Yes, but I will not deny my emotions. Your are talking about something I don't know (Transforming consciousness) so you maybe right but this is not useful to me unless I transformed my self.

When the decision has many variables intuition is better than linear thinking, but when I realize this that means I am using logic to determine which system should I use, linear thinking or intuition.

Being rational person does not mean to repress your emotion but to understand them, most people have this idea about the rational person must be like a robot with no feelings whatsoever and that actually impossible, you can't remove the emotional parts from your brain. Rationality makes you understand this.

I followed three steps Athene talked about here logicnation.org/ and I do feel positive changing after step 3, but I am not so sure if I reached the state of real Click or it's a temporarily effect, I am also not clear sure about how a person made the Click should exactly feel I guess I will wait few days and see. But probably there is something real about this. I recommended everyone to take a look before rejecting the ideaa.

I watched the video and I read the website in the description of the video I found it interesting. I am trying to follow the steps but I am stuck at step 2, I can’t find my core value and the video says the core value could be comfort and I don’t understand how someone can see comfort as a core value. If you pass step2 please tell me how and how much time this should take? Days or hours… Thank you.

This video is about what science has to tell us about intuition, and should you trust your intuition?

Don't try to fight your shyness, you will only make it worse. Instead embrace your feelings and remember it's OK to feel like this, you have done nothing wrong and if someone doesn't like you then that's his fault. Don't force your self into fearful situations, I mean start with something small, something cause you very little anxiety then you can move to the next level only when you ready. Another thing you must know about: mostly people will not notice your inner anxious feeling so don't worry about hiding it, it's hard to accept that because you feel the anxiety or shyness deep within you, but for people looking from outside you will seem normal. I hope these information will help you. some helpful link https://socialanxietyinstitute.org/what-is-social-anxiety

Hello, I watched the videos about enlightenment in actualizes.org, although hat the concept itself is not new for me I didn’t understand it very well until I watched the videos, there is also another video about free will and how free will is an illusion. And I was thinking what if the experience of enlightenment (being one with everything) is just another illusion, I mean if the ego itself and free will are not exist as we preserve it then how can we make sure that enlightenment is true experience. I read in book called ‘religion and science’ by philosopher and mathematician Bertrand Russell that yogis and zen masters deprive themselves from food for long periods of time so there is no wonder why they feel that they are one with the universe. So , what if meditation cause some changes in the brain cells so the practitioner start to feel after a while that he is one with the truth it self I hope I made my point clear, and thanks for reading

@WelcometoReality Yes ,I actually read that meditation change the brain cells for the best, Not every scientist agrees on that but it is highly possible , maybe meditation alone is not a bad thing but I just want to be careful Also, scientifically speaking, there is a good chance that free will does not exist, because we live in deterministic universe and our brains follow deterministic rules of the universe, in addition to that, free will contradict the causality principle. There is a book called The Self Illusion by psychologist Bruce Hood he is one of the greatest scientist and his books is one of my favorite books, in his book Hood argued that The Self does not exist, he used logic and reasoning to deny the existence of the self, but denying self and free will by forcing our self to feel that free will and self does not exist is something scary and dangerous, as I mentioned before if you keep forcing yourself to feel something then you will feel it. Interestingly, in his book Hood also mention that Buddha and the philosopher David Hume they both reach the conclusion that self does not exist by doing meditation, and not by reasoning, anyway, maybe you’re right about denying the existence of the self and the ego , but I am still highly skeptical about the concept of enlightenment that referring to the state of being one with everything. OK @Nomad Old idea does not mean it’s wrong, democracy is older than enlightenment, I’m afraid you have no real argument against spirituality and enlightenment. -

Alright. If deconstructing reality shows me that the universe is one entity then why not, whoever I will hold my ground here and I will say we must not try to be one with the universe, actually we must not try to do anything except search for the truth, and this is something I will do. Sure we do not perceive the world as it is, but what we see is caused by the real world so real word exist The Truth exists but what is that truth? Is it seeing the universe as it is and not as we perceive it right now? Does this mean that enlightened person can see atoms and electrons? I don’t think that. So what perceiving the world as it is means? Clearly this is something can only be known if we somehow manage to perceive the real existence by a way or another, but perceiving reality is different from being reality unless of course you are perceiving yourself not the external world. -

By deconstructing reality we must find that there is only one Truth, how can this be? The evidence for the existence of the real world is simply we are seeing the world, sensing and hearing it and we can see separation between things in the universe, we should stick to that unless we have a good reasons to doubting the existence of real world, and it’s not an extraordinary claim because that’s the default situation, claiming that nothing exist is an extraordinary. Not sure I understand, are you saying that we should not tell ourselves anything about nature of enlightenment and we should only try to find out what reality is? -

@Pinocchio I agree with you about deconstructing reality in order to find what’s out there, but you are jumping to conclusion saying there is only one Truth, I think we must try to find what the reality is without our previous premises, if that what enlightenment is then I will give it a chance doing only meditation and searching for the Truth, however I don’t like trying to reach a state of being one with everything because if one try to make himself feel that he is one with everything over and over, eventually , he will succeed even thou that maybe a false feeling We must remember that extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence and claiming that the universe is one entity without separation is very bold claim to make and it requires strong evidence @Extreme Z7 There is a famous yogi master in YouTube called sadguru I heard him saying that no matter how enlightened person try to explain the state of enlightenment he will fail , because enlightenment cannot be describe throw words no matter how, in this case maybe enlightenment is about increasing awareness (that me be possible at least in theory) rather than being one with reality, maybe it's early for me to discard enlightenment because I don't like the Idea of the unity of every thing maybe enlightenment is not about that -

I myself do meditation regularly but we must be open minded to every possibility -

Thanks for replying, but I'm not talking about Cartesian skepticism, what i mean to say is what if ego or self is real and enlightenment is an error in the mind caused by meditation. In the videos Leo talked about how no one can prove that ego doesn’t exist by thinking and reasoning and the only way to prove that is by practicing meditation for hour a day, in this case you can’t prove that you are one with everything in an objective way, all you have is your subjective experience and it’s not reliable because you maybe distort it by meditation and practices like questioning where are you (self-inquiry)
