  1. Thanks for the reminder. I am still doing the hard, emotionally challenging work, but still find myself falling off a lot. The ones I resonate with the most: -Reading high quality books daily, paperback or Kindle. -I am eating clean around 90% and exercising. -Medidating daily for at least 20mins. -Learning/reading in spanish almost daily. -Eliminating distractions and screen use as BEST as i can, using my phone as less as posible and not using It past a certain time in the evening. -Being more mindful in the useless thinking and repetitive thought cycles I get caught Up in everyday.
  2. Do you mean the book The Six Pillars of Self-Esteem by Nathaniel Branden? Also good luck
  3. Yes, Its true. Its not for the sake of understanding as it is relative. Reminds me of Leo's video 'Absolute vs Relative understanding' Do you have any video recommendations on the subject that you like?(Leos or anyone else) Thanks
  4. Beautifuly and clearly written. Im still getting to grips with it and havent "got it" fully. But i think this part was worth remembering and re-reading for myself. "Because any form is just an appearance, an appearance is something that is happening in relationship with anything else, in infinity real movement is impossible, the point A is the same than the point B, then the only possible movement is relative to another movement, it's a reflection, and any reflection is composed by infinites reflections."
  5. some intresting points teal brings up and i agree with most which is why im against dating apps and the superficiality of the interactions, the harsh reality of our sick toxic culture. Thoughts?
  6. Yes well said. I can agree with this, a woman is mostly paying attention to what the guy looks like online, not social status or his bank account balance
  7. Ive been addicted to coffee my whole life, like 1 cup every morning, i want to get rid of my dependency. Ive been doing matcha and tea, but now recently switched to decaf coffee. Anyone else do decaff? Benefits?

  10. "Game of Thrones. The most overrated show in the history. Nothing else needs to be said.." 100% agree, but then again not my thing..

  12. hey guys, anyone attending UPW Tony Robbins next month in cologne? experience is king!
  13. @Butters yeah it was really transformative, inspiring and i got a lot out of it. But now that im back experiencing some ego backlash and going back to my ´default unconscious state´´. However I do feel i will apply some of the action steps that I learnt. I think one of the most profound experiences was Tony´s dickens method, although very uncomfortable- served a purpose and I got a lot of growth out of it. Also one of the biggest takeaways is energy is everything, how we show up and how our state determines everything in our life. Would recommend anyone to go even if you do the virtual one at home.
  14. Yes. This! It is sad, they are experiencing only a limited part of reality. Yes ok i am biased saying this but, I doubt that the OP has met all the women out there and its sad how the human mind generalises vased on its past, and usually false information.
