wow what an amazing read, so inspiring and profound. I have my IM retreat next week for 3 nights, so excited and a lil nervous. I can resonate about the part where you talked about your mother. I know words probably dont do it justice, something everyone needs to experience. I have never smoked before, so a bit corncered when i do the bufo, how to inhale it and hold it properly? -

good insights! what did you take that showed you this? -
@Gesundheit2 aew thanks for the compliment. yes you are right, its kinda like a double standard. Girls can praise or give compliments to eachother and its considered normal or nice. However if a guy does it sometimes, then some people interpret it as "creepy" or something silly, or he has a motive. Yes, fuck what other people think, people will judge no matter what you do/say. So yes I cant blame guys for having this fear. We need more guys like yourself!

thank you for sharing, i was a little confused by googles definition. -
On leos blog from a while ago 'Sherlock Holmes brain' video, he mentions around the one hour Mark 'Ive discovered an Orthogonal direction, & now i recognise that all these material & physical things were imagianed, but are actually figments if consciousness'.. Can anyone break down in simply terms what is exactly meant by this Word in this context? Non linear?

Hey all

How to be in a Conscious Relationships, being detached, avoiding conflict ect ffrom both perspectives
-
I feel this is kinda a pointless post, but everytime I have a drink i always have feelings of guilt/ conflict inside of me. As i identify with being a person who values health and well being, i eat mostly healthy/ clean but other side of me/ ego justifies it as being ok, as long as it is in moderation. I see it as a guilty pleasure to relax but I dont enjoy getting drunk. Im not a heavy drinker as i was in the past, but ill have maybe 1 or 2 drinks a week to relax, or less frequently. Im not looking for reasons to justify having the occasional drink, its more the feelings of guilt im having e.g ego backlash. Awareness is curative.

@Razard86 thank you, appreciate this comment. yes i aree with what u said, im here to experience life in its fullest. it made me feel a lil better. also not to feel guilty about anything in this dream.

I love this! yup sound advice 'Everything external is an illusion' need to constantly remind myself of this. beautiful words! -
@Kksd74628 @zurew thanks guys, i appreciate the different points of views. I think its about finding a balance. intresting perspectives for sure. Even though health is important to me, i would resonate with being happy and fulfilled (like most) i liked the charity metaphor and giving back and yes that life is meaningless. i think its cos Leo demonises drinking so much that this belief kinda rubbed me off on me..

@Arcangelo as much as id be open to trying dmt, i am not able to/ dont know to access it so its not a possibility. @Flowerfaeiry yes i think that is a more realistic perspective, allowing myself to to induldge in the pleasure mindfully. I keep changing my mind on qutting to enjoying a drink or 2 from time to time. Dont know if i would call it healthy, as no amount of alcohol is good for your health. Doesnt make it easy that is so widely accessible.

yea i am, i dont drink in excess as i am very aware of its effects. yh ive let go now of the guilt, i just guess the feelings come from thinking that my ideal self wouldnt drink at all.
-
well its relative but yes i did use it as an escapism in the past, some days yes, some no. could say i had strong cravings before, whereas now i dont get those anymore, but yes i still enjoy the ocassional social drink.
-
Intresting perspective, when you say well being? You mean to enjoy now and then? How often do you drink?
-
Just drinking in general, but ive decided to not be so rigid about it, only when its done to excess becomes a problem.
-
maybe that if i feel guilty enough, i can persuade myself not to drink..i guess
