Art can be created with incredible depth. The type of art that "fucks you in the ass" is not really art but a low consciousness stimulation package. People take it way too lightly. Almost any guy at 30 and on welfare after having read a fantasy book is gonna be like oh yeah nobel prize let's go, while they have absolutely nothing to even concieve what art is. Society is to blame for this, because it throwing the whole "be creative" everywhere so much that it doesn't mean anything. It's absolutely not anyone can access and shouldn't be able to. The depth is the same as enlightement and involves creating pieces to move the world forward from a spiritual stand point. One can only be chose by god for this task, while the ego chooses itself believing in it's false greatness. For instance if you lack the necessary background you may not even be able to read a book the way it was intended because you cannot see the depth in it. Of course there is art that doesn't fuck you in the ass. But it's hard to find and even harder to create. PS: I am a writer and I am a poet are HUGE ego feeding machines - The ego can provide a million of reasons to feel more special and the cancerous uneducated "I'm a poet " community is one of them !

Because words are words - and although they carry the energy you put behind them there is nothing wrong with a self-actualized person speaking. For the enlightened one there is no ego to talk.

I actualy wouldn't recommend meditating with a unnatural noise : it can seem beneficial but it does the work you're supposed to do yourself. One has to drop the tendency of wanting "hacks" in general if one desires real progress.

That reason sounds seriously fake to me If you need to say that you can let go it means that you actually can't let go - because otherwise you would have done it already. Do you want to keep a person you call toxic in your own life ?

Honestly It doesn't seem like an attack : technically if you are telling someone that his ego is full of shit from your perspective it's of course not nice but... It can be done from a place where you want the other person to realize it. Of course done from a place where you wanna be higher or better is problematic and then it is indeed an attack but lack of "political correctness" doesn't mean bad intentions. @Ivansmarks Then focus on achieving whatever is neccessary for you to move out first - because that would improve your life more than any relationship ! Also either way nothing external is really the problem, it's what inside you. Something external cannot ultimately cause a mess inside you if your inners are in check !

@Ivansmarks First of all simply by the way you are writing I can sense that your mind is in a complete mess. Start by doing meditation and cultivate some other positives habits. Your inner space is very important while meeting someone else. Women do not care how many languages you speak, etc, if they don't feel good around you. Feeling good by yourself should be your first concern.

@Huxley I'd argue that if you have force yourself not to buy it not to avoid eating it you are still addicted, because the product still alters your behaviour although in a different way. You are truly free only if it exists, even in your kitchen and there is no desire to consume it.

You actually can't. Your brain is wired that way and otherwise you wouldn't understand what you're saying even. You can learn to read faster by reading more or by having more focus, but the whole I can read books at QUANTUM speed and get everything is a bunch of crap. I can also move my eyes extremely fast but that doesn't even match the 20.000 wps that all those materials promise you, and naturally I don't remember or understand anything. You really gotta give props to the marketing guy's for the whole read faster thing with the whole Napoleon read fast and was successful, also all those celebrities too, you too buy the 1000$ product to learn it and succeed at life !

I don't believe you can really brute force it. It should come naturally. Is it really worth it if it's a constant struggle and you have to use all your willpower everyday to do it ? Also it's recommended to have sex from time to time not to get your prostate inflammed as the other poor guy

It's been an entire month without sugar and I don't miss it anymore. I only eat healthy, almost perfectly healthy. The most not healthy thing I ate was a bit of mayonnaise. Leo's video about awareness being curative helped a lot !

I generaly find people boring and uninteresting (or even sometimes simply retarded) and at my age ( 22) people's interests are mainly drinking, smoking and partying. If they are not interested in those pleasures they are ecological vegan hippies socialists ( My ego finds this hilarious) and I can't relate to them at all. Playing video games with peoples/friends has also been out of the window because I view it as a waste of time for now. While it's the main activity of ...millions of human beings ! Aside from that they may be inner reasons why I massively discard all the people so I'm looking for advice on this matter. Please note that being able to relate to someone doesn't guarantee you will be great friends. Any tips ?

@vizual Thank you very much. I will inquire into that. There is almost nothing I want in a person - it's actually kinda weird - My ego would feel inferior if they were to have too much qualities, but wouldn't talk to them if they were too " bad" . Sigh. @Anna I will think about why I'm judging every little once of every person I meet and then we'll see. I believe things will get better. It does seem like a internal problem overall.
