I transferred my scholarship funds to a university in the state of Oregon and I am waiting to attend college in the fall and I am soft more in college. I am working as a direct care provider for mentally and physically handicapped people. I know this is a great intro into a job as a counselor, but do you guys have any other recommendations for jobs that would dovetail into my current goal of becoming a counselor? Or maybe any suggestions on how to make sure this is the right career path for me?
  19. My job as a counselor would align with my higher values and my life purpose. I just like to make sure I am on the right path. My life purpose is to inspire others to be the best possible version of themselves. I feel I can do this best through my understanding of people.
  20. I have always had trouble focusing. I have ADD so bad that it effects my work and acedimic performance. I do everything to improve my focus, such as eat healthy( no sugar), sleep well (8 hours a night), exersize, meditate, take vitamin B and D, and I take fish oil. How do I get rid of it permantly?
  21. At least new information that does not interest me. My struggle makes reading very difficult because I have to read a sentence at least four times before understanding the sentence.
  22. Yes, changing my habits did, but it is still bad. When I say trouble focusing I mean unable to retain new information the first time it is presented.
  23. I have been doing most of these habits for 9 months. I just started taking vitiams and started eliminating all my sugar in my diet the past 3 months. However, I was still eating fairly healthy before I got really specific.
