  1. I don't think it will neccesarily fall on deaf ears. For some people it might click big time without them knowing why exactly. And one of those people might do wonderful things on a global level, you never know. Shinzen Young was recently on Aubrey Marcus podcast who is a good friend of Rogan. And Rogan have discussed having Shinzen on. I think it is great seeing these people potentially get new audiences.
  2. Is there an essential Katie book you recommend? I haven't gotten around to her work yet
  3. Yes. Energy is no joke and I haven't even done 5-meo-dmt. Awhile ago you mentioned you felt electricity entering your fingertips. I had this happen to me on an aya ceremony. I literally could not make a fist and my hands were raised to the sky. Just trying to surrender completely. It was the first time I KNEW divinity was real.
  4. @Leo Gura In a lecture Martin did he says from 2009-2016 he did 3-5 sessions a week. That's a lot. 33:30
  5. It's good when you are starting it out since the voice will remind you to start focusing again. Just pick up a good one. Spira's meditations on youtube are also great. Though they are not mindfulness.
  6. @winterknight Thanks for the video. It's cool to have someone who has done the work like you have on the forum. I appreciate that. So thank you.
  7. @John West I'd say if you find KP1 soothing and that it resonates, keep doing it. It will deepen for sure, and then try KP2 again after some months. Or try Santatas KP and see if you like it. Because if you keep doing something that you find it difficult and not peaceful it is likely you will lose interest and motivation. My 2 cents.
  8. I'm not denying I could be wrong. But she can state things all she wants but where is the evidence for any of this? Have you seen her videos with Mooji? I have seen her on 2 occasions on Mooji satsangs being really emotionally unstable. And yeah, calling her crazy was inconsiderate of me. She was clearly awestruck and dependant on Mooji it seemed like though, feeling rejected by him and made a fuzz about it. This video was on her youtube channel but I see she has taken it down. Imo she clearly could have gotten mad at Mooji again and wanted him destroyed. Emotions are strong shit. No why would I say that about women who have come out being raped? That is just a silly question from you. Tanya White wasn't even accusing of rape. I am talking about this case. Hell, I am not even saying fishy things aren't going on there at the ashram. But from what I gathered I am not impressed at all with they "have" on him.
  9. Tanya White is batshit fucking crazy. Yes it is confirmed she was a follower. There are also videos of her being irritated at Mooji because she didn't feel acknowledged by him. There are other videos of her clearly being an emotional mess. So wow, how shocking she would eventually turn on him. Almost as shocking as Sheila (was that her name?) turning on Osho. I mean who saw that coming?! It is seriously scary how easy it is to use sexual misconduct allegations to attack someone. You don't even need to be a good writer or come from a credible source. People will eat it all up anyway.
  10. @John Iverson I came in contact with rapé tobacco when I started doing ayahuasca and san pedro ceremonies. It's a tobacco (mixed with ashes from various plants) they make into a powder that you shoot up the nose. It is from the Amazon, that have been used as a sacrament and healing medicine for thousands of years by tribes. It can be amazing for blockages and working with the spine.
  11. Well pressure on the head seems to be common. I had a pressure/blockage for 2 years in my head when I started my meditation practice. Now it I can be centered in the third eye throughout the day with no pressure (there can be slight pressure still sometimes, but it has significantly become less and continues to get deeper), just a delightful presence. So don't worry about it, it's a good thing (was for me). Rapé tobacco can speed up this process. You can literally feel it go up to your third eye and starts working on blockages. Highly recommended.
  12. You gotta admit that truth is pretty cool though
  13. Yeah of course. If intense suffering would lead to awakening you'd have Eckhart Tolle cases popping up all over the place. His case was rare. You need a spiritual base to begin accept and know why suffering occurs, and even then it can be very hard at times to accept, when it really hits you hard.
  14. So why are you here? And I don't mean this in a rude way. Are you here to warn people about Leo, is this why you signed up? Because this is his forum after all, so something must have drawn you here and from what I gathered (and I might be wrong) you don't seem like someone who came here because they were helped or motivated by his work.
  15. We all stray from the path of the lord sometimes
  16. I am probably better off weed, I am not denying that. But I am happy with my progress and curve. A year ago I smoked before work and directly after I got home and halted my practices during the cycles I was on. So things have improved and will continue to improve.
