  1. Except with my partner rarely do I talk about it anymore. I have nothing to prove nor do I need validation from anyone else. I don't mind others looking at me funny, but I've learned to talk to a group of people I know won't understand me is just me flexing my spiritual ego which is unhealthy. Though, I do attempt to assist others with tidbits of wisdom I've learned over the years which can be packed down to single one liners that most people can digest easily. Akin to a photo you would see on facebook being shared. I do this more so to comfort others knowing what I'm saying isn't going to bring really any profound realizations to the other.
  2. If you wish to find spiritual profoundness, then be an expression of said profoundness yourself. You attract what you project. You reflect what you lack. But, it's far more simple to stop looking and stop being "something" than it is to look for or be a "thing". Radical paradigm shifts also occur when one is willing and open to receive new information without judgement and also willing to let go of the current identity paradigm which is directly threatening to the ego.
  3. Yup, you pretty much got the idea right there.
  4. I believe the answer to your question is based in relativity, mostly on how you personally wish to perceive it. Since we are all one unit the totality of all consciousness is working with itself, for itself. To go to a psychic only to be told what you perceive is "truth" about yourself and your past doesn't verify the validity of the existence of psychics themselves. But, rather it's a manifestation of your "self" projecting it's believes into the materiel world in order to validate your own ideologies. Simply put, God(or whatever you wish to call the collective), is using an aspect of itself. The perception of a psychic, to help you solidify your own faith in your current paradigm of belief. This happens in pretty much all aspects of consciousness that we externalize, but people are a pretty large reflection of given faith. It's much like if you would start to look into Taoism, believe there is truth behind it. Now all of a sudden tons of posts online, people you know, or even content creators you follow start to talk about Taoism. It's again, the projection to help solidify faith in what we perceive. I'm sure if you were to look back you have talked to a friend yourself and something you mentioned got a response from them somewhat like "Wow, I was just thinking of that but now that you mentioned it I believe it even more". If we did not get externalized feedback then the ego would lose itself to doubt. But, in the end, the grand goal is to be completely indifferent to this feedback for everything is set in relativity, even our past experiences are much illusionary.
  5. Awareness in itself, is curative. Look inside yourself to find the reasons for your perceived insecurities. Look at humanity and the universe as a whole. It is literally impossible to be better than others because it's all based in the relativity of self perception. If there are infinite amounts of potential human paradigms then self worth would be like pointing out a spot in an infinity vast ocean. Every point in that ocean is it's center. You are the best "you", as an ego, that you can be at all times. The "now" is eternal therefore you are eternally the best you. But, everyone is the best "them" and there is no default template to what truly is greatness. By this very factor everyone is equal, no matter who they are or what they do. To put it simply, everything is just an experience. All experiences are required therefore, due to this requirement, all experiences are equally valid. It doesn't matter if you are close to God or not. Any other thinking will most likely manifest negative thought patterns with negative actions following. But, then again...even this mindset is equally valid so in the end it doesn't matter. Another thing to add is the universe, at all times, is perfectly perfect. It makes no mistakes an no one can do it better than it already is doing, because you are an expression of it. If you are this perfect universe, then there is nothing again to compare yourself to but yourself. But, that's already perfection and any other thinking is a trick of the ego to give substance and perceived experiences here. The irony is, if you detach from being better than others, you will transcend yourself and be perceived as "better" by your peers. You will accomplish more by doing nothing than you ever could by doing something. Nothing is the womb in which infinite possibilities are birthed from. While something is limited to the idea of said "thing".
  6. I'd say the Tao Te Ching and it's sister book the Hua Hu Ching have been the accurate way of describing Nothingness that I've personally come across. But, as it starts out "The Tao that can be told is not the eternal Tao." So no words can truly bring you to Oneness. As Leo said previously, you will find infinity more insight and wisdom by taking psychedelics.
  7. Very rarely am I actually active there. But if I have a question on something I usually just type into Google "Blah blah blah reddit". Then cross examine all the answers I can find. But, when it comes to the "social" part of social media. I got most of that out of my system in my teens and early 20s. As for specifically self improvement I've found mixed results there. If I was to use Reddit to improve the "self" it would most likely be something physical such as nutrition or fitness.
  8. I think a good visualization of what is happening is the geometric shape of a torus. The shape that folds into itself and then expresses itself outward. You take in your reality, transmute it with variables inside your mind, output it to experience, input it, and repeat the motion. The more conscious we become of ourselves /reality itself the more we create our own paths. Other wise our sub-conscious mind takes over the creation process. Though, I can't fully give you the answer. I know the only moment that exists is the "now" and the "now" is being projected from us, so one would assume creating. At the same time our minds take in all the variables around us and output that into our world. On one hand it could be willpower that creates the aspects of reality that know are coming. On the other hand it could be the mind acting like a super computer taking in all the variables and computing some sort of quantum algorithm inside our minds in attempt to predict the "future" in some sort of highly evolved survival mechanic. Though what does knowing the future really do? We can't say we were right until the moment has passed for the future we saw. We can't avoid the future or else the future didn't come true in the first place. But, I suppose it does gives us more faith in our own intuition and believing in ourselves.
  9. If I was to think logically if reality was a projection of your mind alone then you would be able to project a circumstance that would allow you to 100% without a doubt prove that others were not real. Should I say that you were the central processing unit to all of reality. Specially with you realizing more and more just how interconnected the mind is and how what we think can manifest into reality after the thoughts are had. But, simply put everyone is as real as you are. That bodes the question: What is real? Though, reality itself is largely an illusion, a dream, but if we know nothing but the illusion (at least from our human fractal of awareness) then the illusion itself becomes real to the perceiver. Reality seems so surreal because of how fluid, ever changing, and ever evolving it is. The intelligence behind the design is truly profound that in can implement and adapt to all the given variable and output a smooth experience for us all in such natural form where most don't notice the glitches unless they are looking. I struggled with this question for some time myself. But, I concluded if I am part of infinity and everything else I perceive within consciousness is part of infinity then it generates a paradox of a situation. One is I become the most important human in the universe, because if I was missing, infinity could not exist. Two everything has the same value as me so they are also the most important aspect in the universe. If all is equally important than all means nothing compared to the next. Everything is nothing. But we must look at the whole within a paradox, so everything is then One. If all is One then I'm as real as the rest of said One. So people are indeed very real.
