  1. In that shopping video, Leo lists the top five problems as: wheat, dairy, corn, soy and artificial ingredients. And yet, he missed the most dangerous food of all: fast food. Fried chicken, fries and cheeseburgers are the cause of most obesity in the world. And yet, according to Dr Leo, if you stop eating wheat and sugar, gaining weight will be very hard. I would suggest that you stick with the advise given by doctors and well known health professionals, for your own very safety.

  3. @MM1988 an addict can’t stop his addiction even though they usually want to. If this guy was enlightened, he didn’t even want to stop drinking. Becoming enlightened makes you care less about the body.
  4. @MM1988 they are not addicted to alcohol. They drink it for fun. They can stop anytime they want. Alchohol addicts can’t.
  5. @Shakazulu have you seen Leo’s blog video?
  6. @robdl we’re not talking about being ‘content’. We’re talking about making the prison cell into paradise. Imagine that!
  7. @egoless This is literally what the people who did ‘The work’ said. But this technique is little known about. If more people knew it, emotional mastery would be a very common thing. Check out Byron Katie’s YouTube channel or website for more info. Also her book ‘Loving What Is’.
  8. It is said that kechari mudra will sky rocket your pranayama and meditation practices. But how long does it take to achieve? I’ve been doing talabya Kriya for three months with little results. Is it necessary for success in yoga?
  9. @MM1988 It’s not dangerous. It’s just breathing! Why do you want to do alternate nostril breathing if you won’t do yoga. It won’t have many benefits. If you’re not going to do yoga, then don’t do it!
  10. I was wondering what it would be like if you were given the chance to be permanently tripping on 5 meo dmt. How significant would that be? Would anymore self-actualisation work need to be done? Is there anyone alive today or ever who has had that ability?
  11. If you want results from meditation, this is the best you can hope for:
  12. @Leo Gura he gave a long explanation why he thinks that book is not good. I don’t know, but it was pretty convincing.
  13. @Leo Gura in the book ‘Kriya yoga exposed’, the author reveals a secret Kriya technique which no Kriya guru has ever mentioned. It will take you straight to Sahaja samadhi. Worthwhile to check out. Also he reviews most of the Kriya gurus and their way of teaching, including the book that you recommend. Unfortunately, he didn’t give that book a very good review. A lot of the techniques in the book you recommended are flat out wrong according to him.
  14. @Leo Gura but isn’t the consciousness level you receive from 5 meo different from that of mushrooms and dmt. Are you saying that those other psychedelics don’t give you an experience of total enlightenment?
  15. @nightrider1435 I mean just retaining the consciousness level you get from it.
  16. @Faceless dissolving the ego is never fun, trust me.
  17. @MM1988 what’s the point in having a written answer to your question. It won’t help you.
  18. @Neo You will be much more productive if you work without worry or negative feelings. You will be more clearer, and your creativity will blossom. And by the way, I meant turning your life to paradise literally. If a prisoner does ‘The work’, he will see ALL of life as a paradise, including the prison cell. It doesn’t mean he won’t try to change it, it means that he will enjoy his life no matter where he his or what is happening to him. It’s a very radical state of consciousness. And it’s possible!
  19. @Joseph Maynor Before becoming a ‘prophet’, Muhammed would often go to this mountain called ‘Hira’. He would usually spend days or weeks there by himself. No one knew what he did there. But suddenly one night he came running back to his wife, shaking of fear and terror, and told her he saw an angel tell him ‘certain things’. When he described ‘Allah’ to his friends and family for the first time, he said things like ‘The one’, ‘eternal’, ‘never began and will never end’. He also did miraculous things that convinced most people that he was a prophet. You know them as ‘siddhis’. He also regularly spoke with ‘the angel’, just like yogananda regularly spoke with ‘the divine mother’ in his samadhi states. It’s not hard to see how this might be related to non duality. I’m not saying he was ‘permanently enlightened’. Just like how Leo gets mystical states from psychedelics and learns from them, he probably received mystical states and communicated them with his friends.
  20. @John Iverson shambhavi mahamudra is a technique inside Kriya yoga. You will get more benefit from it if you do it alongside all the other Kriya yoga techniques.
  21. @Leo Gura why is it only a 3/5 book on your rating. If you said it could change our lives, why not be 5/5.
  22. @rothko I just started my practice as well. When I said it changed my life, I meant my destination instead of my current position. It really saved me decades of being lost in techniques and experiences.
