Well, you have the process external to the person committing the action correct. But the mindset itself is what helps a person grow in strategy and tactic. you rightly said, "Destruction is not obliteration but the unveiling of a new form" but I is only another assembly or arrangement of the matter used. Building necessitates destruction to reveal it's new form and to even arrange the matter as a new form. But the state of mind during destruction would be building. People know too much of a destructive mindset during the act of destruction but they do not often have a mind set to build during an action primarily considered to be destructive. For instance, when tearing down forests they do so to build. The honorable thing about planting new trees is that they considered both construction and destruction during their actions. This is what causes a better environment for the most recent generation. If applied in other areas, it can effectively teach principles for everyday life towards world peace. The state of mind during destruction should be construction and how to construct what the destruction will reveal. The state of mind during construction should be destruction and how to destroy something into what the result will be. What this does is focuses on somethings antithesis so that, during the thesis, neither get out of control. It keeps the balance. By having a constructive mindset during destruction (such as a fight), one can have humane wits about themselves and strategically break rather than by sheer luck or the usual approach to destruction which is to simply create chaos because chaos takes everything down. By having a destructive mindset during construction, the goal is focused on defense and it will be harder for things to get in your way. The humaneness of wit is more soso revealed externally because the result is order (because you would be building). by the state of mind being to build during the process of construction, you may not focus on how to take down obstacles more than you consider avoiding them. But the antithesis of that mindset may also remove barriers unuseful to humanity because they will not be partial while building. Their mindset is to destroy while constructing (which is humane and fun if done with wisdom) and to construct while destroying (as stated)

I was watching this spongebob episode where spongebob broke a piece of stone once and the result was an actual statue (or monument). So I considered an actual scenario and felt that to build, there must be a scarring or destruction which must be considered so that even the condition of the wood and the exterior of the nail is considered as precious upon the strike of the hammer. It's like an increase in compassion. I also considered how to break something and that the result was always yet another form. So I felt a person should also consider the form which was to become of the pieces leftover (such as to paralyze an enemy but not to leave him without a way out). This I likened to discipline.

Maybe the update will suffice.

for instance, the state of mind someone has when they break something is merely the act of destruction. But destruction can be an intellectual construction into rubble rather than whole mindless destruction itself. Rather than chaos, order which results in more order. Just as when you see pointilism up close and it looks disorderly and chaotic, but when you back up it is actually order. Another example is of breaking into structure. Regardless of how you build, you must break to accomplish it; and in order to build something must go and something must develop. In order to arise from the dirt, a flower must pierce the soil. Most animals mate by piercing the skin of the female (destruction amid construction). There is beginning and end as one. So the method is to treat destruction and construction as an equal so as not to be inefficient and totally ruthless. It's almost like discipline differing from abuse. With discipline, it is like sharpening a sword. The result is meant to benefit. Like how martial artists do not often kill but instead use non lethal self-defense to preserve life but teach a lesson. I think this method is very useful for world peace. Let what you built be built by destruction so as to give birth to form, and what you destroy be destroyed by construction which results in multiple abstract yet useful forms. I'll add this to the information above.

I'm not sure if this would work with porn but it helped with other things. Simply stop using so much imagination and acting as though the sensations you feel are the real thing you see. Stop imagining as though something is what it isn't and pay attention to the facts.

It's not that a utopia would be pointless. Its that most people are addicted to pain and pleasure. If they are at a point where they are only sufficiently provided for but there is not an abundance of pleasure to run to, they choose to run to pain because that is the next greatest extreme. Its hard for people to simply be content with what is enough without searching for abundance in one form or another. But much pleasure becomes so addictive that it is like an itch that is only fed a little ease with each scratch because it is like a bottomless stomach that is hungrier than it will ever be full. It is like a fire that screams for more but it cannot be sufficed, and to be treated is suffering as is to be without. One piece of the method I constructed is found by an old chinese philosopher. I used it in my formula to find a way to stay balanced but to still have an abundance without "eating" (for lack of better words) it all up. Happiness is the absence of the striving for happiness. --Chuang Tzu So the first step is to not seek happiness. The second step is to avoid pain (if you can), and also not to cause it (if you can). Now, those concern the body. However, psychological "pain" and "pleasure" are similar but different. You should not seek happiness yet avoid stress (if you can). Remember, if you cannot control something, decide how best to respond. Now, the problem with people's minds is that they think too much of the mind as a separate being then themselves (because it seems to operate apart from them). But, for every thought, remember the words of aristotle, "It is the mark of an educated mind to be able to entertain a thought without accepting it." To be wronged has no meaning unless you fiddle with it as you remember it. In fact, it need not even be remembered. In the survival of the fittest, making an enemy is just another prediction of a sleepless night. It benefits a person to make amends and form an alliance so that world peace is that much closer. The problem is that people are too keen to trust their animal instincts. You know how when someone smiles and you can almost see the happiness on their face? Like literally see it? That is actually a animal instinct in the form of a hallucination to help you know what probable situations what you see is associated with. So that does not mean that the person is in fact happy (they could as easily be sad while smiling). Those animal instincts where psychological (internal) matters seem to be embodied by physical (external) matters only tell you probabilities. So when people see what looks to be an angry person just because they have an expressionless face, they may react in an actually angry matter. But that is because they did not treat their animal instincts as on a probably accurate explanation. But, in fact, when the person "hallucinated" an angry person, they should know that it was a hallucination because they knew the anger so well. They knew the personality that would have it, the physical sensations that follow it... all because it was happening within themselves. When you see something, your mind digs through memory (like a pokedex haha) to find what is associated with it so that it can find whether it is beneficial or able to cause you loss and/or damage. The way to get past this is to discern. To treat your senses as never completely trustworthy. Do not even treat your emotion as completely trustworthy. Even computers make mistakes. That is why when you see someone handsome they don't turn out to be the personality you expected when your mind associated specific personality traits to be with their appearance and sound. Treat the intellect as trustworthy according to what you know to be true.No assumptions or decisions made on strong but deceptive emotion. So the first step is to not seek happiness. This is easy because it is non-action. You need not tense and need not relax. Just go about the task at hand without seeking happiness. The problem with this task is that suffering will come about, but it only seems relevant and your excuse for wallowing in it will never be worthy. Suffering is only a temptation for you to search for happiness. Suffering is often on the tip of your tongue only to waken into complete existence once you speak it, and that by wallowing in it willingly. Be utterly intellectual toward your own suffering and do not subside into the uneducated lies of strong but deceptive emotions. How strong you feel doesn't justify your motivation. The next step is to avoid stress. As for the body, avoid pain and do not seek pleasure. This includes stretching for the sake of pleasure and eating when you are not hungry. Eat only when you are hungry and not until you cannot eat more. Drink only when you are thirsty and not until you cannot drink more. You can still have the prescribed amount of water a day without drinking until you cannot any longer.

Happiness is the absence of the striving for happiness. -Zhuangzi Happiness comes when you end the search for it. Suffering is a distraction where you are tempted to think you should search for happiness. Be indifferent towards your own suffering. Suffering does not increase the value of action and tactic, it is how things slow down and die. The cause of most suffering is actually desire. This desire I speak of is the same desire which motivates people to search for happiness. They consider happiness in a specific size and shape and form, but no joy is identical. Be content with your joy regardless of how you rate it. Anyone have feedback?

I tried to find a way to end the search for happiness and to prevent myself from being tempted to search for it. What I found is that it is not good to seek pleasure but it is okay to avoid pain. But the problem people often have is being content with just enough and not seeking an abundance. So I found that it is not wise to wait until you feel an emotional charge to do something. Emotions are often at extremes so that people either get the pain they are addicted to or the pleasure they desire. So I found myself doing the same thing I do with my body (avoiding pain/not seeking pleasure) with my mind. I do not seek happiness but I avoid stress.

I'm not sure if you wrote that thinking people would understand what sort of tone of voice you intended. But that's only text. You need to think smarter and act wiser. If you are going to comment any more, make it appropriate. not that I mind you saying "masturbation" but so that anyone who does and has a weak conscious will not see your comment and look away. That's selfish.

To be wronged is nothing unless you remember it and exaggerate. Forgetting is a method of forgiveness. I understand that you have no clue what you are talking about because you seem to think you know me based on simply visual text. Neither will I interrupt your illusion in which you think I care about whether you acknowledge my level of skill and knack for the human condition. But, if you wish to post another comment, remember that a wise man learns more from a fool's actions then a fool learns from a wise man. It would be like you blindfolded and deprived of all your senses whereas I wallow in information that will benefit my life. Whether or not you acknowledge that I have my wits about me doesn't change the fact that my life is pleasant enough that I don't need to behave unseemingly to get an irrelevant point across. When I comment, I make sure I contribute to a cause that will benefit people not just now, but in the long run. But your words will be forgotten because a lugh is only for a moment. From the manner you wrote, I can tell just a little about what sort of mind would consider something so irrelevant to be worthy. As a matter of fact, to increase my wisdom in my studies of evil, maybe I can click on your name and figure you out. Usually the bad eggs are simpletons. After all, in the survival of the fittest, it is more beneficial to make friends than enemies. If you make enemies you will have to be on your toes more often. You aren't thinking smart or in a manner which will benefit you when you are old and defenseless.

Notice how some people often assume to see the worth of something. Here is a story from "Chuang Tzu - (Taoism)". Chuang Tzu put on cotton clothes with patches in them, and arranging his girdle and tying on his shoes, (i.e. to keep them from falling off), went to see the prince of Wei. "How miserable you look, Sir!" Cried the prince. "It is poverty, not misery", replied Chuang Tzu. "A man who has TAO cannot be miserable. Ragged clothes and old boots make poverty, not misery". Now, the same can be said of solitude and loneliness. Sometimes, people base their points of view on they would react to something rather than what it truly is. In fact, solitude isn't necessary for loneliness. Also, many things are desired only because someone would (even because of a wrong perspective of it) not mind being in the shoes of it; that and/or because it reminds them of themselves. Yet many things are judged as useless only because they are not desired. Many things are hated only because they are not desired. I think people should stop basing points of view on their emotional reaction to them and what things have to do with themselves (quite narcissistic) and regard things for what they are in actuality. Instead of classifying something as what it is associated with, to classify it based on its actual attributes. This allows poverty to be simply poverty and misery to be simply misery.

Bruce Lee actually talked about how habits and traditions, after too much practice, become poisonous after they are repeatedly practiced as though dogma. Bruce Lee said that a person begins to become the embodiment of their tradition, no longer practicing it merely for its use. The secret is that people are so quick to try and find the one fix that will fix everything that they do not any longer know how to assess things as they happen and are coming at them. The truth is that free will is being reduced to how many techniques you know. People no longer get up and get the job done. People go to seminars and the like for motivational speeches which hype them up on deceptive but strong emotions. They think the strength of their emotions and level of deception their opinions grant are enough to call them effective. But when the cheap skate who gets down from the stage after the "motivational speech" has finally stepped down and they no longer feel the emotional high they wasted by listening to the man is gone, they can't find out why they are still losers. People are so stupid, they think they have to have an emotional reaction to accomplish something; they choose emotion, which almost always exaggerates about the subject experienced, to be their motivation. But I say that people should not wait until they desire to do something before they do it. They should recognize the so-called "chaos" in their life for what it is. Chaos is like pointillism which forms a picture from a magazine. When you are close to it, it doesn't make sense. But when you are at a distance with insufficient vision, order appears. Order is often mistaken for chaos. So when someone does come their way to tell them whats up, they refuse to change their perspectives and their opinions keep them looking at in undesirably. They mistake chaos for chaos. They say, thoughts race out of control because they were never meant to control. They say, people act out of line, but we should tell them free will doesn't exist in the first place. The truth is this, Happiness is the absence of the striving for happiness. The cause of most suffering is actually desire. Why else would someone stay still as they stab themselves moping about the past, wasting desire to the avail they could be actually making a change. To be indifferent to your excuses for being sad, angry, and depressed no matter how important it says itself is as it thrusts itself at you, as though its assault were only right. Anger, sadness, and depression doesn't get the job done. Worry decreases progress in valuable change. When you attempt to stop searching for happiness, mixed emotions will come your way but that is only suffering. Suffering is a distraction where you are tempted to think you should search for happiness. But be indifferent towards it and other fake motivations as if it were that fake guru who talks a big game but doesn't make a positive difference. So the real search (or action rather) is actually to be unconditionally content but to stop searching for happiness and to be indifferent towards stupid emotions regardless of the excuse.

Be indifferent to your own selfishness and still accomplish what is unselfish. Then bring what you did outwardly which was non-selfish in the form of knowledge and learn to love the result more than you loved only treating yourself. Do not forget to tend to yourself, but find ways you can contribute to others at the same time. For me, when i study the human condition I study myself and find that which will apply to everyone, so that all can benefit from my studies.

There is ignorance and then there is indifference. If it is sudden courage you desire, simply do not wait until you desire to do something before you do it. Most people put things off simply because they don't feel enough emotion toward something. The truth is, emotions are a horrible compass and they often exaggerate about things. Emotion is like a melody which can be interpreted in many seemingly accurate ways whereas thought is like lyrucs which come clear out with their message. People need to stop acting like women who can't find the right man because nothing keeps them emotionally high. Just like a motivational speech by some crook who gets people hyped on emotion by useless strong words and when the speech is over and the emotion subsides they can't figure out why they are still losers. Ignorance may help you find some way to ignore danger. But if you are indifferent, you can still act yet ignore even your own pain and emotional urges. Even if you are not indifferent and you simply feel no extreme level of emotion relevantly in particular, simply do what is necessary. An old chinese philosopher once said that the search for happiness is unhappiness. To stop searching for happiness is happiness. But the key is to be content; and to be content with what you are how you are what you are, that is without cost. It is free. So the best ignorance is to be indifferent and still accomplish what is right. In fact, you can skip the massive self evaluation when you feel the negative emotions by reminding yourself that you will never have a reason to be angry or sad because those emotions are not strategical and they do not help you cause change in something desired. That is a waste of desire which you should closely observe yourself during. The cause of most suffering is actually desire.
-
Let yourself be distracted by one sense at a time until you are slowly concentrated on all of them. Do not resist one of the five senses. Do not focus so much on one that your focus is not evenly distributed unless you are slowly working toward applying that amount of fixation on all of them.
-
Sometimes you can't wait until you desire to do something before you do it. You can't rely on extreme emotions to tell you when the time is right simply because you feel motivated. Sometimes, emotion gives bad advice. You should contemplate what moves to make intellectually rather than with the entrancing music of emotion. You'll see things clearer and likely not as interesting as you thought they would be, but your perception will be better. Thought is like understandable lyrics whereas emotion sometimes seems hard to interpret like the melody. Sharpen your endurance and take the intellectual route. For every hardship that comes your way, find out how to get past it; afterwards, find out how to put to shame the method you used to get past it. Then, find a way to get past that hindrance which is a hindrance to the first approach. YOu will increase in wisdom and tactic and will more confidently assess situations under pressure. Maybe even the pressures of socialization.

subconscious movement is simply really quickly made conscious movements. There's actually a study people did where people made mistakes and, after going into defense mode, they imagined they had not made a mistake. They quit literally forgot they had even done what they had done wrong. It's the reason some people don't make much progress in life.

When trying to be rid of a specific thought, the key is not to resist or engage in them. To resist would be like you pulling away from yourself, because that thing you disown is of you; you would be like a kingdom divided against itself. That would be like pulling your own arm off; your body would follow it unless you caused damage. Also, to engage in unwanted thoughts would only expand upon them. The answer is actually non-action and to step back to the point of observation (still not resisting or engaging in them) and watch it as it deludes if it does not leave immediately. By non-action, you induce a sort of indifference (which you should side with and become neither "against" or "for" the unwanted thought), and by indifference you direct your focus to bigger things. The real dangers are things external to your internal self. Do not treat the internal "you" as the enemy. YOu would then begin a struggle consisting of pointless suspicion and, once again, be a kingdom divided against itself (which will fall if you continue). Be neither for (if you cannot stop thinking about something you like) or against them. Do not resist or engage in them. Be indifferent and of non-action. This method I have created is useful to redirect your focus, you know, get your mind off of things. If you give the information a twist and consider the terms' polar opposites, you can find out how to encourage thoughts. I recommend using thought and the mind itself for nothing other than strategy, tactic, and action. Conceptual view, opinions, and bias based on futile traditions and emotionally charged fake justification is useless.

In a way the mind is invisible, so why would people struggle to fully embody it with gestures and actions? Its like they are setting themselves up. So just like a telegraph (a movement that lets an opponent know what you intend to do so that they may intercept) it is necessary not to fully solidify that link between your mind and body, others may climb it into your mind and fool you. Be like water. Let it be there, but only for sufficient use. Too much is the same as too little inasmuch as neither is efficient.- 13 replies

In fact, the whole universe is linked with logic. Let me give you more to think about. Reproduction and planting are similar. The man plants the seed into the woman, who is the earth. The result is "the fruit of the womb", which is a biblical saying. Basically, the universe operates off of logic because truth itself is logic. But how many people look so far for absolute truth? The truth is that, just as comparisons link things together by something specific, any wisdom in the universe can be found simply by observing the relationship between two things and finding what is always consistent between them. Nothing illogical has ever happened. Therefore only logic is the proper foundation for building, existence, or life itself. This is why the bible says that the messiah is the firstborn of creation etc. Not many know what I know but I do know an old verse that says that a proper foundation is rock. So I thought about rock which is solid, a solid being consistent in nature. Truth itself is consistent. So whenever I observe people, I listen not only to their voices, but their body-language, and also the emotions I seem to sense or acknowledge as my own. I am convinced that most people are creatures of habit and that, if you know which gestures they are influenced by or are trending in their lives, you can read their mind by inference. This is why I wrote this: "Do not attempt to express your emotions exactly how you feel they would sound, look, or feel in communication or for the sake of action. How you choose your actions is the link into your mind. Do not allow an opponent to almost perfectly empathize with you. Consider this tactic even with who you label friends. Do not commit action for the sake of action. Do nothing that is of no use." -Gabriel David Gomez Most people are addicted to accurately expressing themselves when even being a tad bit off will still get their point across. So I tell people that being obvious is key in communication, but being a little hidden protects your weaknesses and also makes people think that the extent of your persoanlity never ends.- 13 replies

So ultimately the man with an orderly mind can find the order amidst the chaos and figure the rest. That can be done by finding even everyday scenarios it is similar to, knowing what best solved the problem or lead something to your advantage even in the long run. The similarities example is something I devised and probably redicovered because I was so curious as to why any stance was called, "crouching tiger" and then I realized.- 13 replies

True. One thing that Bruce Lee said, "The best sparring partner, though, is a quick, strong man who does not know anything; a madman who goes all out, scratching, grabbing, grappling, punching, kicking, and so on." and, "Yes, at times a clumsy fellow will mess up a better man because his awkwardness serves as a sort of broken rhythm." The thing about a other than orderly combatant is that there is no such thing as disorder. Disorder is only like pointillism zoomed in on and from a distance i looks like an orderly picture. I use comparisons like that to understand my opponent. If you can see a man going rogue and disorderly up close you find that he is oddly arranged. But to step back is to find him in simplicity. You can notice a pattern amongst what is recurring and strike when that patterns seems to repeat. The thing about something unpredictable is that it only seems to be both disorderly and orderly. It is just like the example of pointillism. Simply step back and notice a pattern and be careful that, once you strike the pattern, that the "smaller pieces" it becomes do not wrap around you.- 13 replies

Beam, your profile picture looks like the older version of an old acquaintance of mine. anyways, after your mind becomes aware of an idea for action, do not first look or act in the direction or manner of your idea's description. after an idea, the immediate physical action should be to search for obstructions to your action. This way your eyes and telegraph will not alert your opponent; because your idea began in your mind and did not directly go to your body your movement will be unpredictable. Aim to reduce your telegraph while applying this and you will be very unpredictable. Remember, do not physically carry out an action immediately after the idea to commit it; the immediate physical action is to find an obstruction (whether mobile or immobile).- 13 replies

The more you don't share your success with someone, the more problems you run into. Now, if you find out how to solve those problems, your success is increased. Yet, no one said that the problems you run into will be easy to overcome and develop a method for. This is why people who find something major sometimes die before they can release their findings... the last problem is one they couldn't overcome themselves. Perhaps the help of others would have helped them in their independent studies. One cannot assume but consider an inference about betrayal and/or loyalty to be only a probable outcome. Assumptions are not fact. Sometimes people need to understand that you need not risk anything to accomplish something. It is a matter of development based on a wise an effective method. This is why the wisdom of the ancient who wrote a verse in the bible said something along the lines of, "... he who embarks on a journey for wisdom without a wise teacher is foolish..." I said "along the lines of because I'm sure that isn't the exact text.
