Binaural beats are a great way to help amplify your ability to self heal, specially on psychedelics. Just browse YouTube for some trauma healing ones. -
Presence would be the minimum. Ironically presence also contains the maximum.

Is'ness is all there is. So, all things are is'ness appearing as something, which can be anything or lack there of that thing. Within this is'ness thought has to exist, for it if did not the is'ness of it could not be. But, at the same time in order to be it must be able to not be. A thinker exists if the is'ness or the "now" choses to think. But, thinking it not a requirement for the is'ness to operate. The idea exists in paradox. You can take the non-dual approach and say there is no thinker or thoughts to be thought of. But, this is only part of the picture and in itself is just duality manifesting itself in a clever way. It fails to take the contextualization of what is appearing. In the moment, the now, the is'ness what is...well is lol. It's real, the most real thing you can experience. But, this moment is both eternal yet impermeant. Meaning, once thought is analyzed within the moment, it is no longer in the moment. It has already dissipated therefore it looks like there is nothing to be pointed at. In this moment though thought "is" expressing itself. It is prior to it's own awareness of thoughts though. Another way to say it is the thought is part of the whole and requires the whole to be itself. The moment you acknowledge it you separate yourself, taking away from the whole. So it's no longer what it once was or should I say the language we use to obverse thoughts is too limited to actualize them post to having a thought. Teeth can not bite themselves. -

There "is" therefore there "is" not as well. -

Either way, it does not matter. Yet there is still a perceived mattering to myself. So, I neither strike it nor let it drink. Rather, I blow it away with my breath that way it doesn't die and I'm no longer getting bit. “It is only when mosquito land on your balls that you realize there is a way to solve problems without using violence.” -

That was very lovely and well said. Thanks for sharing. ❤️ -
I made a post in a thread about a week ago on conscious relationships. I'll just copy/paste it here. But, prior to my current relationship my past ones were pretty normal. I didn't date a lot in my life due to me being shy/insecure at first then being selective to what I thought was right for me at the time. Anyway, here is the post: "Yes, my relationship of four years with my partner is very lovely. I don't believe I can truly put it into words. It's not like some type of magical twin flame story you sometimes hear, though it does have it's moments of magic as most relationships do. But, rather a very calm and understanding relationship where each of our presences promotes the growth of the other. There isn't an "I need you" attachment, but rather a silent agreement where we allow ourselves to "be" when we are together and we let each other "be" when we are not. There was a bit of ego struggles in the beginning, but it's nice to be with someone who is on a similar path to my own or should I say someone who realizes there is no path to be had nor no one to be walking it. It's been a great lesson in stopping the micro-managing of your partners actions that are born in fear that you may lose them for some reason. When two parties hold unconditional faith with each other. The conditions of life itself start to uncondition themselves and the door to mystery creeks open."

In my personal biased experience. The more close to yourself you become, so the more authentic you are, the more overall/universally attractive you become. It is single handedly the most attractive quality a man or woman can convey. The more close to yourself you are the more close to God you get. The more close to God you are the more attractive you become because you will then radiate an essence that is within us all that we all are pursing even if we are unconscious of it. I'd say the Divine Masculine will be a large factor here, but at the same time a man will also start to incorporate the Divine Feminine as well the closer they are to God/themselves. All of this will lead to higher quality relationships. The irony is, even though more people will be attracted to you. Since you know yourself so well not everyone will be a proper partner. So it's not like you are slaying at the game lol. But, eventually the essence of yourself will line up with someone else who has done their work as well. Then a beautiful relationship will bloom out of that. When it comes to non-dual people. I don't believe they are truly looking for a relationship, since they already have their greatest lover (their self/God) with them at all times. But, rather they may naturally fall into someone beautiful unexpectedly and surrender to it's magic.

Well done and have fun on your date.

There is no projection of what I want, because it's not me in the situation. I've stated many possibilities of what the situation could be. I initially said it's most likely a loss to her no matter what. My personal belief is it's not worth trying to figure out the guy, because it's most likely just who the guy is or he isn't interested. But, if she truly wants a more definitive answer then she should engage more. This has nothing to do with me wanting a girl to flirt more with me because it would make me feel good lol. I have no issues determining those that are interested, in me, even without flirting, and a projection of that would be he should know even if she wasn't being direct. Again, what I state is only to find a more definitive answer. The only downside to that is living in a small town so you may see them again. I understand how not so flattering past experiences can make us reluctant to act that way again. But, as previously mentioned being authentic is very important here. If someone was really to judge you in that way they aren't worth the effort anyway. This is good advice. You have nothing to lose, even if you do live in a small town. You will either gain a boyfriend or gain the knowledge it was never meant to be. But, most of all you will gain more confidence in yourself with being yourself for taking the initiative. If you truly don't feel comfortable doing that then you can play the patience game or just opt out of it all. @NahmEverything said by you is great advice as well.

Naw, there is no hint though. She literally said she was mostly being friendly and not flirting at all. That's the main issue here. He could just be a gentleman that doesn't want to jump to any conclusions or assumptions and doesn't want to ruin the nice friendly chats he's having with her. Even if her idea of interest shown is her talking to him and asking him questions. This does not at all imply romantic interests or at least the receiving party should see it that way.

I understand your points. That last think you want is to say/do something because this forum told you it would be in your best interests and it ends up coming out forced or inauthentic to yourself. Flirting is a natural way of human communication. You seem modest enough just from what you said on the forum over time. Though, I'm not saying flirting is your ticket to him receiving that well. I just highly doubt it would for the reason your mind is telling you. But, if rejection did occur it most likely would just be due to a general lack of interest. I understand the comment about small towns, I live in one myself lol.

Something like that. I can't tell you the definitive answer as to why it's happening. But, all things including belief structures are impermanent. Because of this the ego must constantly search for "new" somethings to latch onto for lack of a better term. It can literally not experience the same thing twice. This is evolution, but on the scale of consciousness. Since you have infinite imagination your reality can be anything as long as you can believe in it. Belief may manifest reality, but viewing the manifestation alters belief. It is an ever growing self referencing system. But, it's not just limited to this forum of course. I'm sure you have made that connection, but I'll say it anyway just for the sake of it. This works in all aspects of your life and there is no clear hierarchy to it all. But, because of this it allows us to focus our attention on certain beliefs so those paradigms evolve further in our awareness. But, on the contrarily by un-believing our attachment to how we perceive the possibilities and innerworkings of reality. This allows more optimal pathways to be forged in ways you could have never perceived prior with your old beliefs. Which is just a fancy way of saying non-knowing is the key to the door way of possibilities. In order to enjoy the fruits of possibilities one must form new beliefs based on their new experiences. But, again even if the manifestations seem new, it never would have bloomed if you didn't plant the seed yourself. So you held everything within that seed, prior to planting/forging it. -
You only have to gain if you express yourself freely. He will either be receptive towards it or reject it. Both will save you both time and at least you wondering what is happening. It will also help destroy the idea of gender roles when it comes to courting in turn giving you more faith in yourself to express yourself without worry in the future. This is just a thought and not actual. Even if it did manifest to the point where he literally said that to you. Why does it matter? Opinions such as that should mean very little to you or else it can cost us our emotional stability. What matters the most is what you think about yourself and that you know whatever you may do or not do, it's coming from a place of good intent. No matter what happens, it was always meant to happen.

It is meant to "be" not meant to happen. If something was truly more knowledgeable than yourself, such as another member on this forum, then you would not be aware of them. Everything in your current experience is a reflection of your own inner being. Rather, it is a direct reflection of your own belief paradigm on how you personally perceive reality in a relative sense. The creation of this forum and it's members to you hold the "answers" or a new "truth" to yourself. It is much like a seed that is planted in which it's fruits will shift your paradigm of belief and relative awareness. Though it may seem like something is or could be gained by observing those we believe are closer to truth. The actuality of it is you already know this so deeply you were able to manifest it into physical existence for it to be reflected back. You can not create what you are not yet being. Though, there is no self to experience all of this. There is still the very powerful delusion on us. To only speak in non-dualities is, not non-dual. -
Considerate could go both ways. Some may see it as those who inquire further into topics you are personally discussing. It's honestly really hard to say without having the direct experience of being you and talking to him. I'm personally quite a reserved person when it comes to talking with new people. Though, I do asks questions when people are talking. I'm not huge on starting new topics of conversations using questions.

He could be not interested. He could be just a boring person who doesn't know the game of socializing. Regardless, there are more foreseeable losses in talking to a person like that with any romantic interests than there are positives. It's most likely just who he is, if I was to guess, and the main decision is if you are ok with talking to someone who will almost always be like that in the foreseeable future.

This is great advice. I've personally witnessed someone attempt to put themselves into more situations of suffering for the sake of growth. It was a disaster and the suffering they sought in order to grow was not the lesson they needed to learn. Rather that suffering amplified many times over creating situations that were unforeseen prior to taking this mindset creating an incredible amount of loss and sorrow for themselves and those attached to them. But, I don't want to make it seem more scary than it should be. The irony in all of this is they did learn their lesson and grow from it an enormous amount. Also, everyone involved was also put into a better position in life after their suffering ended as well. But, I'm just trying to reinforce the idea of trial via suffering. Let's just say, you literally do not know what you are signing up for. Be mindful of this, not just for yourself, but for others that may be caught up in the waves you will generate. I'll also add I'm unsure if they desire to purposely suffer was born out of wanting to truly change, boredom, devilry, deep intuition, or a combination of all.

When I was much younger with other partners in life I had a jealousy issue towards things like this. It was a question I would ask and would make judgements against them. Sometimes even use it against them if we were arguing. I wouldn't say I ever was truly horrible about it, but my insecurities leaked out. This was all prior to using psychedelics, but after everything changed. With my current partner I do not care at all. I don't ask questions unless the topic is brought up and even those questions aren't out of jealously, but just curiosity and I know my partner likes when questions are asked to open new avenues of communication. Sympathy/empathy is given if some of the experiences that are shared happen to be a negative experience. Other than that someone else's past is not going to dictate my present emotions. But, it is a lens of understanding that can help both of us navigate her self structure. I'm a firm believer it is important to give others the space to be themselves and express who they are or who they use to be without holding judgements towards them. I'm not saying be a robot, no emotions, towards all of this. Obviously we can still hold opinions towards it. Just harsh criticisms or becoming jealous ourselves isn't going to help anyone. If one believes they won't be able to handle the news then it's best not to ask. Though, mostly likely the only way someone will ever get over hearing this news is to put themselves in the uncomfortable situation and realize it's not as bad as the mind perceives it to be.

It's a paradox. If you never had the urge to think yourself to the "Truth" you would have never felt the deception that is thought itself. In order to be, we must unbecome. In under to unbecome, we must be. -

Delta 8 is so lovely! I can't praise it enough and it's great for the types of introspection that comes with powerful psychedelics without the harshness that can come with them as well. -
I know with some sexual predators they do this. Even after they pay their dues if they consistently fail their rehabilitation there is a good chance they will be thrown back in prison.

An eye for an eye makes the whole world go blind. A murderer neither deserves to die nor do they deserve to live. Whatever may happen to them, is meant to happen. Our thoughts on what they deserve mean nothing to the story of their life. The only thing our thoughts about them accomplish, is what it says about our own selves. To live in love that is unconditional, it has no motives nor does it have any sympathy/apathy for the murderer or their victims. This is where people like to insert the argument "You wouldn't be saying that if it was your loved ones who was murdered". To that I would say: Two lives were ruined at the hand of one. I have the choice if I wish to add another life to that pool. Though it may be difficult, the highest human virtue is acceptance and allowance. Only suffering remains without these virtues and at the end of that suffering the answer remains the same.

My goal is to have no goal. Should I say a gold that is ever evolving, every flowing, and ever changing. There is no purpose in my life, but rather my life is my purpose. I have already reached my goal of no goal lol. I'm completely content in life.
