@onacloudynight @Joel3102 Honestly a high quality partner for which you would for sure need """pick up skills"" is very very worth it and can really help your growth. Plus you get your animal sex side from your system which frees up a lot of time of pointless masturbation and other sexual distractions. Also, It is a good dose of fun and character growth and most definetly will help with willpower and character growth. That being said, I'd first make sure to hammer my life purpose a bit and a solid meditation habit so you are at a good place in your life.

Super Healthy soup - basically an adaptation of Leo's one. Ingredients full cauliflower 3 red bell pepers green beans (the long type) carrots curcuma 2 glasses of olive oil (pure virgin organic of course) white pepper organic vegetal broth (2 cubes) 2 lemon's juice garlic 250 gr or more of red lentils (this does wonders and give the soup that nice silky texture) I'm sure I'll find some other sexy soup variant which includes other spices but I don't have the time to engeneer that right now

@Moreira Taste the absolute. There is "nothing" and there was "nothing" and there will be "nothing". If you reincarnate it's not you who is gonna reincarnate. Imagine you could access your past life, e.g. A marine sergeant during WWII and you remembered that life. Then who would you be ? Would you be like oh I was this guys and then I became this guy ? That would only mean you're neither of them. You most likely will be like oh yeah only my past life but that wasn't me. The ego wants to be eternal and to live forever even if it has to use weird shenanigans to do it.

@Azrael How do you feel about Matt Kahn telling things such as : going for enlightenement directly is like pressing the fast forward button and skiping the journey, and that's why we reincarnate, because we kinda skip the movie. But I tend to believe enlightenement is like the real deal. Like the real life starts after enlightenement. Anything before is simply the tutorial. -
Lynnel replied to Mulky's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Mulky Basically go read peter Ralston but meaning comes after being. Meaning is simply a function of the mind used for self-survival. ANY meaning is conceptual and applied to reality. There is no inherent meaning and the only meaning that is, is the one created by the self in relation to the environment to promote self-survival. -
@aurum I do agree with you. The deal is people generaly avoid the practical work aka going out and actually talking to girls. You have to handle the spiritual and other aspects for amazing results - that's for sure. But newbies tend to choose it over the dirty work because just thinking about it is easier. Yeah it comes down to theory vs practice. But at the start practice always wins. ALWAYS. Theory only masturbates.
-
Honestly, even thinking about it is a huge trap. It's a luxury you should get only after a lot of hours in the field. I remember a LONG time ago @aurum did a magnificent topic on how to bust approach anxiety for @Frogfucius . So dear @Frogfucius mentally masturbated, read tons of advice, and did nothing. I hope he could report whether he got laid or is still integrating some mindfull fear practice or w/e unefficient crap and spiritual progress to get better with dating. It's like in consciousness work : direct experience above all.

@Wyatt Update : so I showed a chunck of my work to a aspiring writter friend of mine and her being quite impressed and giving me additionnal tips made some kind of shift where I got some form of support and was able to relax and enjoy the process more. So there is a small change in the right direction - in the end your suggestion worked out

I've had this life purpose since I was arround 13 - becoming a huge amazing writer and there has always been something keeping me in check and not allowing me to really doing it. I've done the life purpose course and my purpose is inspiring, amazing and feels very authentic. I've written daily for the past 5 months since finishing the course but there is something preventing me from finishing a book and working on it enough so it feels right. I have the motivation and desire to even work 10 hours a day on it easily and I have the inspiration. I've explored my mind for whatever crazy reasons for this massive stainless steel wall of maybe resistance and I haven't found a solution. I tried all those things : 1) Releasing most of my fears, such as rejection, criticism, etc. 2) Inspiring myself trought music 3) baby step and fighting resistance by sedona, with daily habits (which I have a lot of) 4) Contemplating deep reasons for this blocage, what could be the danger for my identity if I ever suceed 5) letting go of perfectionnism 6) Allowing myself to be a writer before actually becoming one and not feel like an impostor while writing before I have published something And many more different things I can't quite remember. I mean I've tried a LOT. I'm getting more and more frustrated with this issue because I would like to finally fucking succeed. I mean I know it's supposed to be hard and harsh but NOT THAT complicated. I know what is effort and effort doesn't feel that way. There is this wall for whatever reasons I can't seem to be able to deconstruct and get arround and finally succeed. ANY action steps are very welcome. I'll be taking psychedelics soon in hope of finding solutions. I'll answer any questions if needed but seriously shoot your ideas because I wanna fix this.

Nah you don't you wouldn't be asking if you knew This is very easy. This may seem like a little thing but it is actually a huge fuck up. It's your role as a "man" to lead, not to ask for permission, to have the social skills, to know when to kiss her, so on and so forth. Here you're just putting HER on the spot by taking the responsibility away from you and putting it on her to initiate something sexual. HENCE : = Did you really tell me I was a slut ? Because only slutty girls will kiss you = social conditionning women are brainwashed with. Then the next mistake is changing her mind : aka logically arguing with her while she is pissed instead of shifting her mood and making her forget about this crap. => She is more and more pissed and just goes away because you're not attractive and you've pissed her off. Go and brainwash yourself with RSD videos until you understand the basic of women psychology, dating, etc. Good luck.

That's just amazing. I'd love to spend time there to just "read" for a bit to understand universe more. Like the whole infinity of knowledge of everything it's freaking amazing. It's the biggest dream of anyone valuing knowledge.

@Wyatt I'll try this out and most likely I have a lot ( even too much) of pressure on me. @Visitor I'm actually more worried about producing art I really like myself and that feels right than outright amazing success. I mean, I wanna live of my life purpose sure, but It doesn't matter much if I make it to the legendary status or whatever. I defined success as giving my gift to the world and being proud of my work, not like earning x money or x fame with it because it's very shallow. @aurum Yeah I've read it and I've been bruteforcing the whole thing a bit but this approach doesn't work. Struggle cannot make you fullfilled. It almost feels like pathological adaptation. a bit of resistance, demons, effort ? Sure. But way too much and you can't enjoy the journey, and what's the point of a journey you cannot enjoy ?

Legendary Akashic records anyone ?

Whenever I'm in a situation which shakes me up to my fundation, such as a break up or the possibility of a break up for instance, I get a very atrocious feeling I can't freaking understand : It is a loop of complete agony, where there is constant suffering and a sort of okay well life is not worth living anymore. I am unable to function normally while feeling that of course and it feels aside from suffering like a full on breakdown and dread. If I was a windows system it would be a complete blue screen/crash without knowing how to reboot. Or rather, stuck at reboot in a "life is pointless" mode. But consciously you wanna go on living but it doesn't reboot. Doing anything makes the sensations worse because I'm resisting them. But there seems to be no solution, no future, just a pointless life and looped suffering. While usually I'm in a pretty good shape, got positive habits, pursuing my life purpose daily, meditating, etc. This shit throws all mypersonnal development out of the window. It's some matter of self-survival that is activated. Hence I'm quite lost about what to do/not do/think about this feeling. It feels like a form of primal agony which has no intellectual solution to. Any advice appreciated.

How do I fix this part here because it seems to be a core problem ? Self-esteem = ego-energy ? Otherwise thank you a lot for your input.

Lol we'll need more science to support this. @Prabhaker Any advice on how to do your asana's not only for the physical aspect but as a more spiritual practice ? -
@Sagatarius Invest in yourself and take care of yourself. Be the most selfish amazing fuck you can be - then you will produce really amazing results and share them with the world and it won't even feel slightly selfish anymore. It's really a win-win situation : you win because you have a life purpose and you're satisfied and the world wins because of your contribution.

I haven't tried any "hard" psychedelic yet - only smoked one puff of weed once and I was wondering what is the best to start. I'm very scared of fucking up the doses, not correctly identifying the substances so any advice/ ressources would be appreciated. I belive I should start with something lighter first to have a positive experience and learn to progressively let go. My intuition is telling me this is the way to go but I need a bit of guidance

Thank you for the feedback guys ! I gave this a good thought and I'm gonna start with a low dose and enjoy it. I've been having LSD like effects - distortion and colors during my normal focused meditation for over 7 months now so most likely I won't be too shocked at first -
@Leo Gura Thank you very much ! I'll do some more deep contemplation on the fear topic, read a bit more and just dive into it !

@nightrider1435My mind was like oh yeah if this goes batshit crazy whatever I'm openminded enough. Courage is my sixth value and doing what you think is right even if it's scary is part of it I'll do some more contemplation ( I already have a steady long term meditation practice) and then dive into it after reading some more. Better safe than sorry. -

@nightrider1435 @OBEler @AlwaysBeNice @outlandish @pluto How do you know your mind is ready for it and it's won't backfire in forms of strange experiences, breakdowns, etc ? Like opening pandora's box and fucking it up. -
How do you know that your mind is ready for a first trip ? My mind is coming up with all sort of fears : seeing weird and scary shit like aliens or demons, having sleep paralysis later on, getting paralysed or hurting the body, etc and the list goes on. While I'm convinced of the value and somehow of the safety of psychedelics I'm unsure whether I should take a just go for it approach.

Anyone else feels like we are getting into a non duality CIVIL war ? If non-duality wars are between different school of spirituality - here we are having an ongoing war about a single one. Feels like a civil war to me. What's next I wonder ? Non duality Axis vs Non duality triple entente ? Non duality capitalistic orange supporters war vs non duality socialist hippies supporters war ? Can't we all just dismiss yourselves to the couch and contemplate instead of having *this* ? Anyway I'm just a common chimp sorry if I'm flooding.
